Abstract

本发明公开了一种具阻燃效果的透气膜专用料及其制备方法。由以下重量分数的组分组成:线性低密度聚乙烯55-76份;高压低密度聚乙烯12-15份;苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体4-6份;阻燃剂A:0.5-3份;阻燃剂B:3-8份;表面处理剂2-4份;填充剂35-65份;苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体4~6份;润滑剂0.3-0.5份;抗氧剂0.4-0.6份。本发明先将上述组分按比例放入搅拌机或高混机进行充分预混,然后经双螺杆挤出机熔融混合挤出造粒。本产品具有优良的加工特性,并且使用本产品所制得的透气薄膜透湿度(WVTR)可达1800-2800g/(m2·24hrs),阻燃效果可达到DIN4102-B2。

Description

一种具阻燃效果的透气膜专用料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种膜的制备方法,具体地涉及一种具阻燃效果的透气膜PE专用料及其制备方法。
背景技术
透气膜可通过将特定的热塑性聚合物与一定比例的矿物填料混合后制得相应的透气膜专用料,通过挤出机流延成膜或吹塑成膜,然后进行纵向或横向拉伸而成,具有防水透气的功能。透气膜的市场前景仍为业内普遍看好,它可广泛应用于纺织、卫生用品、建筑、医疗等领域。这些行业对膜制品的多功能化提出的要求是越来越高,其中,特别是建筑领域,要求透气薄膜的阻燃性越来越迫切。
现有市面的透气薄膜大多数采用PE材质薄膜所制。然而,PE材质的透气膜往往是不具有阻燃效果,从而限制了其应用范围。这是由于PE的阻燃通常改性手段是通过大量无机或有机的阻燃剂而获得,然而由于阻燃剂与PE相容性差,大量阻燃剂的添加会导致做出的透气膜阻燃料会大大损失物理性能,难以在挤出流延机或吹塑机上制膜成型。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具阻燃效果的透气膜专用料及其制备方法,以解决现有技术中存在的上述问题。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种具阻燃效果的透气膜专用料,按重量比,包括:
线性低密度聚乙烯                          55-76份;
高压低密度聚乙烯                          12-15份;
苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体                       4-6份;
阻燃剂A                                   0.5-3份;
阻燃剂B                                   3-8份;
表面处理剂                                 2-4份;
填充剂                                    35-65份;
润滑剂                                    0.3-0.5份以及
抗氧剂                                    0.4-0.6份。
在本发明的推荐实施例中,所述线性低密度聚乙烯是由乙烯和高级的α烯烃单体共聚而成,熔融指数为2-8g/10min,其中α烯烃单体为4-8碳原子类型,如丁烯、戊烯、己烯、辛烯等。
在本发明的推荐实施例中,所述高压低密度聚乙烯,其熔融指数为其熔融指数为5-15g/10min。
在本发明的推荐实施例中,所述苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体为苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)或者苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SBS)、SEPS。
在本发明的推荐实施例中,所述阻燃剂A为氮烷氧基受阻胺类,如巴斯夫的NOR116。
在本发明的推荐实施例中,所述阻燃剂B为十溴二苯乙烷,如大湖的FM-2100。
在本发明的推荐实施例中,所述表面处理剂为钛酸酯偶联剂、铝酸酯偶联剂、硬脂酸、硬脂酸盐的至少一种。
在本发明的推荐实施例中,所述填充剂为碳酸钙、滑石粉、硫酸钡。
在本发明的推荐实施例中,所述润滑剂是芥酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、山芋酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺、乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺的至少一种。
在本发明的推荐实施例中,所述抗氧剂是IRGANOX 1010、IRGANOX 1076、IRGAFOS 168、IRGAFOS 38、IRGAFOS PS802。
一种具阻燃效果的透气膜专用料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
①将填料放入高速混合机中,升温80℃-110℃,干燥搅拌;
②将表面处理剂在高速混合机中高速混合进行填料的表面预处理;
②按要求1准确称取数量,在高速搅拌机内搅拌5-7MIN;
③在主喂料中喂入混合好的物料,挤出机设置;温度为200-220℃,主机转速20-45Hz,主喂料转速20-35Hz;
④拉条经水冷、风干、切粒、干燥、称重、包装得成品。
由上述描述可知,本发明提供了一种具阻燃效果的透气膜专用料及其制备方法。本发明阻燃剂添加量少,因而保证了产品具有优良的加工特性,并且使用本产品所制得的透气薄膜透湿度(WVTR)可达1800-2800g/(m2·24hrs),阻燃效果可达到DIN4102-B2。

抗氧剂-IRGANOX  1010                    0.5份。
本实施例所制得的透气薄膜透湿度(WVTR)可达2650g/(m2·24hrs),阻燃效果可达到DIN4102-B2。

本实施例制模加工性能良好,所制得的透气薄膜透湿度(WVTR)可达2050g/(m2·24hrs),阻燃效果可达到DIN4102-B2。
实施例3

苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体-SEPS                    5份;
阻燃剂A-NOR116                               1份;
阻燃剂B-FM-2100                              6份;
表面处理剂-钛酸酯偶联剂                      3份;
填充剂-碳酸钙                                50份;
润滑剂-油酸酰胺                              0.4份以及
抗氧剂-IRGAFOS38                             0.5份。
本实施例制模加工性能良好,例所制得的透气薄膜透湿度(WVTR)可达2430g/(m2·24hrs),阻燃效果可达到DIN4102-B2。
实施例4
线性低密度聚乙烯                             60份;
高压低密度聚乙烯                             13份;
苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体-SEBS                    5份;
阻燃剂A-NOR116                               2份;
阻燃剂B-FM-2100                              5份;
阻燃剂-NOR116                                3份;
表面处理剂-硬脂酸                            3份;
填充剂-碳酸钙                               45份;
润滑剂-油酸酰胺                             0.4份以及
抗氧剂-IRGAFOS38                            0.5份。
本实施例制模加工性能良好,所制得的透气薄膜透湿度(WVTR)可达2270g/(m2·24hrs),阻燃效果可达到DIN4102-B2。

Claims (2)

1.一种具阻燃效果的透气膜专用料,按重量比,包括:
所述线性低密度聚乙烯是由乙烯和高级的α烯烃单体共聚而成,熔融指数为2-8g/10min,其中α烯烃单体为4-8碳原子类型;
所述高压低密度聚乙烯,其熔融指数为5-15g/10min;
所述苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体为苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物或者苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物、SEBS中的至少一种;
所述阻燃剂A为氮烷氧基受阻胺类:所述阻燃剂B为十溴二苯乙烷;
所述表面处理剂为钛酸酯偶联剂、铝酸酯偶联剂、硬脂酸、硬脂酸盐的至少一种;
所述填充剂为碳酸钙、滑石粉、硫酸钡中的至少一种;
所述润滑剂是芥酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、山芋酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺、乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺中的至少一种;
所述抗氧剂是IRGANOX 1010、IRGANOX 1076、IRGAFOS 168、IRGAFOS 38、IRGAFOS或PS802中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1一种具阻燃效果的透气膜专用料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
①将填料放入高速混合机中,升温80℃-110℃,干燥搅拌;
②将表面处理剂在高速混合机中高速混合进行填料的表面预处理;
②按要求1准确称取数量,在高速搅拌机内搅拌5-7MIN;
③在主喂料中喂入混合好的物料,挤出机设置;温度为200-220℃,主机转速20-45Hz,主喂料转速20-35Hz;
④拉条经水冷、风干、切粒、干燥、称重、包装得成品。
