Abstract

Agentes para el tratamiento de superficies metálicas, método para el tratamiento de superficies de metal, que pueden formar un recubrimiento altamenteanti-corrosivo sin usar compuestos de cromo hexavalentes, que son contaminantes ambientales, y una lámina de acero pre-recubierta. El agente para eltratamiento de superficies metálicas contiene, como un componente básico, por lo menos una clase de los compuestos con contenido de grupos mercapto,seleccionados entre los siguientes grupos y que, además, si fuera necesario, contiene como mínimo una clase seleccionada entre el grupo de agentes de curado,catalizadores de curado y sílice: (1) un compuesto con contenido de grupos mercapto (a) que se obtiene a través de la condensacion de la reaccion deesterificacion del alcohol polihídrico que tiene por lo menos dos o más grupos hidroxilo por molécula y un compuesto ácido con contenido de grupos mercapto,que tiene como mínimo uno o más grupos mercapto por molécula y al menos uno o más grupos carboxilo por molécula, y que también tiene un peso equivalente de losgrupos mercapto, comprendido en el rango de 1 a 18 milimoles/g; (2) un compuesto con contenido de grupos mercapto (b) el cual se obtiene por la condensacion dela reaccion de esterificacion del alcohol polihídrico que tiene por lo menos dos o más grupos hidroxilo por molécula, un compuesto ácido que contiene gruposmercapto, el cual posee como mínimo uno o más grupos mercapto y por lo menos uno o más grupos carboxilo por molécula, yun compuesto poliácido que tiene comomínimo dos o más grupos carboxilo por molécula y que tiene también un peso equivalente de los grupos mercapto comprendido en el rango que fluctua entre 1 y 18milimoles/g; (3) un compuesto con contenido de gruposmercapto (c) el cual se obtiene por condensacion de la reaccion de esterificacion de una resina quecontiene grupos hidroxilo, que poseen un valor de hidroxilo de 30 mg-KOH/g o superior y un compuesto ácido con contenidi de grupos mercapto, que tienecomomínimo uno o más grupos mercapto por molécula y por lo menos uno o más grupos carboxilo por molécula y que tiene también un peso equivalente de los grupos
