Abstract

본 발명은 A) A1) 소정 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트 및 A2) 소정 방향족 폴리이소시아내이트를 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트 성분, B) B1) 선택된 폴리카프로락톤 폴리올 및(또는) 선택된 폴리에테르 폴리올, 및 임의로 B2) 다른 유기 히드록실 화합물을 함유하는 폴리올 성분, 및 C) 표면 도장 기술에서 사용되는 공지된 첨가제를 주성분으로 함유하는 2성분 폴리우레탄 코팅 조성물 및 바닥 밀봉재 또는 얇은 도장재의 제조을 위한 이들 코팅 조성물의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. A) A1) A1.1) 이소시아누레이트기 및 우레트디온기를 함유하고, 23℃에서의 점도가 100--300mPa·s이며 이소시아네이트기의 함량이 20-24중량%이고 우레탄기의 함량이 0-5중량%인, 헥산 1,6-디이소시아네이트로부터 제조된 1종 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트 50-100중량%, 및 A1.2) 지방(지환)족 계열의 이소시아네이트기를 함유하는 A1.1)과 다른 1종 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트 0-50중량%를 주성분으로 하는 1종 이상의 지방(지환)족 폴리이소시아네이트 50-95중량%, 및 A2) A2.1) 톨루엔 2,4-, 임으리로는 2,6-디이소시아네이트로부터 제조되고 NCO기의 함량이 12-20중량%이며 우레탄기의 함량(CHNO2로서 계산)이 12-29중량인, 1종 이상의 우레탄기 함유 폴리이소시아내이트 50-100 NCO 당량%, 및 A2.2) 방향족 계열의 이소시아네이트기를 함유하는 A2.1)과 다른 1종 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트 0-50 NCO 당량%를 주성분으로 하는 1종 이상의 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트 5-50중량%를 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트 성분, B) B1) (i) 폴리카프롤락톤 폴리올, (ⅱ) 알킬렌 옥사이드 단위가 프로필렌 옥사이드 단위 80-100중량% 및 에틸렌 옥사이드 단위 0-20중량%로부터 얻어진 것인 폴리에테르 폴리올, 및 (ⅲ) (ⅰ)과 (ⅱ)의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된, 평균 히드록실 함량이 6-23중량%이고 평균 히드록실 관능기수가 2 내지 4인 1종 이상의 유기 폴리히드록실 화합물 50-100중량%, 및 B2) B1)과다른 1종 이상의 유기 폴리히드록실 화합물 0-50중량%를 함유하는 폴리올 성분, 및 C) 도장 기술 분야에 공지되어 있는 임의의 첨가제를 주성분으로 하고, 여기서 성분 A)와 B)는 NCO/OH 당량비 0.9:1 내지 1.3:1에 대응하는 양으로 존재하는 2성분 폴리우레탄 코팅 조성물.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트 A1.2)가 (ⅰ) 이소시아누레이트기를 함유하고 헥산 1,6-디이소시아네이트로부터 제조되며 NCO기 함량이 20-23중량%인 우레트디온기 무함유 폴리이소시아네이트, (ⅱ) 비우레트기를 함유하고 헥산 1,6-디이소시아네이트로부터 제조되며 NCO기 함량이 21-24중량%인 폴리이소시아네이트, 및 (ⅲ) (ⅰ)과 (ⅱ)의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군중에서 선택된 것인 코팅 조성물.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트 A2.2)가 (ⅰ) 이소시아누레이트기를 함유하고 톨루엔 2,4-, 임의로는 2,6-디이소시아네이트로부터 제조되며 NCO기의 함량이 14-18중량%인 폴리이소시아네이트, (ⅱ) 이소시아누레이트기를 함유하고 헥산 1,6-디이소시아네이트 및 톨루엔 2,4-, 임의로는 2,6-디이오시아네이트로부터 제조되며 NCO기의 함량이 15-20중량%인 폴리이소시아네이트 및 (ⅲ) (ⅰ)과 (ⅱ)의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군중에서 선택된 것인 코팅 조성물.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트 A2.2)가 (ⅰ) 이소시아누레이트기를 함유하고 톨루엔 2,4-, 임의로는 2,6-디이소시아네이트로부터 제조되며 NCO기의 함량이 톨루엔 2,4-, 임의로는 2,6-디이소시아네이트로부터 제조되며 NCO기의 함량이 14-18중량%인 폴리이소시아네이트, (ⅱ) 이소시아누레이트기를 함유하고 헥산 1,6-디이소시아네이트 및 톨루엔 2,4- 임으로는 2,6-디이소시아네이트로부터 제조되며 NCO기의 함량이 15-20중량%인 폴리이소시아네이트, 및 (ⅲ) (ⅰ)과 (ⅱ)의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택된 것인 코팅 조성물.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분 B2)가 에테르 및(또는) 에스테르기를 함유할 수 있는 분자량 62-2,000의 폴리히드록실 화합물중에서 선택된 것인 코팅 조성물.
  6. 제 1 항의 코팅 조성물로 도장 또는 밀봉된 바닥.
