Abstract

본 발명은 A) NCO기의 총 수를 기준으로 하여, 0.1 내지 25 당량%의 NCO기가 실활된, 표면-변성되고 미분된 폴리이소시아네이트와, B) 1)성분 B)의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 5 내지 40 중량%의 1종의 이상의 지방족 폴리에테르 폴리아민과, 2) i)성분 B2)의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 10 내지 60 중량%의 폴리에스테르 폴리올 및 ii) 성분 B2)의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 40 내지 90 중량%의 주로 일차 히드록실기를 갖는 1종 이상의 폴리에테르 폴리올로 이루어진, 성분 B)의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 60 내지 95 중량%의 폴리올 혼합물로 이루어진 이소시아네이트-반응성 기를 갖는 비교적 고분자량의 화합물의 혼합물을 함유하는 열경화성, 일액형 폴리우레탄 반응 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 또한 피복제, 접착제, 감음성 제품 및 실런트, 특히 심 실런트의 제조를 위한 열경화성, 일액형 폴리우레탄 반응 조성물의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. A) NCO기의 총수를 기준으로 하여, 0.1 내지 25 당량%의 NCO기가 실활된, 표면-변성되고 미분된 폴리이소시아네이트와, B) 1)성분 B)의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 5 내지 40 중량%의 1종의 이상의 지방족 폴리에테르 폴리아민과, 2) i) 성분 B2)의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 10 내지 60 중량%의 1종 이상의 폴리에스테르폴리올 및 ii) 성분 B2)의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 40 내지 90 중량%의 주로 일차 히드록실기를 갖는 1종 이상의 폴리에테르 폴리올로 이루어진, 성분 B)의 중량을 기준으로 하여 60 내지 95 중량%의 폴리올 혼합물로 이루어진 이소시아네이트-반응성 기를 갖는 비교적 고분자량의 화합물의 혼합물을 함유하는 열경화성, 일액형 폴리우레탄 반응 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A)가 3,3´-디이소시아네이토-4,4´-디메틸-N,N´-디페닐우레아, 3,3´-디이소시아네이토-2,2´-디메틸-N,N´-디페닐우레아 및 3,3´-디이소시아네이토-2,4´-디메틸-N,N´-디페닐우레아로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 성분으로 이루어진 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A)가 3,3´-디이소시아네이토-4,4´-디메틸-N,N´-디페닐우레아 또는 3,3´-디이소시아네이토-2,2´-디메틸-N,N´-디페닐우레아의 장쇄 폴리에테르 또는 장쇄 폴리에스테르에 의한 변성 생성물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 성분으로 이루어진 조성물.
  4. 제1항의 열경화성, 일액형 폴리우레탄 반응 조성물로부터 제조된 피복제, 접착제, 감음성(anti-drumming) 제품 또는 실런트.
