Abstract
Método de alta velocidad para fabricar una película microporosa y el producto obtenido con dicho método para hacer telas barreras compuestas no-tejidas queson permeables a los gases y al vapor de humedad y que son impermeables a los líquidos. Elméto do consiste en los pasos de mezclar por fusion una composicionde polietileno lineal de baja densidad, un polietileno de baja densidad, partículas de carbonato de calcio como carga, y determinados copolímeros tri-bloque deetileno en diferentesproporc iones, procesar por extrusion la composicion a una velocidad no mayor a los 6,10 m/s sin resonancia a la traccion y aplicar endicha película, a dicha velocidad una fuerza de estiramiento incremental. En una segunda preferencia se incluye unpaso de e nfriado a temperatura ambiente dela película luego del proceso de extrusion. Los productos microporosos son telas barreras compuestas no-tejidas que son permeables a los gases y al vapor dehumedad e impermeables a los líquidos.
