Abstract

Un método para producir compuestos de la formula 1 en donde: R1 es hidrogeno o alquilo C1-4; R2 es hidrogeno, alquilo C1-8, cicloalquilo C3-6, o unradical -N(R3)R4; o R2 y R6 son juntos -CH2-CH2-S-; R3 y R4, son hidrogeno, alquiloC1-4, cicloalquiloC 3-6, o un radical -CH2B; R6 es hidrogeno, alquilo C1-8,arilo o bencilo; o R3 y R6 son juntos -CH2-CH2-, -CH2-CH2-CH2-, -CH2-O-CH2, CH2-S-CH2- o -CH2-N(R5)-CH2-; X es CH-CN, CH-NO2 o N-NO2; A es un radicalheterocíclico, monocíclico o bíciclico,aromát ico o no aromático, opcionalmente sustituido; y B es fenilo, 3-piridilo, o tiazolilo opcionalmente sustituidoscaracterizados porque un compuesto de formula 2 en donde R2, R6 y X tienen el mismo significado que se da anteriormente en laformula 1, se hace reaccionar enla presencia de un catalizador de transferencia de fases y una base con un compuesto de la formula 3 en donde A y R1 tienen el mismo significado que se daanteriormente en la formula 1 y Q es un grupo saliente.
