Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Una formulación herbicida acuosa caracterizada porque comprende un herbicida aniónico, un absorbente particulado y un agente tensioactivo catiónico, donde el agente tensioactivo catiónico está unido al absorbente particulado y el herbicida aniónico está unido al agente tensioactivo catiónico unido al absorbente particulado, el absorbente particulado presenta un contenido de sílice de al menos aproximadamente 50% en peso y la concentración del herbicida aniónico es de al menos aproximadamente 0,1% en peso de e.a. Reivindicación 7: La formulación de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, caracterizada porque el herbicida aniónico es un herbicida del tipo de las auxinas que se selecciona del grupo que consiste en el 2,4-D, el 2,4-DB, el MCPA, el MCPB, el aminociclopiraclor, el aminopiralid, el clopiralid, el dicloroprop, el fluroxipir, el triclopir, el diclopir, el mecoprop, el mecoprop-P, el dicamba, el picloram, el quinclorac, las mezclas racémicas que los comprenden, sus isómeros resueltos y las combinaciones de éstos. Reivindicación 11: La formulación de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, caracterizada porque el herbicida aniónico es el dicamba. Reivindicación 40: Un coadyuvante para una formulación herbicida acuosa, caracterizado porque comprende sílice particulada y un agente tensioactivo catiónico, donde el agente tensioactivo catiónico está unido a la sílice particulada y el coadyuvante presenta un contenido de sílice (SiO₂) de al menos aproximadamente 20% en peso. Reivindicación 41: Un método para controlar las malezas en un campo donde hay una planta de cultivo, caracterizado porque comprende: aplicar una formulación herbicida acuosa sobre el campo, en una cantidad eficaz para obtener un efecto herbicida, donde la formulación herbicida acuosa es una formulación de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 39. Reivindicación 58: Un método para mejorar la efectividad residual de un herbicida aniónico, caracterizado porque comprende combinar un herbicida aniónico, un absorbente particulado, un agente tensioactivo catiónico y agua, de manera tal de obtener una formulación herbicida acuosa, donde el agente tensioactivo catiónico está unido al absorbente particulado y el herbicida aniónico está unido al agente tensioactivo catiónico unido al absorbente particulado.
