Abstract

Una composicion para una pastilla comprimida que comprende: Un componente granulado que comprende una pluralidad de gránulos de fusion solidificados de unadroga anti-inflamatoria no esteroidal (NSAID) que tiene un punto de fusion en el rango de 30-30 0 degree C e incorporar un desintegrante uniformemente dispersado en elmismo; donde los gránulos comprenden una fase contínua de dicha droga antiinflamatoria no esteroidal y donde además porque la composicion para pastillacomprende dioxido de silicio presen te en una cantidad de 0,05-5,0% en peso de la composicion. Preferiblemente la composicion contiene también un componenteextra-granulado que comprende un dioxido de silicio y un lubricante. Además preferiblemente la NSAID es ibuprofen que tien un punt o de fusion en el rango de75-77 degree C. Opcionalmente el proceso de fusion puede llevarse a cabo en un extrusor. Se obtienen pastillas que tienen ventajosas propiedades de procesamiento ycaracterísticas de disolucion.
