Abstract

Las composiciones de pesticidas con base acuosa que tienen una alta concentración de una sal soluble en agua de un herbicida y pesticida insoluble en agua se proporcionan en la presente descripción. Estas composiciones son, entre otras cosas, transparentes, homogéneas y estables tras el almacenamiento de diversos ambientes térmicos y tras la disolución en agua forman una emulsión estable. Reivindicación 1: Una composición herbicida acuosa estable que comprende: a) una sal soluble en agua de un herbicida de auxinas sintéticas, con respecto a la composición total, desde aproximadamente 100 gramos de equivalente de ácido por litro (g ae/l) hasta aproximadamente 625 g ae/l; b) un segundo herbicida que comprende, con respecto a la composición total, desde aproximadamente 0,1 gramo g ae/l hasta aproximadamente 400 g ae/l de un herbicida insoluble en agua; c) desde aproximadamente 0 g/l hasta aproximadamente 150 g/l, con respecto a la composición total, de al menos un surfactante iónico y no iónico; d) desde aproximadamente 0 g/l hasta aproximadamente 150 g/l, con respecto a la composición total, de un disolvente orgánico inmiscible con agua, y e) desde aproximadamente 200 g/l hasta aproximadamente 800 g/l, con respecto a la composición total, de agua; en donde la composición forma una composición herbicida estable, transparente y homogénea. Reivindicación 4: La composición herbicida acuosa estable de conformidad de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 3, caracterizada además porque el herbicida de auxinas sintéticas es 2,4-D, 2,4-DB, aminociclopiracloro, aminopiralida, clopiralida, dicamba, MCPA, MCPB, picloram, triclopir o mezclas de los mismos. Reivindicación 5: La composición herbicida acuosa estable de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 4, caracterizada además porque el herbicida de auxinas sintéticas comprende uno o varios cationes de organo-amonio. Reivindicación 7: La composición herbicida acuosa estable de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 5 - 6, caracterizada además porque los cationes de organo-amonio son isopropiloamonio, diglicolamonio, dimetilamonio, dietilamonio, trietilamonio, dimetiletanolamonio, dietanolamonio, trietanolamonio, triisopropanolamonio, tetrametilamonio, colina, metilamonio N,N-bis-(3-aminopropil) o mezclas de los mismos. Reivindicación 10: La composición herbicida acuosa estable de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 9, caracterizada además porque el segundo herbicida es un éster de aminopiralida, carfentrazona, cletodim, un éster de clopiralida, cloransulam-metilo, cihalofop-butilo, un éster de dicamba, diclosulam, florasulam, flumioxazina, fluroxipir-meptilo, halauxifeno-metilo, un éster de haloxifop, un éster de haloxifop-P, haloxifop-P-metilo, isoxabén, MCPA-EHE, un éster de MCPB, mesotriona, metosulam, oxifluorfen, penoxsulam, un éster de picloram, propanilo, pirosulfato, piroxsulam, quizalofop-P-etilo, saflufenacil, setoxidim, sulfentrazona, tefuriltriona, topramezona, un éster de triclopir no líquido, un compuesto que tiene la fórmula (1), o un alquilo C₁₋₁₂ o éster de arilalquilo C₇₋₁₂ o sal del mismo, o mezclas del mismo. Reivindicación 13: La composición herbicida de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 11, caracterizada además porque el segundo herbicida es una mezcla de halauxifeno-metilo e isoxabén. Reivindicación 14: Un método para controlar la vegetación no deseada que comprende ponerse en contacto con la vegetación o con un área adyacente a la misma para evitar la aparición de crecimiento de la vegetación de una cantidad de herbicida eficaz de una composición herbicida que comprende: a) una sal soluble en agua de un herbicida de auxinas sintéticas, con respecto a la composición total, desde aproximadamente 100 g ae/l hasta aproximadamente 625 g ae/l; b) un segundo herbicida que comprende, con respecto a la composición total, desde aproximadamente 0,1 g ae/l hasta aproximadamente 400 g ae/l de un éster de aminopiralida, carfentrazona, cletodim, un éster de clopiralida, cloransulam-metilo, cihalofop-butilo, un éster de dicamba, diclosulam, florasulam, flumioxazin, fluroxipir-meptilo, halauxifeno-metilo, un éster de haloxifop, un éster de haloxifop-P, haloxifop-P-metilo, isoxabén, MCPA-EHE, un éster de MCPB, mesotriona, metosulam, oxifluorfen, penoxsulam, un éster de picloram, propanilo, pirasulfotol, piroxsulam, quizalofop-P-etilo, saflufenacil, setoxidim, sulfentrazona, tefuriltriona, topramezona, un éster de triclopir no líquido, un compuesto que tiene la fórmula (1), o un alquilo C₁₋₁₂ o éster de arilalquilo C₇₋₁₂ o sal del mismo, o mezclas del mismo; c) desde aproximadamente 0 g/l hasta aproximadamente 150 g/l, con respecto a la composición total, de al menos un surfactante iónico o no iónico; d) desde aproximadamente 0 g/l hasta aproximadamente 150 g/l de un disolvente orgánico inmiscible con agua; y e) desde aproximadamente 200 g/l hasta aproximadamente 800 g/l, con respecto a la composición total, de agua; en donde la composición forma una composición herbicida estable, transparente y homogénea.
