Abstract
Mikroporøse filmprodukter permeable for fuktig damp og som tjener som barrierer for væske er fremstilt med en høyhastighets fremgangsmåte. Slike mikroporøse produkter er fremstilt ved hastigheter i størrelsesorden over 500 fpm til ca. 1200 fpm. Termoplastiske polymerer blir smelteblandet og inneholder ca. 35 vekt-% til ca. 45 vekt-% av en lineær lavtetthets polyetylen, ca. 3 vekt-% til ca. 10 vekt-% av en lavtetthets polyetylen, ca. 40 vekt-% til ca. 55 vekt-% kalsiumkarbonatfyllstoffpartikler og ca. 2 vekt-% til ca. 6 vekt-% av en triblokkpolymer av styren.
