Abstract

본 발명은 L-쓰레오닌 또는 L-트립토판을 생산할 수 있는 미생물 및 이를 이용하여 L-쓰레오닌 또는 L-트립토판을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이며, 보다 상세하게는 L-쓰레오닌 또는 L-트립토판을 생산하는데 세포 내에서 가장 많은 에너지원으로서 사용되는 ATP의 생산성을 증가시킴으로써 L-쓰레오닌 또는 L-트립토판의 생산효율이 향상된 재조합 대장균 및 이를 이용하여 L-쓰레오닌 또는 L-트립토판을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. [대표도] 도 1
