Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Una composición herbicida concentrada acuosa, caracterizada porque comprende: un componente de glufosinato; un componente del herbicida auxina; un ácido monocarboxílico y/o una sal del mismo; y un componente tensioactivo que comprende por lo menos un agente tensioactivo que se selecciona del grupo que consiste en sulfatos de alquilo, alquil éter sulfatos, alquil aril éter sulfatos, sulfonatos de alquilo, alquil éter sulfonatos, alquil aril éter sulfonatos, alquilpolisacáridos, amidoalquilaminas, alcoholes alcoxilados, alquilaminas alcoxiladas, ésteres de fosfatos alcoxilados y combinaciones de los mismos, en donde la concentración total de herbicida de la composición es de por lo menos aproximadamente 10% en peso, por lo menos aproximadamente 15% en peso, por lo menos aproximadamente 20% en peso, por lo menos aproximadamente 25% en peso, por lo menos aproximadamente 30% en peso, por lo menos aproximadamente 35% en peso, por lo menos aproximadamente 40% en peso, por lo menos aproximadamente 45% en peso o por lo menos aproximadamente 50% en peso. Reivindicación 7: La composición de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, caracterizada porque el componente herbicida de auxina comprende por lo menos un herbicida de auxina que se selecciona del grupo que consiste en dicamba (ácido 3,6-dicloro-2-metoxibenzoico); 2,4-D (ácido 2,4-diclorofenoxiacético); 2,4-DB (ácido 4-(2,4-diclorofenoxi)butanoico); dicloroprop (ácido 2-(2,4-diclorofenoxi)propanoico); MCPA (ácido (4-cloro-2-metilfenoxi)acético); MCPB (ácido 4-(4-cloro-2-metilfenoxi)butanoico); aminopiralida (ácido 4-amino-3,6-dicloro-2-piridincarboxilico); fluoroxpir (ácido [(4-amino-3,5-dicloro-6-fluoro-2-piridiniloxi]acético); triclopir (ácido [((3,5,6 tricloro-2-piridinil)oxi]acético); diclopir; mecoprop (ácido (2-(4-cloro-2-metilfenoxi)propanoico); mecoprop-P; picloram (ácido 4-amino-3,5,6-tricloro-2-piridincarboxílico); quinclorac (ácido 3,7-dicloro-8-quinolincarboxílico); aminociclopiraclor (ácido 6-amino-5-cloro-2-ciclopropil-4-pirimidincarboxílico); benazolina; halauxifeno; fluorpirauxifeno; 4-amino-3-cloro-5-fluoro-6-(7-fluoro-1H-indol-6-il)piridin-2-carboxilato de metilo; ácido 4-amino-3-cloro-5-fluoro-6-(7-fluoro-1H-indol-6-il)piridin-2-carboxílico; 4-amino-3-cloro-5-fluoro-6-(7-fluoro-1H-indol-6-il)piridin-2-carboxilato de bencilo; 4-amino-3-cloro-5-fluoro-6-(7-fluoro-1-isobutiril-1H-indol-6-il)piridin-2-carboxilato de metilo; 4-amino-3-cloro-6-[1-(2,2-dimetilpropanoil)-7-fluoro-1H-indol-6-il]-5-fluoropiridin-2-carboxilato de metilo; 4-amino-3-cloro-5-fluoro-6-[7-fluoro-1-(metoxiacetil)-1H-indol-6-il]piridin-2-carboxilato de metilo; 6-(1-acetil-7-fluoro-1H-indol-6-il)-4-amino-3-cloro-5-fluoropiridin-2-carboxilato de metilo; 4-amino-3-cloro-5-fluoro-6-(7-fluoro-1H-indol-6-il)piridin-2-carboxilato de potasio; y 4-amino-3-cloro-5-fluoro-6-(7-fluoro-1H-indol-6-il)piridin-2-carboxilato de butilo; incluyendo sus sales y ésteres, mezclas racémicas e isómeros resueltos de los mismos; y combinaciones de los mismos. Reivindicación 27: La composición de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 26, caracterizada porque el componente tensioactivo comprende uno o más sulfatos de alquilo, alquil éter sulfatos y/o alquil aril éter sulfatos. Reivindicación 28: La composición de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 27, caracterizada porque el agente tensioactivo de sulfato de alquilo es un compuesto de fórmula (1), en donde R¹ es un hidrocarbilo o un hidrocarbilo sustituido que tiene entre aproximadamente 4 y aproximadamente 22 átomos de carbono; y M se selecciona del grupo que consiste en un catión de metal alcalino, amonio, un compuesto de amonio o H⁺. Reivindicación 49: Un método para controlar el crecimiento de plantas indeseadas, caracterizado porque el método comprende: preparar una mezcla de aplicación herbicida acuosa mediante dilución con agua de la composición herbicida concentrada de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 48; y aplicar una cantidad eficaz como herbicida de la mezcla de aplicación a las plantas indeseadas.
