Abstract
본 발명은 실리콘 소포제가 제올라이트에 침착되는 것보다 늦지않게 유기 계면활성제의 실리콘 소포제 0.1 내지 500%가 제올라이트에 침착되고, 계면활성제가 발포 조절제 100부당 1중량부 이상 사용됨을 포함하여, 실리콘 소포제 0.001 내지 30중량부, 제올라이트 45 내지 99중량부 및, 바람직하게는, 폴리카복실레이트형 결합제 0 내지 30중량부를 포함하고, 소포제의 일부 이상을 제올라이트로부터 세탁 사이클의 최초 10분 이내에 방출시킬 수 있는 입상 발포 조절제를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명에는 세제 조성물 및 특정한 발포 조절제가 포함된다.

Claims (10)
- 실리콘 소포제 0.001 내지 30중량부, 소포제용 제올라이트 담체 45 내지 99중량부 및, 임의로, 결합제 0 내지 30중량부를 포함하고, 소포제의 일부 이상을 제올라이트 담체로부터 10분 이내에 방출시켜 10분 이내에 방출시켜 계면활성제 수용액에 분산시킬 수 있는 입상 발포 조절제를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 실리콘 소포제가 제올라이트 담체에 침착되는 것보다 늦지 않게 유기 계면활성제의 실리콘 소포제 0.1 내지 500중량%가 제올라이트 담체에 침착됨을 포함하고 계면활성제가 발포 조절제 100중량부당 1중량부 이상 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 소포제가 하기 일반식(I)의 구조를 갖는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 중합체인 액체 오가노 폴리실록산 중합체와 표면이 소수성인 충진제 입자를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.상기 식에서, R은 탄소수 1 내지 8의 1가 탄화수소 그룹을 나타내고, R1은 그룹 R, 하이드록실 그룹 또는 일반식의 그룹(여기서, R2는 2가 탄화수소, 하이드로카본옥시 그룹, 실록산 그룹 또는 산소를 나타낸다)을 나타내며, Y는 그룹 R 또는 하이드록실 그룹을 나타내고, R3은 C9-35알킬 그룹을 나타내며, a, b, c 및 d는 또는 정수인데, 단 a와 b중의 하나 이상은 정수이고 a+b+c+d의 총합은 25℃에서의 오가노폴리실록산의 점도가 50mm2/s 이상으로 되도록 하는 값이다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유기 계면활성제가 계면활성제 수용액에 가용성이거나 분산성임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유기 계면활성제가 실리콘 소포제에 사용되는 오가노폴리실록산을 유화시킬 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유기 계면활성제가 알킬 설페이트, 알킬 설포네이트, 1급 알킬 에톡실레이트 및 알킬폴리글루코사이드 또는 이들의 유도체 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유기 계면활성제와 실리콘 소포제와의 혼합물이 제올라이트 표면에 침착됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유기 계면활성제가 실리콘 소포제의 2 내지 200중량%의 양으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리카복실레이트 물질 1 내지 25중량부가 결합제로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 25℃에서의 점도가 12,500mm2/s 이상인 직쇄 폴리디오가노실록산 중합체(a)와 측쇄 폴리오가노실록산(b) 중에서 선택된 폴리오가노실록산 중합체 (i) 70 내지 99중량%와 표면이 소수성인 충전제 물질 (ii) 1 내지 30중량%로 이루어진 실리콘 소포제(A) 0.001 내지 30중량부, 제올라이트(B) 45 내지 99중량부 및 소포제(A)의 1 내지 500중량%의 양으로 존재하는 유기 계면활성제(C)를 포함하는 입상 발포 조절제.
- 세재 성분 100중량부와, 실리콘 소포제 0.05 내지 5중량부를 제공하기에 충분한 양의 제9항에 따르는 발포 조절제를 포함하는 분말 형태의 세제 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
