Abstract

Un procedimiento para la manufactura de omeprazol a partir de alcohol pirmetílico a través de cloruro de pirmetilo y pirmetazol, caracterizado porquela secuencia de reacción entera se lleva a cabo sin ninguna aislación o purificaciónde intermediarios. Además, la reacción se lleva a cabo en unsistema solvente principal que es común para la secuencia de reacción entera y que es inerte para los reactivos formados durante el procedimiento y que usa enel procedimiento. Esteprocedimie nto puede incluir también una etapa de purificación adicional. Compuesto obtenido por este procedimiento ypreparación farmacéutica que contiene este compuesto. (Omeprazol)
