现有的汽车结构,汽车前风挡玻璃位于车顶、车身A柱以及前盖形成的框架内,其中,前挡风玻璃与车顶直接固定连接,可知,前风挡玻璃上边界的位置直接决定驾驶员上视野大小。
然而现有技术中的前风挡玻璃周圈需要增加宽度至少50-60mm的玻璃黑边区,此部分结构是不透光的,除了起到使玻璃受热均匀的作用外,同时起到遮挡内部结构的作用,其同时遮蔽玻璃粘胶区域、车身钣金结构以及内饰边框,从而保证车辆外观的美观效果,但上述结构中玻璃黑边的存在减小了驾驶员的视野。

现有技术中,如图2所示,图2为本申请现有技术中汽车的结构示意图。为了保证驾驶员视野的需求,也有通过扩大现有技术前挡风玻璃4的上边界来优化视野的,但是现有技术前挡风玻璃4扩大时,会压缩现有技术车顶8的面积、尺寸,即会提高现有技术车顶8的下边界线,A柱6与现有技术车顶8结合点向上移,然而通过该种方式会使得整车的外部造型发生较大的变化,增加汽车制造成本和设计成本。而且当整车定义A柱6为非车身色,悬浮式车顶3造型时,现有技术车顶8与A柱6的结合点的位置决定了现有技术车顶8下边界高度,而当现有技术车顶8的下边界后移, 即宽度变窄,在整车高度不变的前提下,现有技术车顶8距离现有技术前挡风玻璃4的顶部的距离变小,即Z向空间变小,从而结构强度减弱。
当然,现有技术中还有通过优化黑边宽度来提升视野的,即减小玻璃黑边的宽度相当于在前风挡外边界不变的前提下加大透明区域面积,但由于受到其周边零部件结构、工艺、装配条件等多种因素的约束,因此优化空间有限,对驾驶视野优化效果不明显,而且现有厂家在进行方案设计时已经将此部分结构基本压缩到极限,因此基于此种方向,在现有生产工艺无明显巨大提升的前提下,对上视野的优化空间非常有限,且提升生产工艺标准也会造成生产成本的上升。
从图2可以看出,本申请提供的顶盖装饰结构即位于现有技术车顶连接玻璃区域8,使前挡风玻璃4插接于外壳101和车顶3之间,在保证了汽车整体造型不变的同时提高驾驶员视野范围。
在一种可选地实施方式中,该前挡风玻璃4包括相对的第一侧面和第二侧面;该第一侧面与该第一端部连接;该第二侧面与该车顶3连接,也就是说,该前挡风玻璃4是插入上述前挡风玻璃安装区域5的,该第一侧面为外侧,第二侧面为内侧,即位于汽车内部一侧的侧面,如此,使得前挡风玻璃4与车顶3、顶盖装饰结构的连接处隐藏于车顶3区域,该前挡风玻璃4的黑边不需要再包括覆盖前挡风玻璃4与车顶3连接处的黑边区域,从而提高了前挡风玻璃4透明区域的面积,提升了驾驶员视野,而且该种结构不需要减少车顶3的面积,从而也保证了车辆的整体造型以及强度,具有制造成本低和适用范围广的优点。
在一种可选地实施方式中,如图3所示,图3为本申请可选地壳体的结构示意图。该壳体1包括连接的外壳101和内壳102;该内壳102设于该车顶3的外侧;该外壳101设于该内壳102的外侧,该外壳101包括该第一端部,通过内壳102与外壳101的配合,使得内壳102可以将二者连接的连接处以及壳体1上的加强结构均遮挡在二者之间的区域,在提高美观性的同时提升整体结构的强度。
可选地,根据需要,上述连接件2可以是设于内壳102上,上述前挡风玻璃4的第一侧面也可以与内壳102连接。

在一种可选地实施方式中,该第二侧面与该车顶3通过玻璃胶12粘合连接;该车顶3上设有第二挡胶件14,同理,该第二挡胶件14与第一挡胶件13的作用相同,不再赘述。
需要说明的是,本申请中第一侧面或者第二侧面与对应的结构的连接方式包括但不限于上述的玻璃胶12粘结的方式,还可以是螺栓或者其他粘性物等固定连接方式。
在一种可选地实施方式中,该壳体1包括与该第一端部相对的第二端部该第二端部与该车顶3连接,也就是说,本实施例中的壳体1是设于车顶3上方的,且与车顶3连接,连接方式包括粘结、螺接或者销接等固定连接方式。
在一种可选地实施方式中,该第二端部与该车顶3的连接处设有密封件9,该密封件9起到防水遮缝的作用,进一步提高整体结构的寿命。
在一种可选地实施方式中,该连接件2包括定位销201;该车顶3上设有与该定位销201相对应的定位孔10,从而有利于该壳体1与车顶3能够精准定位连接,可选地,该定位销201与定位孔10连接的空隙内设有密封泡棉15,该密封泡棉15起到隔音的作用。
在一种可选地实施方式中,该连接件2包括卡接件202;该车顶3上设有与该卡接件202相对应的卡接孔11,具有安装便捷的优点,可选地,该壳体1上设有与该卡接件202配合的卡接座103,该卡接件202能够通过与该卡接座103卡接,从而提高该卡接件202的牢固性,且由于该卡接件202与壳体1、车顶3均是活动卡接,因此提高了安装的灵活性。
本申请在另一方面还公开了一种车顶3结构,其包括车顶3和上述的顶盖装饰结构。
在一种可选地实施方式中,从图4可以看出,该车顶3包括连接的第一板体301和第二板体302;该第一板体301与该第二板体302存在预设高 度;该壳体1位于该第一板体301的外侧,也就是说,车顶3为高度不同的阶梯形,从而能够使壳体1设于较低高度的板体上,进而使得壳体1的外壁能够与第二板体302的边沿对齐,从外部看,车顶3与该顶盖装饰结构为一体结构。
如图5所示,图5为现有技术的挡风玻璃与车顶安装区域与本申请的挡风玻璃与车顶安装区域的对比图。参考图2,现有技术车顶与挡风玻璃安装区域结构17包括现有技术挡风玻璃7、现有技术车顶8和现有技术顶棚18,其中现有技术挡风玻璃7与现有技术车顶8连接,而且上述二者的连接位置位于车顶3前沿下边界c的下方,现有技术顶棚18位于二者连接处的下方,通过前面的描述可知,挡风玻璃的黑边是为了遮挡连接部件以及驾驶员能够看到顶棚的视线,现有技术中挡风玻璃的黑边区域较大,则视野角线b角度较小。
而本申请的车顶3、顶盖装饰结构和前挡风玻璃安装区域5的结构如图5中非虚框内的部分,由于前挡风玻璃4是插接于前挡风玻璃安装区域5的,所以车顶3与前挡风玻璃4的连接处位于车顶3前沿下边界c的上方,从而装饰顶棚16也可以安装在该车顶3前沿下边界c的上方,这样在车顶3前沿下边界c的下方的玻璃的黑边区域就较小,因此,本申请的视野线a的角度相对于现有技术的视野线b的角度明显增加。
本申请在另一方面还公开了一种车辆,其包括上述的车顶3结构。
可选地,本申请提供的顶盖装饰结构能够直接应用于现有造型的车辆,仅需要对与该顶盖装饰结构连接部分的车顶3进行局部修整,以使该顶盖装饰结构的壳体1与车顶3配合连接,可选地,该顶盖装置结构与车顶3配合连接后的整体造型与原仅具有车顶3的造型相同,而且由于前挡风玻璃4是直接插入该顶盖装饰结构与车顶3形成的区域内的,因此,该车辆的前挡风玻璃4黑边能够大大减小,本申请提供的顶盖装饰结构能够减少50-60毫米的黑边宽度,且对驾驶视野提升约5度,即本申请提供的顶盖装饰结构具有应用范围广、成本低和有效提升驾驶视野的优点。
以上所述仅为本申请可选实施例,并不用以限制本申请,凡在本申请的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本 申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种顶盖装饰结构,其特征在于,包括壳体(1)和连接件(2);
    所述壳体(1)设于车顶(3)的外侧,所述壳体(1)通过所述连接件(2)与所述车顶(3)连接;
    所述壳体(1)包括第一端部;
    所述第一端部与所述车顶(3)形成前挡风玻璃安装区域(5),所述前挡风玻璃(4)的一端设于所述前挡风玻璃安装区域(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的顶盖装饰结构,其特征在于,所述前挡风玻璃(4)包括相对的第一侧面和第二侧面;
    所述第一侧面与所述第一端部连接;
    所述第二侧面与所述车顶(3)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的顶盖装饰结构,其特征在于,所述第一侧面与所述第一端部通过玻璃胶(12)粘合连接;
    所述第一端部上设有第一挡胶件(13)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的顶盖装饰结构,其特征在于,所述第二侧面与所述车顶(3)通过玻璃胶(12)粘合连接;
    所述车顶(3)上设有第二挡胶件(14)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的顶盖装饰结构,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)包括与所述第一端部相对的第二端部;
    所述第二端部与所述车顶(3)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的顶盖装饰结构,其特征在于,所述第二端部与所述车顶(3)的连接处设有密封件(9)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的顶盖装饰结构,其特征在于,所述连接件(2)包括定位销(201);
    所述车顶(3)上设有与所述定位销(201)相对应的定位孔(10)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的顶盖装饰结构,其特征在于,所述连接件(2)包括卡接件(202);
    所述车顶(3)上设有与所述卡接件(202)相对应的卡接孔(11)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的顶盖装饰结构,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)包括连接的外壳(101)和内壳(102);
    所述内壳(102)设于所述车顶(3)的外侧;
    所述外壳(101)设于所述内壳(102)的外侧,所述外壳(101)包括所述第一端部。
  10. 一种车顶结构,其特征在于,包括车顶(3)和如权利要求1-9任一项所述的顶盖装饰结构。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的车顶结构,其特征在于,所述车顶(3)包括连接的第一板体(301)和第二板体(302);
    所述第一板体(301)与所述第二板体(302)存在预设高度;
    所述壳体(1)位于所述第一板体(301)的外侧。
  12. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括如权利要求10或者11所述的车顶结构。
