本发明涉及一种改性聚丙烯复合材料及其制备方法,以重量份数计其原料组分及含量为:聚丙烯40~70份、增韧剂5~20份、分子量调节剂1~5份、相容剂1~5份、碳酸钙10~20份、滑石粉10~20份、阻燃剂1~5份、助剂0.5~1份;方法包括:称料、混合、挤出造粒,干燥切粒;本发明改性聚丙烯复合材料环保阻燃、高抗冲、高刚性,综合性能优良。

技术领域
本发明属于属于高分子材料技术领域,特别涉及一种改性聚丙烯复合材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚丙烯作为一种重要的高分子材料以其比重小、易加工、无毒及综合性能优良等特点而被广泛应用于汽车、机械、电子等行业,通常根据不同的性能需要,添加各种助剂对聚丙烯进行改性,以提高其韧性、强度、刚性等,但都难以实现改性后的聚丙烯综合性能的平衡。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种改性聚丙烯复合材料及其制备方法,本发明改性聚丙烯复合材料环保阻燃、高抗冲、高刚性,综合性能优良。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种改性聚丙烯复合材料,以重量份数计其原料组分及含量为:聚丙烯40~70份、增韧剂5~20份、分子量调节剂1~5份、相容剂1~5份、碳酸钙10~20份、滑石粉10~20份、阻燃剂1~5份、助剂0.5~1份。
进一步地,所述聚丙烯材料为共聚聚丙烯;所述增韧剂为乙烯/辛烯共聚物;所述分子量调节剂为降温母粒;所述相容剂为氧化钇协效马来酸酐接枝相容剂,采用活化处理氧化钇与接枝率为1~5%的马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯按1:6~1:15的比例复配混合制成;所述碳酸钙为纳米活性碳酸钙;所述滑石粉的目数为2000以上;所述阻燃剂为磷氮复合阻燃剂;所述助剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂168和润滑剂N,N’- 乙撑双硬脂酰胺以1:(1-5):(5-10)复配而成。
一种改性聚丙烯复合材料的制备方法,采用如下步骤:
(1)按质量配比称取原料;
(2)将原料混合均匀,将聚丙烯、增韧剂、分子量调节剂、相容剂在高速混合机下混合3min以上,再将碳酸钙、滑石粉、阻燃剂、助剂加入混合机混合5min以上,将混合物料加入双螺杆挤出机喂料料斗中;
(3)设定双螺杆挤出机各温区温度,主机转速及喂料转速,一区180℃,二区200℃,三区210℃,四区210℃,五区200℃,六区200℃,七区210℃,八区210℃,九区210℃,机头205℃,主机转速400~450r/min,喂料转速50~100r/min,挤出造粒,干燥切粒;
(4)烘干批混。
碳酸钙和滑石粉是聚丙烯通常使用的矿物填充增强材料,能提高聚丙烯材料的强度与模量,但降低韧性;乙烯/辛烯共聚物是一种新型的热塑性弹性体抗冲击改性剂,能提高复合材料的韧性;磷氮复合阻燃剂相对与溴系阻燃剂具有添加量少,低烟,无毒环保等优点;氧化钇能改善聚丙烯的结晶形态,主要形成β晶型,提高冲击强度,当与马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯共用协效作用明显,大大提高复合材料中增韧剂、碳酸钙、滑石粉、阻燃剂等组分的融合性,大幅度改善提高力学性能,提高复合材料中各相的结合程度,减小界面层厚度,使填充和增韧剂均匀的分布,提高改性聚丙烯的韧性和力学强度。
该复合材料集环保阻燃、高抗冲、高刚性等优点于一身,符合人们对家电行业日益提高的安全和环保要求,并可应用于其他有类似要求的领域。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种改性聚丙烯复合材料,以重量份数计其原料组分及含量为:共聚聚丙烯59.5份、乙烯/辛烯共聚物5份、降温母粒1份、氧化钇协效马来酸酐接枝相容剂1份、纳米活性碳酸钙20份、滑石粉10份、磷氮复合阻燃剂3份、助剂0.5份,所述氧化钇协效马来酸酐接枝相容剂用活化处理氧化钇与接枝率为1~5%的马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯按1:10的比例复配混合制成,滑石粉目数3000,助剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂168和润滑剂N,N’- 乙撑双硬脂酰胺(EBS)以1:2:5复配而成。
其中:共聚聚丙烯型号为K8003,生产厂家为中国石化扬子石油化工有限公司;
乙烯/辛烯共聚物型号为LC670, 生产厂家为LG Chem;
降温母粒生产厂家为北京金达丰塑业有限公司;
活化处理氧化钇生产厂家为广利高新技术材料有限公司;
接枝率为1~5%的马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯型号为CMG9801, 生产厂家为上海日之升新技术发展有限公司;
纳米活性碳酸钙型号为CMS-6000, 生产厂家为合山化工(湖州)有限公司;
滑石粉型号为CMS-888,生产厂家为合山化工(辽宁)有限公司;
磷氮复合阻燃剂型号为ISFR-082, 生产厂家为瑞鸿化工材料有限公司;
N,N’- 乙撑双硬脂酰胺型号为EBA-200,生产厂家为晋一化工科技(无锡)有限公司。
一种改性聚丙烯复合材料的制备方法,采用如下步骤:
(1)按质量配比称取原料;
(2)将原料混合均匀,将聚丙烯、增韧剂、分子量调节剂、相容剂在高速混合机下混合3min,再将碳酸钙、滑石粉、阻燃剂、助剂加入混合机混合5min,将混合物料加入双螺杆挤出机喂料料斗中;
(3)设定双螺杆挤出机各温区温度,主机转速及喂料转速,一区180℃,二区200℃,三区210℃,四区210℃,五区200℃,六区200℃,七区210℃,八区210℃,九区210℃,机头205℃,主机转速400 r/min,喂料转速100r/min,挤出造粒,干燥切粒;
(4)烘干批混。
实施例2
一种改性聚丙烯复合材料,以重量份数计其原料组分及含量为:共聚聚丙烯43份、乙烯/辛烯共聚物10份、降温母粒3份、氧化钇协效马来酸酐接枝相容剂2份、纳米活性碳酸钙15份、滑石粉10份、磷氮复合阻燃剂1份、助剂0.5份,所述氧化钇协效马来酸酐接枝相容剂用活化处理氧化钇与接枝率为1~5%的马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯按1:6的比例复配混合制成,所述滑石粉目数2400,助剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂168和润滑剂N,N’- 乙撑双硬脂酰胺(EBS)以1:3:6复配而成。
一种改性聚丙烯复合材料的制备方法,采用如下步骤:
(1)按质量配比称取原料;
(2)将原料混合均匀,将聚丙烯、增韧剂、分子量调节剂、相容剂在高速混合机下混合4min,再将碳酸钙、滑石粉、阻燃剂、助剂加入混合机混合6min,将混合物料加入双螺杆挤出机喂料料斗中;
(3)设定双螺杆挤出机各温区温度,主机转速及喂料转速,一区180℃,二区200℃,三区210℃,四区210℃,五区200℃,六区200℃,七区210℃,八区210℃,九区210℃,机头205℃,主机转速450 r/min,喂料转速50r/min,挤出造粒,干燥切粒;
(4)烘干批混。
实施例3
一种改性聚丙烯复合材料,以重量份数计其原料组分及含量为:共聚聚丙烯66份、乙烯/辛烯共聚物18份、降温母粒2份、氧化钇协效马来酸酐接枝相容剂3份、纳米活性碳酸钙10份、滑石粉20份、磷氮复合阻燃剂4份、助剂1份,所述氧化钇协效马来酸酐接枝相容剂用活化处理氧化钇与接枝率为1~5%的马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯按1:15的比例复配混合制成,滑石粉目数3000,助剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂168和润滑剂N,N’- 乙撑双硬脂酰胺(EBS)以1:1:5复配而成。
一种改性聚丙烯复合材料的制备方法,采用如下步骤:
(1)按质量配比称取原料;
(2)将原料混合均匀,将聚丙烯、增韧剂、分子量调节剂、相容剂在高速混合机下混合4min,再将碳酸钙、滑石粉、阻燃剂、助剂加入混合机混合6min,将混合物料加入双螺杆挤出机喂料料斗中;
(3)设定双螺杆挤出机各温区温度,主机转速及喂料转速,一区180℃,二区200℃,三区210℃,四区210℃,五区200℃,六区200℃,七区210℃,八区210℃,九区210℃,机头205℃,主机转速430 r/min,喂料转速70 r/min,挤出造粒,干燥切粒;
(4)烘干批混。
实施例4
一种改性聚丙烯复合材料,以重量份数计其原料组分及含量为:共聚聚丙烯55份、乙烯/辛烯共聚物13份、降温母粒5份、氧化钇协效马来酸酐接枝相容剂5份、纳米活性碳酸钙16份、滑石粉11份、磷氮复合阻燃剂3份、助剂0.7份,所述氧化钇协效马来酸酐接枝相容剂用活化处理氧化钇与接枝率为1~5%的马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯按1:11的比例复配混合制成,所述滑石粉目数4000,助剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂168和润滑剂N,N’- 乙撑双硬脂酰胺(EBS)以1:4:8复配而成。
一种改性聚丙烯复合材料的制备方法,采用如下步骤:
(1)按质量配比称取原料;
(2)将原料混合均匀,将聚丙烯、增韧剂、分子量调节剂、相容剂在高速混合机下混合4min,再将碳酸钙、滑石粉、阻燃剂、助剂加入混合机混合6min,将混合物料加入双螺杆挤出机喂料料斗中;
(3)设定双螺杆挤出机各温区温度,主机转速及喂料转速,一区180℃,二区200℃,三区210℃,四区210℃,五区200℃,六区200℃,七区210℃,八区210℃,九区210℃,机头205℃,主机转速430 r/min,喂料转速60 r/min,挤出造粒,干燥切粒;
(4)烘干批混。
实施例1~4制备的改性聚丙烯复合材料的性能测试数据见表1,由表1测试结果可以看出,本发明改性聚丙烯复合材料高抗冲、高刚性、阻燃性好,综合性能优良。

Claims (9)

1.一种改性聚丙烯复合材料,以重量份数计其原料组分及含量为:聚丙烯40~70份、增韧剂5~20份、分子量调节剂1~5份、相容剂1~5份、碳酸钙10~20份、滑石粉10~20份、阻燃剂1~5份、助剂0.5~1份;
所述相容剂为氧化钇协效马来酸酐接枝相容剂,采用活化处理氧化钇与接枝率为1~5%的马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯按1:6~1:15的比例复配混合制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的改性聚丙烯复合材料,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯材料为共聚聚丙烯。
3.如权利要求1所述的改性聚丙烯复合材料,其特征在于:所述增韧剂为乙烯/辛烯共聚物。
4.如权利要求1所述的改性聚丙烯复合材料,其特征在于:所述分子量调节剂为降温母粒。
5.如权利要求1所述的改性聚丙烯复合材料,其特征在于:所述碳酸钙为纳米活性碳酸钙。
6.如权利要求1所述的改性聚丙烯复合材料,其特征在于:所述滑石粉的目数为2000以上。
7.如权利要求1所述的改性聚丙烯复合材料,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为磷氮复合阻燃剂。
8.如权利要求1所述的改性聚丙烯复合材料,其特征在于:所述助剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂168和润滑剂N,N’-乙撑双硬脂酰胺以1:(1-5):(5-10)复配而成。
9.一种权利要求1所述改性聚丙烯复合材料的制备方法,采用如下步骤:
(1)按质量配比称取原料;
(2)将原料混合均匀,将聚丙烯、增韧剂、分子量调节剂、相容剂在高速混合机下混合3min以上,再将碳酸钙、滑石粉、阻燃剂、助剂加入混合机混合5min以上,将混合物料加入双螺杆挤出机喂料料斗中;
(3)设定双螺杆挤出机各温区温度,主机转速及喂料转速,一区180℃,二区200℃,三区210℃,四区210℃,五区200℃,六区200℃,七区210℃,八区210℃,九区210℃,机头205℃,主机转速400~450r/min,喂料转速50~100r/min,挤出造粒,干燥切粒;(4)烘干批混。
