Description
Katalytisch stabiles Folyolgemisch für die Herstellung von
Polyurethan-Schaumstoffen und seine Verwendung
beanspruchte Priorität:

Polyurethan-Schaumstoffe werden im allgemeinen durch Umsetzen
eines organischen Polyisocyanats und eines Polyols in Gegenwart
eines Treibmittels und eines Katalysators hergestellt. Obwohl es eine Anzahl von Katalysatoren für diese Reaktionsart gibt,
sind aliphatische und cycloaliphatische Amine und Gemisch dieser
Verbindungen mit gewissen Metallen, wie Zinn(II)-Octoat, die
am häufigsten verwendeten und erfolgreichsten Katalysatoren. Diese Katalysatoren haben für die herstellung von Schaurn-

Stoffen besonders günstige Eigenschaften.
In der US-PS 3 372 130 wird ein Katalysator zur Kontrolle der Schaumbildungsgeschwindigkeit verwendet, der ein tertiäres
Amin und Phosphorsäure enthält. Ein anderer Katalysator für die herstellung eines Schaumstoffs enthält ein Gemisch eines
aliphatischen tertiären Amins und eines tertiären Aminsalzes einer Alkylarylsulfonsäure (vgl. US-PS 3 706 687). Gemäss der
US-PS 3 728 291 wird ein Triäthylendiamin-formiat in Kombination mit Hydroxylpropylimidazol als Katalysator für die
Herstellung von Polyurethan-Schaumstoffen verv/endet. Keines dieser Gemische für die Herstellung von Polyurethan-Schaumstoffen
enthält jedoch ein halogeniertes Polyol.
Polyurethan-Schaumstoffe, die sich von halogenierten Polyolen
ableiten, sind bis zu einem gewissen Grad weniger leicht brennbar. Da ein zunehmender Bedarf an schwer brennbaren Polyurethan-Schaumstoffen
besteht, sind verschiedene halogenierte Polyolgemische für die Herstellung dieser Schaumstoffe entwickelt
worden. Besonders geeignet sind Polyätherpolyole, in denen ein aliphatisches Kohlenstoffatom im Polyolmolekül mit
mindestens einem Kalogenatom substituiert ist (vgl. US-PSen 3 402 169 und 3 726 855).
Es wurde nun kürzlich festgestellt, dass diese halogenierten Polyole eine nachteilige V7irkung auf die Stabilität der als
Katalysatoren verwendeten Amine haben. D.h., werden diese Amine mit derartigen Polyolen in Berührung gebracht, so verlieren sie

ihre katalytische Aktivität, und zwar umso mehr.je langer sie
mit den Polyolen in Berührung sind. Dieses Phänomen, dessen
chemische Natur noch nicht vollständig aufgeklärt ist, zeigt
sich vor allem in solchen Gemischen, die vor der eigentlichen Herstellung des Polyurethan-Schaumstoffs das Amin und das
halogenierte Polyol bereits vorgemischt enthalten und gelagert oder transportiert werden.

Die Erfindung betrifft daher ein katalytisch stabiles Polyolgemisch
für die Herstellung von Polyurethan-Schaumstoffen, das mindestens ein halogeniertes Polyol und mindestens ein durch
Säure blockiertes Amin als Katalysator enthält.

Unter "halogeniertes Polyol" wird hier jedes Polyol verstanden, das mindestens ein Halogenatom an einem aliphatischen
Kohlenstoffatom im Polyolmolekül enthält, wobei als Halogenatom ein Chlor- und/oder Broiratom geeignet ist. Diese Polyole haben im allgemeinen 2 bis 8 Hydroxylgruppen, wie Polyätherpolyole und/oder Polyesterpolyole. Polyätherpolyole, auch Gemische von halogenierten und halogenfreien Polyätherpolyolen, sind bevorzugt.

Diese Polyole haben im allgemeinen 2 bis 8 Hydroxylgruppen, wie Polyätherpolyole und/oder Polyesterpolyole. Polyätherpolyole, auch Gemische von halogenierten und halogenfreien Polyätherpolyolen, sind bevorzugt.

Polyole, die in an sich bekannter Weise durch Kondensation einer mehrere Hydroxylgruppen enthaltenden Verbindung und
eines halogenierten Alkylenoxids oder eines Gemisches von halogenierten und halogenfreien Alkylenoxiden, gegebenenfalls in
Gegenwart eines Oxyalkylierungskatalysators, unter unregelmässiger
oder stufenweiser Zugabe hergestellt werden können (vgl. US-PS 3 402 169).
Für die Herstellung dieser halogenierten Polyäther-polyole sind Verbindungen mit 2 bis 8 Hydroxylgruppen, die mit einem
Alkylenoxid zu einem Polyäther reagieren, geeignet, z.B. Äthylenglykol, Propylenglykol, Isobutylenglykol, 2,3-Butandiol,
1,4-Dihydroxy-2-butan, 1,4-Dihydroxycyclohexan, 2-Butin-1,4-diol,
1,12-Dihydroxyoctadecan, Glycerin, Trimethylolpropan,
Sorbit, Mannit, Inosit, Erythrit, Pentaerythrit, Saccharose, Dextrose, Methylglykosid, 1,4-Dimethylolbenzol, Monochlorhydrin,
Diglycerin und/oder Glycerin-methylather und Kondensationsprodukte dieser Verbindungen mit einem Alkylenoxid, wie Äthylenoxid,
Propylenoxid und Butylenoxid.
Bevorzugt sind jedoch Verbindungen, die sich von Kohlenhydraten ableiten, insbesondere Dextrose- und Saccharose-Derivate, wie
ein Gemisch von Dextrose oder Saccharose und Wasser, ein oxyalkyliertes Gemisch von Dextrose oder Saccharose und Wasser, ein
gegebenenfalls oxyalkyliertes Gemisch von Dextrose oder Saccharose
und eines aliphatischen polyfunktionellen Alkohols, ein
gegebenenfalls oxyalkyliertes Gemisch von Dextrose oder Saccarose
und Wasser und eines aliphatischen polyfunktionellen Alko-

hols. Die Dextrose kann wasserfrei sein, wie D-Glukose, oder Wasser enthalten, wie o( -D-Glukose-monohydrat. Als aliphatischer
polyfunktioneller Alkohol in diesen Gemischen geeignet sind aliphatische Diole und Triole,wie Äthylenglykol,Propylenglykol,
Glycerin und/oder Triir.ethylolpropan. Für das erfindungsgeinässe
Polyolgemisch besonders geeignet sind Gemische von Dextrose und einem aliphatischen Diol oder Triol.
Für die Herstellung der Dextrose- und Saccharose-Derivate ist jedes molare Verhältnis von Wasser und/oder aliphatischer polyfunktioneller
Alkohol zu Dextrose oder Saccharose geeignet, ein Verhältnis von mindestens 0,7, vorzugsweise etwa 0,9 bis
4 Mol Wasser und/oder aliphatischer polyfunktioneller Alkohol
je Mol Dextrose oder Saccharose ist jedoch bevorzugt. Die Herstellung dieser Dextrose- und Saccharose-Derivate ist in der
US-PS 3 741 921 eingehend beschrieben.
Als Alkylenoxid für die Herstellung des erfindungsgemässen
Polyolgemisches ist jedes Alkylenoxid oder ein Gemisch von
Alkylenoxiden geeignet, in dem ein aliphatisches Kohlenstoffatom mit mindestens einem Halogenatom substituiert ist, wie einem
Chlor und/oder Bromatom, und das mit einer mehrere Hydroxylgruppen enthaltenden Verbindung zu einem Polyäther-polyol
reagiert. Man kann auch ein Gemisch eines halogensubstituierten und eines halogenfreien Alkylenoxids verwenden. Das mit Halogen
substituierte Alkylenoxid enthält im allgemeinen einen Epoxidring und 2 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatome. Bevorzugt sind
vicinale Epoxide und solche mit 3 und 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie

Epichlorhydrin, 3,3-Dichlor-1,2-epoxypropan, 3,3-Dibrom-1,2-epoxypropan,
3,3,3-Trichlor-1,2-epoxypropan, 4,4,4-Trichlor-1,2-epoxybutan,
4,4,4-Tribrom-1,2-epoxybutan, 4,4,4,3,3-Pentachlor-1,2-epoxybutan
und/oder 1,1,1,4,4-Pentachlor-2,3-epoxybutan.
Bevorzugt sind halogenierte Alkylenoxide mit 3 Halogenatomen
im Molekül, vorzugsweise 3 Chloratomen, d.h. Verbindungen, wie 4,4,4-Trichlor-1,2-epoxybutan.
Als Katalysator für die Kondensation der mehrere Hydroxylgruppen enthaltenden Verbindung und dem halogenierten Alkylenoxid
geeignet sind basische Verbindungen, wie Natriumhydroxid oder
Kaliumhydroxid, oder saure Verbindungen, wie Bortrifluorid und Bortrifluorid-ätherat. Bortrifluorid und Bortrifluoridätherat
werden vor allem bei der Herstellung von Polyätherpolyolen, die sich von Kohlenhydraten ableiten, bevorzugt.
Wie an sich bekannt, hängt der relative Anteil des verwendeten Alkylenoxids oder des Gemisches von Alkylenoxiden
von der gewünschten Hydroxylzahl im Polyätherpolyol-Endprodukt ab. Vorzugsweise wird soviel halogeniertes Alkylenoxid
oder Gemisch von Alkylenoxiden verwendet, dass man ein halogeniertes Polyäther-polyol mit einer Hydroxylzahl von etwa
100 bis 800, insbesondere etwa 200 bis 700 und besonders bevorzugt etwa 250 bis 650, und einem Halogengehalt von nicht
unter etwa 15 Gewichtsprozent, vorzugsweise etwa 20 bis 80 Gewichtsprozent, besonders bevorzugt von etwa 25 bis 60 Gewichtsprozent
erhält.

Als Katalysator für das erfindungsgemässe Polyolgemisch ist
jedes Amin geeignet, das bei der Umsetzung des organischen Polyisocyanats mit dem Polyol zu einem Polyurethan-Schaumstoff
als Katalysator wirkt. Bevorzugt sind jedoch herkömmliche tertiäre Alkylamine. sowie Gemische von tertiären Aminen
einschliesslich Mono- und Diaminen. Geeignet sind aliphatische tertiäre Mono- und Diamine, cycloaliphatische tertiäre Amine
und tertiäre Aminoalkanole,vorzugsweise mit 3 bis 10, insbesondere
4 bis 8, Kohlenstoffatomen.
Spezielle Beispiele für geeignete aliphatische tertiäre Amine sind Trialkylmonoamine, wie Trimethylamin und Triäthylamin,
Trialkylendiamine, wie Triäthylendiamin, Ν,Ν,Ν',N1-Tetraalkylendiamine,
wie Ν,Ν,Ν1,N'-Tetramethylbutandiamin. Geeignete cycloaliphatische
tertiäre Amine sind Dialkylcyclohexylamine, wie Dimethylcyclohexylamin und Diäthylcyclohexylamin,* geeignete
tertiäre Aminoalkanole sind Dialkylalkanolamine, wie Dimethyläthanolamin
und Dimethylpropanolamin, Alkyldialkanolamine, wie Methyldiäthanolamin und Methyldipropanolamin, Trialkanolamine,
wie Trimethanolamin, Triäthanolamin, Diäthanolpropanolamin
und Tripropanolamin.
Für das erfindungsgemässe Polyolgemisch bevorzugt sind Triäthylendiamin,
Dimethylcyclohexylamin, Ν,Ν,Ν1,N'-Tetramethylbutandiamin,
Triäthanolamin und/oder Dimethyläthanolamin.
Besonders bevorzugt ist ein Gemisch von Dimethylcyclohexylamin und Dimethyläthanolamin.

Im erfindungsgemässen Polyolgemisch ist jede Menge an Amin, die
die Reaktion des halogenierten Polyols mit dem organischen Isocyanat katalysiert, geeignet, z.B. etwa 0,02 bis 5, vorzugsweise
etwa 0,05 bis 3, insbesondere etwa 0,075 bis 2 Gewichtsteile je 100 Gewichtsteile halogeniertem Polyol.
Im erfindungsgemässen Polyolgemisch wird das als Katalysator
verwendete Amin mit einer Säure blockiert und somit vor der allmählichen Desaktivierung durch Reaktion mit dem halogenierten
Polyol geschützt. Jede Säure, die mit dem Amin ein stabiles Salz bildet.ist zur Blockierung geeignet. Relativ
schwache Carbonsäuren sind bevorzugt, z.B. aliphatische Carbonsäuren, wie Ameisensäure, Essigsäure, Propionsäure, Buttersäure
oder Valeriansäure, oder aromatische Carbonsäuren, wie
Benzoesäuren. Ameisensäure ist besonders bevorzugt.
Das Amin wird durch Umsetzen mit der Säure zu einem Salz blockiert. Gemäss Gleichung A,in der als Säure Ameisensäure
und Dimethylcyclohexylamin als Katalysator verwendet werden,
reagiert das tertiäre Amin mit der Säure zu einem Salz, nämlich Dimethylaminohexylformiat, wodurch das Amin blockiert wird und
von dem halogenierten Polyol nicht mehr abgebaut werden kann.

Das Blockieren des Katalysators kann man dadurch erreichen, dais man das Amin mit der Säure vor dem Einverleiben in das
Vorgemisch zur Herstellung des Polyurethan-Schaumstoffs vermischt.
Vorzugsweise wird diese Blockierung jedoch in situ durchgeführt durch Einverleiben der blockierenden Säure in
das halogenierte Polyolgemisch vor oder zugleich mit der Zugabe
des Aminkatalysators. Günstig sind Raumtemperaturen, obwohl die Blockierung in einem weiten Temperaturbereich durchgeführt
werden kann, z.B. von etwa -20 bis etwa 100°C.
Um das als Katalysator verwendete Amin wirkungsvoll zu blockieren,muss mindestens eine etwa stöchiometrische Menge
oder ein überschuss über die stöchiometrische Menge an Säure verwendet werden, bezogen auf den Katalysator. D.h., es werden
etwa 1 bis 2 Mol Säure je Mol Amiη verwendet, wobei ein Verhältnis
von etwa 1:1 bis etwa 1,5:1 bevorzugt ist.
Das erfindungsgemässe katalytisch stabile Polyolgemisch ist
für die herstellung von Polyurethan-Schaumstoffen besonders geeignet. Zu diesem Zweck wird es mit einem organischen Polyisocyanat
in Gegenwart eines Treibmittels in herkömmlicher Weise umgesetzt, z.B. in einem Einstufenverfahren oder nach
dem Vorpolymerisationsverfahren. Jede Kombination von erfindungsgemässem
Polyolgemisch, organischem Polyisocyanat, Treibmittel, Katalysator und anderem Reaktionsmittel, das
einen Polyurethan-Schaumstoff bilden kann, kann im Reaktionsgemisch verwendet werden.

urethan-Schaumstoffen sind Toluoldiisocyanat, wie ein Isomerengemi
sch im Verhältnis von 80:20 oder 65:35 der 2,4- und 2,6-Isomeren, Äthylendiisocyanat, Propylendiisocyanat, Methylenbis-(4-phenylisocyanat),
3,3'-Bitoluol-4,4-diisocyanat, Eexamethylendiisocyanat,
Naphthalin-1,5-diisocyanat, polymere Isocyanate,
wie Polyphenylen-polymethylenisocyanat,und deren Ger
mische.geeignet. Das Isocyanat sollte in einer solchen Menge
vorliegen, dass mindestens etwa 0,7 Isocyanatgruppen auf eine
Hydroxylgruppe im Reaktionssystem kommen, wobei das Reaktionssystem aus Polyolen und anderen zusätzlichen Verbindungen
und/oder Treibmitteln besteht. In der Praxis wird das Polyisocyanat
in einer solchen Menge verwendet, dass nicht über etwa 1,25 Isocyanatgruppen je Hydroxylgruppe vorhanden sind. Das
hundertfache dieses Verhältnisses von Isocyanat- zu Hydroxylgruppen
im Reaktionsgemisch wird als "Index" bezeichnet.
Als Treibmittel geeignet sind anorganische Mittel, wie Wasser, oder organische Verbindungen, die bis zu 7 Kohlenstoffatome
enthalten, z.B. halogenierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, niedrigmolekulare Alkane, Alkene und Ä'ther sowie deren Gemische.
Spezielle Beispiele für organische Treibmittel sind Monofluortrichlormethan,
Dichlorfluormethan, Dichlordifluormethan,
1,1,2-Trichlor-i,2,2-trifluoräthan, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform,
Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Methan, Äthan, Äthylen, Propylen, Hexan, Äthyläther, Diisopropyläther sowie Gemische dieser Verbindungen.
Wasser und niedrigmolekulare polyhalogenierte Alkane, wie Monofluortrichlormethan und Dichlordifluormethan, sind bevorzugt.
Die Menge an Treibmittel kann über einen weiten Be-

reich schwanken, im allgemeinen werden die halogenierten Kohlenwasserstoffe
in einer Menge von etwa 1 bis 75 Gewichtsteilen je 100 Gewichtsteile Gesamtpolyol in dem Reaktionssystem verwendet.
Wasser wird im allgemeinen in einer Menge von etwa 0,1 bis 10 Gewichtsteilen je 100 Gewichtsteile Gesamtpolyol
eingesetzt.
Vorzugsweise wird bei der Herstellung der Polyurethan-Schaumstoffe
eine geringe Menge eines herkömmlichen Netzmittels verwendet, um die Zellstruktur des Schaumstoffs zu verbessern.
Für diesen Zweck geeignet sind Silikonöle und Seifen sowie Siloxan-Oxyalkylen-Blockcopolymerisate (vgl. US-PS 2 834
und T.H. Ferrigno in "Rigid Plastic Foams", Seiten 34 bis 42, Reinhold Publishing Corp., New York, 1963). Bevorzugte Netz-r
mittel sind die im Handel erhältlichen Polysiloxane. Im allgemeinen werden sie dem Gemisch in einer Menge bis zu 2 Gewichtsteilen
je 100 Gewichtsteile des Gesamtpolyols zugegeben .
Um die Zerbrechlichkeit der Polyurethan-Schaumstoffe auf ein
Minimum zu reduzieren, ist es oft wünschenswert, dem Reaktionsgemisch ein weiteres Polyol zuzumischen. Diese Verbindungen
wirken dadurch, dass sie die Härtung beschleunigen und die Viskosität der schaumbildenden Reaktionsmasse vermindern.
Geeignete Polyole für diesen Zweck und ihre Verwendung sind in den üS-PSen 3 928 257 und 3 928 258 beschrieben. Besonders
geeignete Polyole sind äthoxylierte Polyätherpolyole.

Dieses zusätzliche Polyol kann in jeder Menge verwendet werden, die die Zerbrechlichkeit des entstandenen Schaumstoffs vermindertyohne
die anderen Eigenschaften zu beeinträchtigen. Geeignet ist im allgemeinen eine Menge von etwa 5 bis 35,
vorzugsweise etwa 8 bis 30, Gewichtsteilen je 100 Gewichtsteile als Hauptkomponente vorhandenes Polyolgemisch. Dieses
zusätzliche Polyol wird zweckmässigerweise mit dem Aminpolyolgemisch
vermischt oder getrennt dem schaumbildenden Reaktionsgemisch zugesetzt.
Bei der Herstellung von Polyurethan-Schaumstoffen können auch hoch andere Zusatzmittel verwendet werden, z.B. Füllstoffe,
Farbstoffe, Weichmacher, Desodorantien und Antioxidantien.
Das erfindungsgemässe katalytisch stabile Polyolgemisch bedeutet
eine leichte und einfache Lösung des Problems der durch den Kontakt mit dem halogenierten Polyolgemisch verursachten
Katalysator!naktivierung. Da das erfindungsgemässe Gemisch
den Katalysator auch nach Lagerung oder Transport nicht nachteilig
beeinflusst, ist es z.B. bei der Herstellung von Polyurethan-Schaumstoffen an Ort und Stelle geeignet. Dabei werden
die Bestandteile zur Schaumstoffherstellung aus 2 Behältern entnommen, wobei der eine Behälter das organische Isocyanat
allein oder auch einen Teil des Treibmittels enthält, der andere Behälter alle anderen Reaktionsteilnehmer, z.B. das
Polyol und den Aminkatalysator, das gesamte oder"den anderen
Teil des Treibmittels, das Netzmittel und das zusätzliche Polyol, enthält. Typische Apparaturen für die Herstellung von

Polyurethan-Schaumstoffen an Ort und Stelle sind in den US-PSen
3 769 232 und 3 541 021 beschrieben.
Die Beispiele erläutern die Erfindung. Alle Teil- und Prozentangaben
beziehen sich auf das Gewicht.
Eine Anzahl von Amin-katalysierten halogenierten Polyolgemischen
wird durch Zugabe von blockierten und nicht blockierten Aminen zu einem halogenierten Polyol hergestellt. Der pH-Wert,
der Gehalt an Chloridionen und an verfügbaren N -Ionen werden vor und nach dem 90stündigen Altern Bei 60°C bestimmt. Ein
zeitlicher Abfall des pH-Werts deutet auf die Chlorwasserstoffabspaltung
aus denvhalogenierten Polyol durch den Aminkatalysator
hin. Änderungen in dem Chloridionengehalt (durch Titration bestimmt) nach dem Altern bedeuten den Abzug von
Chloridionen aus dem halogenierten Polyol und Bildung eines Salzes mit einer Amingruppe des Katalysators. Der Verbrauch
des verfügbaren N ist ein weiterer Hinweis auf die desaktiaktivierende Reaktion des Aminkatalysators und des halogenierten
Polyols.
Die Ergebnisse dieser Bestimmungen/ zusammengefasst in
durch Tabellen I und II, zeigen deutlich, dass/das erfindungsgemässe
Blockieren des Aminkatalysators mit der Säure ein kritischer Faktor für den Verlust der Aktivität des

Katalysators in schaumbildenden Reaktionen, der durch
die Desaktivierung durch Lagerung oder durch Vorreaktioi
verursacht ist,
dem halogeni<?rten Polyol/auf ein Minimum reduziert ist.
In Tabelle III sind Verfahrensdaten angegeben, wobei die
der
Bestandteile / Gruppen ι und II miteinander vermischt und in viereckigen Pappkartons geschäumt werden. Mit einer Stopp uhr werden die Verfahrenszeiten/ wie die Cremebildungszeit, die Gelbildungszeit, die Zeit bis zur Klebfreiheit und die Schaumbildungszeit, bestimmt, wobei die Zeit von dem Augenblick an gemessen wird, in dem das Gemisch in den Pappkarton eingefüllt wird. Die "Cremebildungszeit" ist die Zeit, die vergeht, bis die Schaumbildung beginnt, während der das Gemisch aus einer Flüssigkeit zu einer Creme oder einer Emulsion wird. Die "Gelbildungszeit" ist die Zeit, die vergeht, bis der entstandene Schaum sich selbst trägt, was durch den Widerstand des Schaums gegen das Eindringen eines stumpfen Instruments sichtbar ist. Die "Zeit bis zur Klebfreiheit" ist die Mindestzeit, die notwendig ist, bis der Schaum nicht mehr klebrig ist. Die "Schaumbildungszeit" ist die Zeit, die notwendig ist für eine vollständige Reaktion oder Ausdehnung des Schaumstoffs.

Claims (15)
- PatentansprücheKatalytisch stabiles Polyolgemisch für die Herstellung von Polyurethan-Schaumstoffen, enthaltend mindestens ein halogeniertes Polyol und mindestens ein durch Säure blockiertes Amin als Katalysator.
- 2. Polyolgemisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Polyolkomponente das Kondensationsprodukt einer Verbindung mit 2 bis 8 Hydroxylgruppen und eines halogenierten .Alkylenoxids enthält.
- 3. Polyolgemisch nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Polyolkomponente das Kondensationsprodukt eines Dextrose- oder Saccharose-Derivats und eines Alkylenoxids mitoder 4 Kohlenstoffatomen und mindestens 2 Halogenatomen im Molekül enthält, wobei das Kondensationsprodukt eine Eydroxyl-zahl von etwa 250 bis 650 hat.
- 4. Polyolgemisch nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Kondensationsprodukt von 4,4,4-Trichlör-1,2-epoxybutan ableitet.
- 5. Polyolgemisch nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Alkylamin enthält, das durch Umsetzen mit einer Carbonsäure blockiert worden ist.
- 6. Polyolgemisch nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Alkylamin enthält, das durch Umsetzen mit Ameisensäure blockiert worden ist.809849/0856 ORIGINAL INSPECTED
- 7. Polyolgemisch nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Kondensationsprodukt von einem Gemisch von Dextrose und eines aliphatischen Diols oder Triols ableitet.
- 8. Polyolgemisch nach Anspruch 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Kondensationsprodukt von einem Gemisch von Dextrose und A'thylenglykol, Propylenglykol, Glycerin und/oder Trimethylolpropan ableitet.
- 9. Polyolgemisch nach Anspruch 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kondensationsprodukt durch Umsetzen von 4,4,4-Trichlor-1,2-epoxybutan mit einem Gemisch von etwa 1 Mol D-Glukosemonohydrat je Mol Äthylenglykol in Gegenwart von Bortrifluorid oder Bortrifluorid-ätherat erhalten worden ist.
- 10. Polyolgemisch nach Anspruch 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet,vorzugswei se mi t/ dass es ein tertiäres Alkylamin,/ 3 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomenenthält.
- 11. Polyolgemisch nach Anspruch 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Trialkylmonoamin, Trialkylendiamin, N,N,N1,N'-Tetraalkylalkylendiamin, Dialkylcyclohexylamin, Dialkylalkanolamin, Alkyldialkanolamin und/oder Trialkanolamin enthält.
- 12. Polyolgemisch nach Anspruch 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Trimethylenamin, Triethylamin, Triäthylendiamin, Tetramethylbutylendiamin, Dimethylcyclohexylamin, Diäthylcyclohexylamin, Dimethyläthanolamin, Dimethylpropanolamin, Methyldiäthanol-£09849/0856amin, Methyldipropanolamin, Triethanolamin, Diäthanolpropänolaitiin und/oder Tripropanolamin enthält.
- 13. Polyolgemisch nach Anspruch 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es das Amin und die Carbonsäure in einem Verhältnis von etwa 1:1 bis 1,5:1 enthält.
- 14. Verwendung des Polyolgemisch.es nach Anspruch 1 bis zur Herstellung von Polyurethan-Schaumstoffen.
