Abstract
В данном изобретении предлагаются способы повышения эффективности ферментации посредством добавления аргинина, а также генетически модифицированная бактерия для применения в указанных способах. Более конкретно, в данном изобретении предлагаются способы для (i) увеличения продуцирования АТФ-ёмких продуктов путем добавления аргинина, (ii) увеличения использования аргинина C1-фиксирующей бактерией; а также (iii) предлагается C1-фиксирующая бактерия с оптимизированными путями аргининдезаминазы.
