Claims (11)

  1. 유기 폴리이소시아네이트와 최소한 하나의 이소시아네이트 반응성 치환체가 탄산염 환에 결합되어 있는 환식 탄산염을 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 중합 발포물 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 환식 탄산염이 알킬렌 잔기의 탄소원자에 직접 또는 간접적으로 결합된 최소한의 하나의 활성 수소 함유 그룹 및 5- 또는 6-원환을 가지는 알킬렌 탄산염인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 환식 탄산염이 다음 구조식을 가지는 방법.
    식중, n은 1 또는 2, 및 각 R은 모든 R이 H가 아니라는 조건으로 H 또는 m이 0,1 또는 2이고, X가 OH, NH2, COOH 또는 SH인 -(CH2)m-X임.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 환식 탄산염이 글리세롤 탄산염인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트가 디페닐메탄 디아소시아네이트로 이루어지는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 상량체화 촉매 존재내에서 환식 탄산염과 반응시켜 폴리이소시이누레이트 발포물을 얻는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 폴리우레탄 발포물을 만드는 폴리올 및 환식 탄산염과 반응시키는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 3차 아민 및/또는 알칼리 금속 또는 알카리 토금속 카복실레이트로 이루어진 촉매작용을 하기에 효과적인 양의 촉매 존재내에서 행해지는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 촉매가 아세트산 칼륨으로 이루어지는 방법.
  10. a)폴리올 및 b)글리세롤 및 글리세롤 카보네이트로 이루어진 조성물 이외의, 탄산염 환에 결합되어 있는 최소한 하나의 이소시아네이트 반응성 치환체를 가지는 환식 탄산염으로 이루어진 폴리올 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 1-60중량%의 환식 탄산염을 함유하는 폴리올 조성물.
