Abstract
El presente se refiere a un tautómero, profármaco, solvato o una sal de los mismos; composiciones farmacéuticas que contienen tales compuestos, y métodos para modular la función del receptor de glucocorticoides y métodos para tratar un estado o un cuadro patológico mediado por la función del receptor de glucocorticoides o caracterizado por procesos inflamatorios, alérgicos o proliferativos en un paciente que utiliza estos compuestos. Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto de fórmula (1), en el cual: R1 es un grupo arilo o heteroarilo, cada uno sustituido independientemente en formar opcional con uno a tres grupos sustituyentes, donde cada grupo sustituyente de R1 es independientemente alquilo C1-5, alquenilo C2-5, alquinilo C2-5, cicloalquilo C3-8, heterociclilo, arilo, heteroarilo, alcoxi C1-5, alqueniloxi C2-5, alquiniloxi C2-5, ariloxi, acilo, alcoxicarbonilo C1-5, alcanoiloxi C1-5, alcanoilo C1-5, aroilo, aminocarbonilo, alquilaminocarbonilo, dialquilaminocarbonilo, aminocarboniloxi, alquilaminocarboniloxi C1-5, dialquilaminocarboniloxi C1-5, alcanoilamino C1-5, alcoxicarbonilamino C1-5, alquilsulfonilamino C1-5, aminosulfonilo, alquilaminosulfonilo C1-5, dialquilaminosulfonilo C1-5, halógeno, hidroxi, carboxi, ciano, trifluorometilo, trifluorometoxi, nitro, o amino donde el átomo de nitrógeno en forma opcional está independientemente mono- o di-sustituido con alquilo C1-5 o arilo; o ureido donde el átomo de nitrógeno en forma opcional está independientemente sustituido con alquilo C1-5; o alquiltio C1-5 donde el átomo de azufre en forma opcional está oxidado a sulfóxido o sulfona, donde cada grupo sustituyente de R1 está independientemente sustituido en forma opcional con uno a tres grupos sustituyentes seleccionados de metilo, metoxi, halógeno, hidroxi, oxo, ciano, heteroarilo, heterociclilo, o amino donde el átomo de nitrógeno en forma opcional está independientemente mono- o di-sustituido con alquilo C1-5 o arilo; o ureido donde el átomo de nitrógeno en forma opcional está independientemente sustituido con alquilo C1-5; R2 y R3 son cada uno independientemente hidrógeno o alquilo C1-5, o R2 y R3 junto con el átomo de carbono al que están unidos usualmente forman un anillo espiro cicloalquilo C3-8; R4 es alquilo C1-5, alquenilo C2-5, o alquinilo C2-5, cada uno sustituido independientemente en forma opcional con uno a tres grupos sustituyentes, donde cada grupo sustituyente de R4 es independientemente alquilo C1-3, hidroxi, halógeno, amino u oxo; y R5 es un grupo heteroarilo independientemente sustituido en forma opcional con uno a tres grupos sustituyentes, donde cada grupo sustituyentes de R5 es independientemente alquilo C1-5, alquenilo C2-5, alquinilo C2-5, cicloalquilo C3-8, heterociclilo, arilo, heteroarilo, alcoxi C1-5, alqueniloxi C2-5, alquiniloxi C2-5, ariloxi, acilo, alcoxicarbonilo C1-5, alcanoiloxi C1-5, heterociclilcarbonilo, aroilo, aminocarbonilo, alquilaminocarbonilo, dialquilaminocarbonilo, aminocarboniloxi, alquilamino-carboniloxi(C1-5), dialquilaminocarboniloxi C1-5, alcanoilamino C1-5, alcoxicarbonilamino C1-5, alquilsulfonilamino C1-5, aminosulfonilo, alquilaminosulfonilo C1-5, dialquilaminosulfonilo C1-5, halógeno, hidroxi, carboxi, ciano, trifluorometilo, trifluorometoxi, trifluorometiltio, nitro o amino donde el átomo de nitrógeno en forma opcional está independientemente mono- o di-sustituido con alquilo C1-5; o ureido donde el átomo de nitrógeno en forma opcional está independientemente sustituido con alquilo C1-5; o alquiltio C1-5 donde el átomo de azufre en forma opcional está oxidado a sulfóxido o sulfona, donde cada grupo sustituyente de R5 está independientemente sustituido en forma opcional con uno a tres grupos sustituyentes seleccionados de alquilo C1-3, alcoxi C1-3, acilo, silaniloxi C1-3, alcoxicarbonilo C1-5, carboxi, halógeno, hidroxi, oxi, ciano, arilo, heteroarilo, heterociclilo o amino donde el átomo de nitrógeno en forma opcional está independientemente mono- o di-sustituido con alquilo C1-5 o arilo; o ureido donde el átomo de nitrógeno en forma opcional está independientemente sustituido con alquilo C1-5, o trifluorometilo, o un tautómero, un profármaco, un solvato o sal del mismo.
