Abstract

Un dispositivo optoelectronico fotosensible orgánico que comprende un sustrato que tiene una superficie proximal y una superficie distal; al menos una capa de electrodo en relacion superpuesta sobre dicha superficie proximal de dicho sustrato, donde la capa de electrodo más alejada de dicho sustrato es transparente; y dos capas orgánicas fotoconductoras dispuestas entre al menos una capa de electrodo y dicho sustrato; donde dicha capa orgánica fotosensible se selecciona para formar una heterounion fotovoltaica con la otra capa orgánica fotosensible, para que la heterounion tenga sensibilidad espectral en una region específica del espectro electromagnético.
