Claims (20)

  1. 비교적 고분자량의 디하드록실 화합물, 디이소시아네이트 및 액체-결정 특성을 갖는 하나 이상의 쇄연 장제로부터 제조된, 필수적으로 선형인 폴리우레탄 및/또는 폴리우레탄 우레아 탄성중합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 액체-결정 특성을 갖는 쇄연장제가 NCO 그룹에 대해 반응성 인 말단의 H-산성 그룹으로서 지방족 OH 그룹 또는 방향족 또는 지방족 NH2그룹을 갖는 탄성중합체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 액체-결정 특성을 갖는 유기 쇄연장제가 다음 일반식(I)을 갖는 탄성중합체.
    상기식에서, M은; 결합 또는 트랜스-아미드 그룹을 나타내고, R1,R2,R3및 R4는 서로 독립적으로 수소, 불소, 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드 원자, 시아노 또는 트리플루오로 메틸 그룹 또는 임의로 에테르 산소원자에 의해 차단되는, 탄소수 1내지 12의 알킬 그룹을 나타내며, M은 1,2 또는 3을 나타내고, X 및 Y 는 서로 독립적으로, 이소시아네이트에 대해 반응성이며, 활성 H 원자를 갖는 그룹을 나타낸다.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, M이을 나타내는 탄성 중합체.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 R1,R2,R3및 R4가 메틸 그룹을 나타내는 탄성중합체.
  6. 제3항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, X 및 Y가 서로 독립적으로 OH, 1급 또는 2급 아미노, SM 또는 -CO-NH-NH2그룹을 나타내는 탄성중합체.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, X 및 Y가 서로 독립적으로 OM 및/또는 NH2그룹을 나타내는 탄성중합체.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, X 및 Y가 (사이클로)지방족적으로 결합된 OM그룹을 나타내는 탄성중합체.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 쇄연장제가 상기 명세서에 정확하게 확인된 액체-결정 특성을 갖는 화합물 중에서 선택되는 탄성중합체.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디히드록시 화합물이 폴리에스테르 디올, 폴리에테르 디올 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 탄성중합체.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 디히드록시 화합물이 헥산-1,6-디올, 부탄-1,4-디올, 네오펜틸 글리콜 및 분자 량(MW)이 1,000 내지 3000인 폴리테르라메틸렌 옥사이드 디올 중에서 선택되는 탄성중합체.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트 2,4 톨루일렌 디이소시아네이트 및 이의 이성체 혼합물 및 4,4′-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 및 이의 이성체 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 탄성중합체.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 명세서 정확하게 확인된 탄성중합체.
  14. 디이소시아네이트를, 액체결정 특성을 갖는 하나 이상의 쇄연장제의 존재하에서, 비교적 고분자량의 디히드록실 화합물에 중부가하여, 제1항 내지 13항중 어느 한 항에 따른 탄성중합체를 제조하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 제3 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에서 확인된 액체-결정 특성을 갖는 쇄연장체를 사용하는 방법.
  16. 실질적으로 실시예 1 내지 3중 어느 한 실시예에 기술된 바와 같이, 제1항에 따르는 탄성중합체를 제조하는 방법.
  17. 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 필수적으로 선형인 폴리우레탄 또는 폴리우레탄 우레아를 용융물 또는 용액으로부터 필름 또는 탄성중합체 섬유로 성형시키는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 실질적으로 실시예 1 내지 3중 어느 한 실시예에 기술된 방법.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 제14 내지 16항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 탄성중합체.
  20. 제1항 내지 13항 및 19항중 어느 한 항에 따르거나 제17항 또는 제18항의 방법에 의한 탄성중합체로 형성되는 필름 또는 탄성중합체 섬유.
