Claims (6)
- 촉매 존재하에서 히드록실-함유 화합물과 폴리이소시아네이트 또는 최소한 부분적으로 블로킹된 폴리이소 시아네이트의 반응을 촉진하는 방법에 있어서, 히드록실-함유 유기주석 화합물을 촉매로 이용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 히드록실-함유 유기주석 화합물이 하기 일반식(I)-(II)의 화합물중 하나의 화합물이거나 또는 1:0.5-1의 몰비로 이유기주석 산화물(diorganotin oxide) 또는 이유기주석 이염화물(diorganotin dichloride)과 HSCH2CH(OH)CH2XH(여기서, X는 -S- 또는 -O-임)의 반응에 의해 제조된 중합체 유기 주석화합물인 방법:R2Sn〔X-R1-OH〕2(I)(II)R2Sn〔O2C(Y′)nCO2-Z-ON〕2(III)상기식에서, R은 C1-C8알킬 또는 아릴기이고; R1은 히드록실 치환체를 함유할 수 있는 C2-C22이가 탄화수소기이고; X는 -O-, -S- 또는 -O2C-일 수 있는 결합기이고; Y는 히드록실-함유 C3-C5알킬렌기이고; Y′는 C1-C9이가 탄화수소기이고; Z는 이가 유기결합기이고; 그리고 n은 0 또는1이다.
- 폴리이소시아네이트, 폴리올 및 우레탄 촉매를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 도료 조성물에 있어서, 히드록실-함유 유기 주석 화합물을 우레탄 촉매로서 포함함을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 도료 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 히드록실-함유 유기 주석 화합물이 하기 일반식(I)-(III)의 화합물중 하나의 화합물이거나 또는 1:0.5-1의 몰비로 이유기주석 산화물 또는 이유기주석 이염화물과 HSCH2CH(OH)CH2XH(여기서, X는 -S- 또는 -O-임)의 반응에 의해 제조된 중합체 유기주석 화합물인 폴리우레탄도료 조성물:;R2Sn〔X-R1-OH〕2(I)(II)R2Sn〔O2C(Y′)nCO2-Z-ON〕2(III)상기식에서, R은 C1-C8알킬 또는 아릴기이고; R1은 히드록실 치환체를 함유할 수 있는 C2-C22이가 탄화수소기이고; X는 -O-, -S- 또는 -O2C-일 수 있는 결합기이고; Y는 히드록실-함유 C3-C5알킬렌기이고; Y′는 C1-C9이가 탄화수소기이고; Z는 이가 유기결합기이고; 그리고 n은 0 또는1이다.
- 폴리이소시아네이트, 폴리올, 발포제 및 임의로 아민 촉매를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 포옴 조성물에 있어서, 히드록실-함유 유기 주석 화합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 도료 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 히드록실-함유 유기주석 화합물이 하기 일반식(I)-(III)의 화합물중 하나의 화합물이거나 또는 1:0.5-1의 몰비로 이유기 주석 산화물 또는 이유기주석 이염화물과 HSCH2CH(OH)CH2XH(여기서, X는 -S- 또는 -O-임)의 반응에 의해 제조된 중합체 유기주석 화합물인 폴리우레탄포움 조성물:;R2Sn〔X-R1-OH〕2(I)(II)R2Sn〔O2C(Y′)nCO2-Z-ON〕 (III)상기식에서, R은 C1-C8알킬 또는 아릴기이고; R1은 히드록실 치환체를 함유할 수 있는 C2-C22이가 탄화수소기이고; X는 -O-, -S- 또는 -O2C-일 수 있는 결합기이고; Y는 히드록실-함유 C3-C5알킬렌기이고; Y′는 C1-C9이가 탄화수소기이고; Z는 이가 유기결합기이고; 그리고 n은 0 또는1이다.※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
