Claims (4)
- 폴리올과 폴리이소시안에이트를 아미촉매, 발포제 및 포옴안정제 존재하에 반응시켜 연질 폴리우레탄 포옴을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 아민촉매가 다음 일반식으로 표시되는 이미다졸 적어도 1종으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 연질 폴리우레탄 포옴의 제조방법.상기 식에서, R1은 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬, 디메틸아미노프로필, 벤질, 비닐 또는 탄소수 1 내지 3의 히드록시알킬이고, R2는 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬, 아릴, 벤질 또는 페닐이고, R3및 R4는 각기 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 또는 히드록시메틸이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 발포제가 폴리올 100중량부 기준으로 2.0중량부 이상의 물인 연질 폴리우레탄 포옴의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리올이 적어도 5몰% 이상의 말단 옥시에틸렌 그룹을 함유하는 연질 폴리우레탄 포옴의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 촉매가 1-메틸이미다졸, 1, 2-디메틸이미다졸, 1-(3-디메틸아미노프로필)이미다졸, 1-이소부틸-2-메틸이미다졸 및 1-n-부틸-2-메틸이미다졸 화합물로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 1종으로 이루어진 것인 연질 폴리우레탄 포옴의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
