Claims (6)

  1. (A)말단에 히드록실기를 가지며, 무게평균분자량이 6,000 내지 40,000인 폴리에테르 폴리올을 과잉량의 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물과 반응시켜서 얻어진 폴리우레탄 예비중합체와, (B) 열가소성 우레탄 멀티-블럭공중합체 수지를 주성분으로 하며, 여기에 통상의 첨가제를 첨가하여서 이루어진 반응적인 열용융 탄성의 봉합재 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 예비중합체 20 내지 60중량%, 열가소성 우레탄 멀티-블럭 공중합체 수지 5 내지 30중량%, 충진제 50중량% 미만, 가소제 20중량% 미만 및 기타 첨가제 10중량% 미만으로 이루어진 봉합재 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 예비중합체 30 내지 50중량%, 열가소성 우레탄 멀티-블럭 공중합체 수지 10 내지 20중량%, 충진제 20 내지 40중량%, 가소제 20중량% 미만 및 기타 첨가제 10중량% 미만으로 이루어진 봉합재 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 예비중합체는 폴리에테르 폴리올과 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물 NCO/OH의 당량비를 1.5 내지 3.5로 하여 반응시켜 제조한 것인 봉합재 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르 폴리올은 다음 식의 폴리옥시알킬렌 에테르 폴리올인 것인 봉합재 조성물.
    윗식에서, R은 2 내지 6의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬렌이며, n은 13 내지 350의 정수이고, m은 0 내지 440의 정수이며,는 2 내지 8의 정수이다.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 우레탄 멀티- 블럭 공중합체 수지는 다관능기의 고리와 활성수소를 포함하는 100 내지 4,000의 무게평균분자량의 화합물과 디올 또는 트리올의 화합물 및 과량의 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물을 반응시켜 제조한 것인 봉합재 조성물.
