Zglob (1) sa naspramnim putanjama ima jednu unutarnju glavcinu (4) sa prvim unutarnjim zlebovima (12) i drugim unutarnjim zlebovima (13), jednu spoljnu glavcinu (7) sa prvim spoljnim zlebovima (18) i drugim spoljnim zlebovima (19), koji pojedinacno sa prvim i drugim unutarnjim zlebovima (12, 13) obrazuju po jedan par, jedan prstenasti kavez (5) koji je postavljen izmedju unutarnje glavcine (4) i spoljne glavcine (7) i koji ima u skladu sa brojem parova zlebova (12, 18; 13, 19) radijalne prozore (37) u kojima su vodjene kugle (6). Prema pronalasku je spoljna glavcina (7) zgloba (1) sa naspramnim putanjama jedan jednodelni zatvoreni prsten, u kome su utisnuti bez rezanja spoljni zlebovi (18, 19).
