Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу получения одного или нескольких продуктов ферментации посредством многостадийного процесса ферментации, включающего в себя инокуляционный реактор и по меньшей мере один биореактор. В инокуляционный реактор инокуляции подают С1-содержащий газообразный субстрат, содержащий уменьшенное количество водорода. Водород восстанавливают для увеличения содержания CO в С1-содержащем газообразном субстрате, подаваемом в инокуляционный реактор. Инокуляционный реактор ферментирует обогащенный CO С1-содержащий газообразный субстрат и производит инокулят, который подают по меньшей мере в один биореактор. Биореактор принимает С1-содержащий газообразный субстрат, который может содержать или не содержать уменьшенные количества водорода, для получения одного или нескольких продуктов ферментации. Благодаря подаче обогащенного CO С1-содержащего газообразного субстрата в инокуляционный реактор как инокуляционный реактор, так и последующий биореактор(ы) могут иметь повышенную стабильность и селективность по продукту.
