Definitions
- the present invention relates to non-woven fabrics for skin care products, face masks and cleansing sheets.
- Sheet-shaped skin care products such as face masks and cleansing sheets are used for various purposes such as penetration of chemicals into the skin and removal of cosmetics. Since the face mask can hold the drug solution on the surface of the skin for a certain period of time, the drug solution can be sufficiently penetrated into the skin as compared with the conventional skin care applied directly to the skin. Further, the cleansing sheet can obtain a high cleansing effect from both the effect of removing the cosmetics by the cleansing agent and the effect of removing the cosmetics by the contact of the sheet with the skin. Due to the excellent performance as described above, various products have been proposed as sheet-shaped skin care products.
- Patent Document 1 discloses that the above-mentioned non-woven fabric for cleaning and beauty for people has less irritation to the skin and at the same time has good wiping property.
- Patent Document 2 discloses that the skin is less irritated and at the same time the wiping property is good.
- Patent Document 3 discloses that the above-mentioned nonwoven fabric for a liquid-impregnated skin covering sheet exhibits good adhesion.
- the nonwoven fabric disclosed in Patent Document 1 above (hereinafter, may be referred to as known nonwoven fabric 1) is a cellulose-based irregular cross-woven fiber having a closed pore shape. Contains fiber. Therefore, the non-woven fabric for cleaning and beauty for people using the known non-woven fabric 1 is derived from the cross-sectional shape of the above-mentioned irregular cross-sectional fiber, and is less irritating to the skin and at the same time has good wiping property.
- the smoothness of the surface of the known nonwoven fabric 1 tends to decrease. It is in. Therefore, when the known non-woven fabric 1 is used for a bed bath for people and a non-woven fabric for beauty, there is a problem that the softness on the skin is insufficient.
- the nonwoven fabric disclosed in Patent Document 2 (hereinafter, may be referred to as known nonwoven fabric 2) has the same problems as the known nonwoven fabric 1. That is, when the flatness of the multi-leaf flat cross-section polyester fiber contained in the known nonwoven fabric 2 is large and the depth of the recess is large with respect to the single fiber diameter of the multi-leaf flat cross-section polyester fiber, the surface of the known nonwoven fabric 2 is smooth. The sex tends to decrease. Therefore, when the known non-woven fabric 2 is used for a bed bath for people and a non-woven fabric for beauty, there is a problem that the softness on the skin is insufficient.
- the nonwoven fabric disclosed in Patent Document 3 (hereinafter, may be referred to as known nonwoven fabric 3) includes synthetic fibers and hydrophilic fibers having at least one recess or constriction in the fiber cross section. Therefore, the nonwoven fabric for liquid-impregnated skin covering sheet using the known nonwoven fabric 3 shows good adhesion.
- the flatness of the synthetic fiber contained in the known nonwoven fabric 3 is large and the depth of the recess is large with respect to the diameter of the single fiber of the synthetic fiber, the smoothness of the surface of the known nonwoven fabric 3 tends to decrease. Therefore, when the known nonwoven fabric 3 is used as a nonwoven fabric for a liquid-impregnated skin covering sheet, there is a problem that the softness on the skin is insufficient.
- the present inventor has excellent adhesion to the skin, wiping property of cosmetics adhering to the skin, and excellent softness to the skin, such as non-woven fabrics for skin care products, face masks and cleansing.
- the task is to provide a sheet.
- the above-mentioned wiping property is the wiping property of a skin care product in a wet state, and the same applies hereinafter.

ms=m/S
