Abstract

ČVRST KATALIZATOR SA TITANOM ZA POLIMERIZACIJU OLEFINA, POSTUPAK ZA NJEGOVO DOBIJANJE, KATALIZATOR ZA POLIMERIZACIJU OLEFINA I POSTUPAK ZA POLIMERIZACIJU OLEFINA, napravljena je čvrsta komponenta katalizatora sa titanom koji kao osnovne sastojke sadrži (a) magnezijum, (b) titan, (c) neki halogen, (d) neki polietar, (e) neki ugljovodonik i (f) neki donor elektrona različit od polietra (d). Takodje je dat postupak za pripremanje čvrste komponente katalizatora sa titanom za polimerizaciju olefina koji se sastoji od više faza, a to su: reakcija jedinjenja nekog halogenovanog magnezijuma sa jedinjenjem izabranim iz grupe koju čine neki alkohol, neki etar i neki estar, u nekom ugljovodoničnom rastvaraču, da bi se dobio rastvor magnezijumovog jedinjenje, zatim reakcija rastvora magnezijumovog jedinjenja sa nekim polietrom i reakcija dobijenog rastvora sa nekim tečnim jedinjenjem titana. Osim toga takodje su otkriveni, katalizator za polimerizaciju olefina koji sadrži gore pomenutu čvrstu komponentu katalizatora sa titanom, komponentu katalizatora sa organoaluminijumskim jedinjenjem i neki donor elektrona, kao i postupak za polimerizovanje nekog olefina upotrebom katalizatora za polimerizaciju olefina. Korišćenjem katalizatora za polimerizaciju olefina može se dobiti (ko)polimer olefina ujednačene veličine čestica, bez prisustva finoga praha, velike nasipne težine i velike stereoregularnosti, uz odličnu polimerizacionu aktivnost.
