So verwendet man epoxydierte Pflanzenöle als Weichmacher bzw. Plastifikator zur Weiterverarbeitung thermoplastischer Hochpolymerer, wie auch in Mineralölemulsionen bei der Anwendung als Textilhilfsmittel. Die Anwendung epoxydierter Fettsäuretriglyceride in der erfindungsgemässen Weise konnte daraus jedoch nicht hergeleitet werden. Das folgende Beispiel beschreibt ein emulgierbares Pflanzenöl, das besonders gut für kosmetische Zwecke geeignet ist. Beispiel : 4 Gew.-Teile eines oxäthylierten Octylphenols (l Mol Octylphenol+etwa 6 Mol Äthylenoxyd) werden mit 4 Gew.-Teilen eines epoxydierten Sojaöls (Säurezahl l ; Jodzahl 8 ; 5, 8% Epoxydsauerstoff) vermischt. Danach werden 92 Gew.-Teile Sesamöl zugegeben. Das Gemisch wird erforderlichenfalls filtriert. Man erhält ein blankes, lagerbeständiges Öl, das beim Eingiessen in Wasser spontan eine milchigweisse Emulsion ergibt, die erst nach 10 h Aufrahmungserscheinungen zeigt. Vermischt man zum Vergleich das Sesamöl mit dem beschriebenen oxäthylierten Octylphenol ohne Zusatz des epoxydierten Sojaöls, so scheidet sich bereits nach 2 bis 4 h ein Teil des Emulgators aus dem Öl aus. Gibt man ein derartiges Öl in Wasser, so erfolgt in wenigen Minuten Aufrahmung. Eine grobdisperse Emulsion wird erst nach intensiver mechanischer Einwirkung erhalten. Nachfolgend werden zwei erfindungsgemässe Zusammensetzungen für kosmetische Öle zur Reinigung und Pflege von Haut und Körper gegeben : 1. Hautreinigungsöl : 10 bis 15% eines handelsüblichen oxäthylierten Emulgators, vorzugsweise 10%, 10 bis 20% eines epoxydierten Pflanzenöles, vorzugsweise 15% Ricinusöl, epoxydiert, 15 bis 20% flüssige Wachsester, vorzugsweise 20%, ad 100% Fettsäuretriglyceride, vorzugsweise Sesamöl. 2. Hautnähröl : 10 bis 15% eines handelsüblichen oxäthylierten Emulgators, vorzugsweise 10%, 10 bis 20% eines epoxydierten Fettsäuretriglycerids, vorzugsweise 15% Sojaöl, epoxydiert, 10 bis 20% Auszug von Kamillenblüten in flüssigem Wachsester, vorzugsweise 20%, 2% Weizenkeimöl, 2% Linosanöl bzw. andere zweckdienliche, biologisch wirksame Substanzen der verschiedensten Art in zweckdienlicher Menge, z. B. organischgebundener Schwefel, Steinkohlenteer, Chlorophyll usw.., ad 100% Fettsäuretriglyceride, vorzugsweise Sesamöl.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH : Emulgierbares pflanzliches oder tierisches Öl für kosmetische Zwecke, bestehend aus einem Gemisch der Öle mit einem an sich bekannten Emulgator, vorzugsweise auf der Grundlage oxäthylierter, grenzflächenaktiver Verbindungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zusätzlich epoxydierte Fettsäuretriglyceride enthält.
