Abstract
El invento se refiere a un procedimiento de fermentacion de fedbatch con sistemas especiales de vector-hospedante para la formacion eficaz de proteinasrecombinantes, en particular de moleculas de anticuerpos recombinantes, preferentementede fragmentos de anticuerpos, tales como minianticuerpos. Enlas condiciones dadas, las celulas de E. coli pueden crecer con velocidad especifica maxima hasta alcanzar concentraciones muy grandes. Una vez iniciadalaf ormacion del productorecomb inante, solamente el producto formado actua limitando el crecimiento; no tiene lugar limitacion alguna del crecimiento porparte del sustrato o de productos metabolicos secundarios. De este modo se pueden lograr grandes rendimientosde protei nas recombinante, en relacion conel volumen y el tiempo.
