Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para cultivar una célula bacteriana que comprende la adición de un aminoácido en solución alcalina utilizado para regulación de pH. También un aspecto es un método para producir un polipéptido que comprende las etapas de: a) proporcionar una célula bacteriana que comprende un ácido nucleico que codifica para el polipéptido, b) cultivar la célula proporcionada, c) ajustar el valor de pH durante el cultivo con una solución básica que comprende un aminoácido, d) recuperar el polipéptido de la célula para el medio de cultivo y de esta manera producir el polipéptido.
