Description

车身顶盖外板与天窗加强板的配合结构、车身顶盖及汽车 技术领域

背景技术
现在一些汽车的车型中提供了天窗,一般为电动天窗,还包括全景天窗等。为了布置天窗,通常在车身顶盖外板上需要预形成有天窗开口,天窗总成安装至该天窗开口。

发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够克服现有技术中的前述缺陷的车身顶盖外板与天窗加强板的配合结构。

图1是一种具有天窗开口的车身顶盖外板的示意图。依据图1,在车身顶盖外板1上形成有方形的天窗开口2,汽车天窗(未图示)适于装配至该开口处。该示例中天窗开口的尺寸适用于安装全景天窗;但可以了解,本发明同样适用于一般的电动天窗。所属领域的技术人员也可以考虑到天窗开口的其它形状。
通常来说,在闭合状态下,天窗完全遮蔽住天窗开口;在打开时,天窗向着车身顶盖的后上方或后下方滑移,敞开天窗开口的至少一部分,实现换气、透光及调节车内气温等功能。
天窗加强板可以沿着天窗开口的周边固定在车身顶盖外板下,其具体可以为与车身顶盖外板中的天窗开口的形状相匹配的框架结构,在天窗位置对车身顶盖起到加固的作用,防止其在车辆正常使用及受到冲击时发生变形,保障车内安全以及车身顶盖附件的各项功能的正常使用。
图2是根据本发明的一种实施方式的车身顶盖外板与天窗加强板的配合结构的截面示意图,该截面示意图是在相应于图1中A-A的位置处截取的。依据本发明的教示,所属领域的技术人员可以了解,在天窗的整周上,车身顶盖外板与天窗加强板的配合结构可以具有类似的截面,通过结构的整体性来提供一致的加工工艺、强度及密封等各方面的性能。
结合图1和图2可以理解,天窗加强板120在车身顶盖外板110的下方沿开口的周边粘合至车身顶盖外板110。如图2中,车身顶盖外板110的天窗开口周边处的部位113与天窗加强板120的处于天窗开口周边处的部位122粘合在一起。例如,此处的粘合可以是通过结构胶实现的,具有强度高、在预期寿命内性能稳定等特点。在成品的汽车中可以主要依靠此处的粘合将身顶盖外板与天窗 加强板二者保持在一起。
由于该处的粘合需要在焊装车间中完成,所以,为了防止胶合部位在涂装车间内的烘烤等过程中软化脱开,本发明中的车身顶盖外板与天窗加强板的配合结构采用了具有有利构型的连接结构。具体地,如图2中所示,车身顶盖外板110在开口的边缘设置有向下弯折形成的第一保持部111及延伸自第一保持部111的密封条卡接部112,而天窗加强板120包括第二保持部121,并且第二保持部121固定至第一保持部111。通过在焊装车间中将第二保持部121固定至第一保持部111,保证了在汽车制造过程中车身顶盖外板110和天窗加强板120之间的相互位置,防止车身顶盖外板和天窗加强板之间的胶合部位在涂装车间内的烘烤等过程中软化时脱开。这样,在离开涂装车间后,前述胶合部位将固化并且恢复胶合力,车身顶盖在天窗处的强度不受影响。
结合图示可以了解,本实施方式中的第一保持部111、密封条卡接部112及第二保持部121均可以由正常的模具翻边工艺形成,而不必采用任何包边设计。由于不必采用包边工艺,所以不需要任何的包边设备,也不会产生任何包边破裂的问题,在全铝车身顶盖的情况下效果更加明显。这不仅降低了成本投入,而且提高了成品率。
依据图2的实施方式,密封条卡接部112可以为自第一保持部111沿横向弯折延伸的内翻边,不仅便于翻边加工,而且能够便于将密封条卡接于其上(见图3)。
第二保持部121为天窗加强板120上靠近第一保持部111的向下弯折的翻边,适于提供更大的重叠面积,能够便于其与第一保持部111的有效的固定连接。为了在保证连接(例如CMT)强度的同时尽量减少占用空间,第一保持部111的高度可以为7毫米至11毫米,第二保持部121的高度可以为3毫米至7毫米,密封条卡接部112的宽度可以为3毫米至5毫米。例如,在一种具体的实施方式中,第一保持部11的高度为可以9毫米,第二保持部121的高度可以为5毫米,密封条卡接部112的宽度可以为4毫米。
在可选的实施方式中,第一保持部111和第二保持部121之间可以通过冷金属过渡焊接技术(CMT)固定。冷金属过渡焊接技术是一种无焊渣飞溅的焊接工艺技术,不会造成任何外观问题;同时焊接部位平整度好,不会影响天窗密 封条与钣金配合面的匹配,保证了对雨水等的密封性能。在图2中用小圆圈示出了第一保持部111和第二保持部121之间的冷金属过渡焊接130的示意位置。

依据图示,密封条卡接部112上卡接有天窗密封条140,该密封条140包围在天窗开口的内周上。在天窗玻璃200的周缘上安装有另一自带的密封条210。在该闭合状态下,密封条140和密封条210相抵接的过盈配合能够提供非常好的天窗密封性能。可以了解,在天窗开口及天窗玻璃相接合的整周上可以均设置成类似的结构。
