Claims (10)

  1. 반응이 마이크로에멀젼 또는 유체의 분산상으로서 존재하는 불활성이고 불용성인 유기 액체 존재내에서 행해지고, 이소시아네이트 반응성 물질이 최소한 하나의 다음 구조식을 갖는 이소시아네이트와 반응성이 있는 환식 화합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 발포 촉진제 및 금속염 촉매 존재내에서 유기 플리이소시아네이트를 이소시아네이트 반응성 물질과 반응시켜 경질 발포물을 제조하는 방법.
    식중 Y는 -O-또는 -NR1-, 각 R1은 독립적으로 C1-C6저급 알킬라디칼 또는 이소시아네이트 반응성 그룹으로 치환된 저급 알킬 라디칼; 각 R은 독립적으로 H, C1-C6저급 알킬 라디칼 또는 X가 OH또는 NH2인 이소시아네이트 반응성 그룹이고 m이 0,1또는2인 -(CH2)m-X인데 단, m은 최소한 하나의 R1또는 R이 이소시아네이트 반응성 그룹으로 이루어진다는 조건으로 1또는 2임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 금속염이 Ia족 및 Ⅱa족 금속염중에서 선택되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 금속염이 금속 카복실레이트인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 금속염이 아세트산 칼륨 또는 포타슘-2-에틸-헥소에이트인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트와 반응성이있는 환식 화합물이 글리세롤 카보네이트인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트와 반응성이 있는 환식 화합물이 다음 구조식의 환식 우레아인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 불용성이고 불활성인 유기 액체가 비등점이 최소한 40℃인 매우 불화되었거나 과불화된 화합물인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 반응성 물질이 MW가 62-1500이고 기능도가 2-8인 폴리올을 더 포함하는 방법.
  9. a)폴리올, 폴리아민, 아미노-또는 엔아미노 화합물로부터 선택된 최소한 하나의 이소시아네이트 반응성 화합물;b) 이소시아네이트와 반응성이 있는 환식 탄산염 또는 이소시아네이트와 반응성이 잇는 환식 우레아, C) 마이크로에멀젼 또는 유제의 분산상으로서 존재하고 조성물내에 용해되지 않는, 비등점이 최소한 40℃인 과불화된 액체 화합물, 및 d)Ia족 및 Ⅱa족 메탈 카복실레이트로부터 선택된 촉매 작용을 하기에 효과적인 양의 촉매로 이루어진 이소시아네이트 반응성 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 1-60중량%의 이소시아네이트와 반응성이 있는 환식 탄산염 또는 환식 우레아를 함유하는 조성물.
