Abstract

본 발명은 (1) 폴리이소시아네이트 및 폴리올과, 또는 상기 상기 폴리이소시아네이트를 상기 폴리올과 반응시켜서 얻을 수 있고 말단에 이소시아네이트가 있는 전중합체와 (2) 하기 일반식의 디올 :
〔상기 식에서, A1및 A2는 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 하나의 결합 -O- 또는 -COO-를 나타낸다; R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이하며 각각 C1-6알킬렌을 나타낸다; X1및 X2는 동일하거나 상이하며 각각 H 또는 히드록시알킬이다〕 및 (3) 60내지 500의 히드록실 당량을 가지는 트리올을 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 앨라스토머의 제조방법에 관한 것이며, 상기 방법은 개선된 인장 강도, 인열강도 및 기타 기계적 성질을 가진 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머를 제공한다.

Claims (11)

  1. (1) 폴리이소시아네이트 및 폴리올과, 또는 상기 폴리이소시아네이트를 상기 폴리올과 반응시켜서 얻을 수 있고 말단에 이소시아네이트가 있는 전중합체와 (2)하기 일반식의 디올;
    〔상기 식에서, A1및 A2는 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 하나의 결합, -O- 또는 -COO-를 나타내고; R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이하며 각각 C1-6알킬렌을 나타내고; X1및 X2는 동일하거나 상이하며 각각 H 또는 히드록시알킬을 나타냄〕 및 (3) 60 내지 500의 히드록실 당량을 가지는 트리올을 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 디올(2)가 하기식으로 표시되는 것인 제조 방법:
    상기식에서, A1및 A2는 동일하고 각각 하나의 결합을 나타내며; R1및 R2는 동일하고 각각 메틸렌을 나타내며; X1및 X2는 동일하고 각각 H를 나타낸다.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 디올(2)가 하기식으로 표시되는 것인 제조 방법:
    상기 식에서, A1및 A2는 동일하고, 각각 -O-를 나타내며; R1및 R2는 동일하고 각각 에틸렌을 나타내며; X1및 X2는 동일하고 각각 H를 나타낸다.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 트리올(3)이 트리메틸올과 알킬렌 옥시드 사이의 무작위 첨가 반응 또는 차단 첨가 반응에서 얻을 수 있는 3가 작용성의 폴리에테르 폴리올인 제조 방법.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 트리올(3)이 ε―카프로락톤과 저분자량의 트리올 사이의 첨가 반응에서 얻을 수 있는 3가 작용성의 폴리에스테르 폴리올인 제조 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 디올(2) 및 트리올(3)이 1:0.5 내지 1.5의 중량비로 사용되는 제조 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 디올(2) 및 트리올(3)의 전체량이 약 60중량%이상인 제조 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 전체 계내의 히드록실: 이소시아네이트의 당량비(OH/NCO)가 0.8내지 1.20인 제조 방법.
  9. 하기 일반식의 디올 및 60 내지 500의 히드록실 당량을 가지는 트리올을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머 경화 조성물:
    〔상기 식에서, A1및 A2는 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 하나의 결합, -O- 또는 -COO-를 나타낸다: R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이하며 각각 C1-6알킬렌을 나타낸다; X1및 X2는 동일하거나 상이하며 각각 H 또는 히드록시알킬이다〕
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 디올(2) 및 트리올(3)이 1:0.05 내지 1.5의 중량비로 함유되어 있는 경화 조성물.
  11. 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조한 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머.
