Abstract
증분식 신장된 부직 웹(8)과 열가소성 필름(3)의 압출 적층물 및 이의 제조방법이 기재되어 있다. 스펀 본드 섬유(22)의 웹을 증분식 신장시켜 압출된 열가소성 필름(3)과 결합시키기 위한 웹의 양쪽 표면으로부터 외부로 연장되어 나온 섬유 말단(20)을 제공하고 적층물에 유연한 섬유 텍스쳐를 제공한다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 적층물을 제조하기 위한 인라인 맞물림 및 압출 적층 장치의 개략도이다.
제2도는 다이아그램 형식으로 맞물림 롤러를 나타내는 제1도의 선 2-2에서 취한 단면도이다.
제3도는 신장 전의 섬유를 나타내는 부직 섬유 웹의 단면에서 확대한 다이아그램식 스케치이다.
제4도는 웹의 양쪽 표면으로부터 외부로 연장되어나온 다수의 섬유를 제공하기 위해 증분식 신장 후 제3도의 섬유 웹을 확대한 다이아그램식 스케치이다.
제5도는 부직 섬유와 플라스틱 필름 표면 사이의 저조한 결합을 나타내기 위해 적층 후 제3도의 섬유 웹을 확대한 다이아그램식 스케치이다.
제6도는 증분식 신장에 의해 형성되고 플라스틱 필름 속으로 적충된 다수의 연장되어 나온 섬유 웹의 우수한 결합을 나타태기 위한 적층 후 제4도의 섬유 웹을 확대한 다이아그램식 스케치이다.
Claims (16)
- 섬유 웹을 웹의 나비방향과 깊이방향으로 라인을 따라 사실상 균일하게 증분식 신장시킴으로써 형성되는, 웹의 양쪽 표면으로부터 외부로 연장되어 나온 다수의 섬유 말단을 갖는 부직 섬유 웹과, 필름을 관통하지 않고 웹을 필름에 결합시키기 위해 필름속으로 연장되는 섬유 말단을 갖는 섬유 웹의 한쪽 표면(웹의 다른 표면에는 적층물에 유연한 섬유 텍스쳐를 제공하기 위해 웹으로부터 외부로 연장되어 나온 섬유 말단이 존재한다)에 압출 적층되는 열가소성 필름을 포함하는, 부직 섬유 웹과 열가소성 필름의 압출 적층물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유 웹이 폴리올레핀 섬유를 포함하는 적층물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 필름이 폴리올레핀 필름을 포함하는 적층물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유가 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리에스테르, 셀룰로스, 레이온, 나일론, 및 이들 섬유 중 2개 이상의 블렌드로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 적층물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 필름이 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 및 이들의 공중합체로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 적층물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 웹과 필름 둘 다 생분해성 중합체인 적층물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 생분해성 중합체가 폴리비닐 알콜, 폴리카프랄락톤, 전분 중합체 및 이들의 블렌드로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 적층물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유 웹이 중량이 약 5내지 70g/yd2이고 열가소성 필름의 두께가 약 0.25 내지 8mil인 적층물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 웹이 스테이플 섬유 또는 스펀 본드 섬유(spun-bonded fibes)로부터 형성되는 적층물.
- 부직 섬유 웹을 제공하고, 웹의 약쪽 표면으로부터 외부로 연장되어 나온 다수의 섬유 말단을 제공하기 위해 섬유 웹을 웹의 나비방향과 깊이방향으로 라인을 따라 사실상 균일하게 증분식 신장시키고, 증분식 신장된 웹을 열가소성 필름과 압출 적층시키기 위해 롤러의 닙에 도입하고, 필름 형성을 위해, 닙속에서 필름의 연화점보다 높은 온도에서 열가소성 압출물을 압출하고, 연장되어 나온 섬유 말단을 갖는 웹의 한쪽 표면을 필름을 관통하지 않고 필름 속으로 결합시키면서 섬유 웹의 다른 표면에는 신장되어 나온 섬유 말단을 유지시켜 적층물에 유연한 섬유 텍스쳐를 제공하기 위해, 닙에서 섬유 웹과 압출물 사이의 압착력을 조절함을 포함하여, 부직 섬유 웹과 압출물 사이의 압착력을 조절함을 포함하여, 부직 섬유 웹과 압출물 사이의 압착력을 조절함을 포함하여, 부직 섬유 웹을 인라인 신장(inline stretch)시키고 열가소성 필름에 압출 적층시키는 방법.

- 제10항에 있어서, 섬유 웹의 중량이 약 5내지 70g/yd2이고, 열가소성 필름의 두께가 약 0.25 내지 약 8mil이며, 인라인 신장과 압출 적층이 약 500 내지 100fpm에서 수행되는 방법.
