Therefore, the insect repellent fragrance 40 is easily released to the outside of the diaper 1, and the insect repellent effect is enhanced. In addition, the user can easily recognize the scent of the insect repellent fragrance 40.
- the low odor adhesive LA as the hot melt adhesive applied at a position close to the insect repellent fragrance 40, not limited to the hot melt adhesive A9 for adhering the hook material 33.
- the low odor adhesive LA as the hot melt adhesive A8 for fixing the fastening tape 30 to the side sheet 26 and the hot melt adhesive A4 for fixing the fastening tape 30 to the exterior sheet 24.
- the weight of the low-odor adhesive LA placed on the diaper 1 is heavier than that of the insect repellent fragrance 40.
- the odor of the hot melt adhesive can be suppressed, so it is not necessary to increase the amount of insect repellent fragrance so as not to lose the odor of the hot melt adhesive, and the cost can be reduced. Can be planned. Further, by changing the amount of the hot melt adhesive used for the diaper 1 to the low odor adhesive LA, the unpleasant odor in which the odor of the hot melt adhesive and the fragrance for insect repellent are mixed is further reduced.
- the present invention is not limited to the above, and for example, as in the modified examples shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, a part of the plurality of materials possessed by the diaper 1 is adhered by the low odor adhesive LA, and the plurality of materials are adhered to each other. Another portion may be adhered with a non-hydrogenated adhesive NA. However, in that case, it is preferable that the low-odor adhesive LA has a larger weight placed on the diaper 1 than the non-hydrogenated adhesive NA.
- the arrangement of the low odor adhesive LA is not limited to the position close to the insect repellent fragrance 40.
- the absorber 21 of the diaper 1 is a relatively thick member. Therefore, the odors of the hot melt adhesives A1 and A2 applied to the skin side of the absorber 21 and the hot melt adhesive A3 applied to the inside of the absorber 21 are relatively released to the outside of the diaper 1. hard. Therefore, a hot melt adhesive that adheres the absorber 21 and the non-skin side material arranged on the non-skin side of the absorber 21 and a hot melt adhesive that adheres the non-skin side materials to each other are bonded with low odor. It is recommended to use the agent LA.
- at least one, preferably all, of the hot melt adhesive A6 for adhering the exterior sheet 24 and the exterior sheet 24 and the hot melt adhesive A7 for adhering the exterior sheet 24 and the target tape 29 is a low odor adhesive LA. good.
- the leak-proof sheet 23 has a relatively low air permeability, and the odor of the hot melt adhesive placed on the skin side of the leak-proof sheet 23 is unlikely to be released to the outside of the diaper 1. That is, the odor of the hot melt adhesive A4 that adheres the absorber 21 and the non-skin side material (waist gather film 28 or leak-proof sheet 23) is unlikely to be released to the outside of the diaper 1. Therefore, it is preferable to use the low odor adhesive LA as at least a part of the hot melt adhesive that adheres the materials on the non-skin side of the absorber 21. More preferably, the hot melt adhesives A6 and A7 arranged on the non-skin side of the leak-proof sheet 23 may be used as the low odor adhesive LA.
- the hot melt adhesive A6 arranged on the skin side surface of the exterior sheet 24 forming at least a part of the non-skin side surface (outer surface) of the diaper 1 is located on the non-skin side side, and the arrangement amount (arrangement area). Is relatively large, so the odor is easily released to the outside. Therefore, it is preferable to change the hot melt adhesive A6 to a low odor adhesive LA. By doing so, the unpleasant odor in which the odor of the hot melt adhesive and the insect repellent fragrance 40 are mixed is reduced.
- the present invention is not limited to the above, and the hot melt adhesives A1 and A2 applied to the skin side of the absorber 21 and the hot melt adhesive A3 applied to the inside of the absorber 21 are the low odor adhesive LA.
- hot melt adhesives for fixing the leg circumference elastic member 15 and the leak-proof wall elastic member 16 and hot-melt adhesives for forming the leak-proof wall using the side sheet 26 have low odor. It may be an adhesive LA.
- the hot melt adhesive around the fastening tape 30 may be changed to the non-hydrogenated adhesive NA as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B. good. That is, the hot melt adhesive A9 for adhering the hook material 33 to the fastening tape 30 and the hot melt adhesives A8 and A4 for adhering the fastening tape 30 to the side sheet 26 and the exterior sheet 24 are used as the non-hydrogenated adhesive NA. May be good. Even in that case, it is sufficient that the low odor adhesive LA is used as a part of the diaper 1.
- a hot melt adhesive arranged on the non-skin side (outside) of the diaper 1 and a hot melt adhesive applied over a wide range can be used. It is preferable to use a low odor adhesive LA. Also in this case, the unpleasant odor in which the odor of the hot melt adhesive and the insect repellent fragrance 40 are mixed is reduced.
- the low odor adhesive LA Confirmation that the low odor adhesive LA is used for the diaper 1, confirmation of the material and area where the low odor adhesive LA is arranged, and each of the low odor adhesive LA and the non-hydrogenated adhesive NA.
- the weight comparison may be performed by a well-known method. For example, for materials and areas where hot melt adhesives (LA, NA) are placed, after separating each material from diaper 1 using cold spray or the like, visually check, or use bamboo charcoal or cocoa for each material. After sprinkling colored fine particles such as powder, the particles can be wiped off and confirmed at the place where the particles adhere.
- the material in which the hot melt adhesive (LA, NA) is arranged is used in the container. It can be confirmed by putting it inside, sealing it, and analyzing the components in the container using a gas chromatograph device (GC-MS). Further, for example, the weight of the hot melt adhesive (LA, NA) can be calculated from the difference in the weight of the material (dry state) before and after eluting the hot melt adhesive arranged in the material into toluene.
- GC-MS gas chromatograph device
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 is placed by a well-known method. For example, by analyzing the components of each material separated from the diaper 1 using a gas chromatograph device (GC-MS), whether or not the insect repellent fragrance 40 is placed on the material, and the weight of the insect repellent fragrance 40. Can be confirmed.
- GC-MS gas chromatograph device
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 is contained in microcapsules, for example, by observing the surface or cross section of the material with an electron microscope, the material or region in which the insect repellent fragrance 40 is arranged can be confirmed.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 is contained in microcapsules (membrane material).
- the microcapsules include those in which the capsule collapses due to physical pressure (impact, friction) and the internal insect repellent fragrance 40 is released.
- a capsule (film material) in which urethane resin, gelatin, gelatin / Arabic rubber, melamine resin, urea / formalin resin and the like are used alone or in combination can be exemplified.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 is contained in the microcapsules, it is possible to prevent the insect repellent fragrance 40 from volatilizing before wearing the diaper 1, and it is possible to exert the insect repellent function while wearing the diaper 1.
- the plurality of microcapsules are sequentially damaged while wearing the diaper 1 and the insect repellent fragrance 40 is released, the sustainability of the insect repellent function is enhanced.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 is arranged on the fastening tape 30. Therefore, since the fastening tape 30 is gripped when the diaper 1 is worn, the microcapsules are easily damaged, and the insect repellent function is surely exhibited while the diaper 1 is worn.
- the present invention is not limited to the above, and the insect repellent fragrance 40 may not be contained in microcapsules.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 is arranged on the non-skin side portion 301 of the extending portion 31 of the fastening tape 30. Further, the weight of the insect repellent fragrance 40 (microcapsules) that has entered the inside of the fastening tape 30 is heavier than the weight of the insect repellent fragrance 40 located on the non-skin side surface 30b of the fastening tape 30. Is preferable. By doing so, it is possible to prevent the microcapsules from easily disintegrating and releasing the insect repellent fragrance 40, and the sustainability of the insect repellent effect is enhanced.
- the non-skin side surface 30b of the fastening tape 30 is a surface having the most protruding fiber as the apex of the non-woven fabric fiber layer constituting the fastening tape 30, and the inner portion thereof is the inside of the fastening tape 30.
- the average particle size (for example, 5 to 15 ⁇ m) of the insect repellent fragrance 40 is made smaller than the average fiber diameter (for example, 20 ⁇ m) of the fastening tape 30.
- the weight of the insect repellent fragrance 40 having a particle size smaller than the average fiber diameter (20 ⁇ m) of the fastening tape 30 is the weight of the insect repellent fragrance 40 having a particle size larger than the average fiber diameter (20 ⁇ m) of the fastening tape 30. More than weight.
- the particle size of the microcapsules containing the insect repellent fragrance 40 is preferably 0.1 ⁇ m or more (preferably 0.5 ⁇ m or more).
- a liquid in which the insect repellent fragrance 40 contained in the microcapsules is dispersed is applied to the non-skin side surface 30b of the fastening tape 30.
- a well-known method such as a spraying method, a roller coating method, or a brush coating method can be adopted.
- the aqueous dispersion in which PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) having an adhesive function is blended and microcapsules containing the insect repellent fragrance 40 are dispersed in water is not applied to the fastening tape 30. Apply to the skin side surface 30b.
- a hydrophilic agent (0.3%, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate)
- a defoaming agent (0.2%, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene glycol (block copolymer)
- the fastening tape 30 may be a hydrophobic non-woven fabric or a non-woven fabric having a relatively high basis weight. By doing so, the aqueous dispersion does not move much in the fastening tape 30, and the microcapsules (insect repellent fragrance 40) tend to stay on the non-skin side portion 301 of the fastening tape 30.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 when the insect repellent fragrance 40 is arranged on the fastening tape 30, it is not limited to being arranged on the non-skin side portion 301 of the extending portion 31 of the fastening tape 30 as in the present embodiment.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 may be arranged on the skin side portion 302 of the extending portion 31 of the fastening tape 30, or may be arranged on the entire thickness direction of the fastening tape 30. Further, it may be arranged on the fixing portion 32 of the fastening tape 30.
- the method of arranging the insect repellent fragrance 40 on the diaper 1 is not limited to the method of applying the dispersion liquid of the insect repellent fragrance 40 contained in the microcapsules to the material as described above.
- a solution of the insect repellent fragrance 40 not contained in the microcapsules may be applied to the material.
- the material for arranging the insect repellent fragrance 40 may be impregnated into the solution of the insect repellent fragrance 40, or the insect repellent fragrance 40 may be kneaded into the fibers constituting the material.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 may be kneaded into wax and placed in the material so that the insect repellent fragrance 40 is released by the user rubbing or applying heat.
- the area where the insect repellent fragrance 40 is arranged is covered with tape, and the user peels off the tape when using the diaper 1. You may do so. By doing so, it is possible to prevent the volatilization of the insect repellent fragrance.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 is not particularly limited as long as it is a fragrance having an insect repellent effect, but preferably contains a plurality of fragrances having different boiling points.
- High boiling point fragrances with a high boiling point require time to volatilize. Therefore, the high boiling point fragrance can enhance the sustainability of the insect repellent effect.
- the fragrance volatilizes relatively quickly. Therefore, the scent of the insect repellent fragrance 40 can be recognized (appealing) to the user at the initial stage, that is, when the user takes out the diaper 1 from the package or when the diaper 1 is put on. As a result, the user can be given a sense of expectation for the insect repellent effect, and the user can easily realize the insect repellent effect.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 containing a plurality of fragrances having different boiling points specifically, a fragrance having a boiling point of 200 ° C. or higher and 220 ° C. or lower selected from the group (A) and a fragrance having a boiling point of 150 ° C. or higher and 200 ° C. selected from the group (B).
- examples thereof include those containing at least one type of fragrance lower than ° C.
- the fragrances of group (A) are citronellal, menthol, ⁇ -terpineol, linalyl acetate, isopulegol, ethyllinalool, terpinyl acetate, geranyl formate, menthone, borneol and camphor.
- the fragrances of the group (B) are mentanol, camphenol, tetrahydrolinalol, dihydromilsenol, ossimenol, ossimen, milsen, ⁇ -pinene, ⁇ -pinene, ⁇ -ferrandrene, ⁇ -terpinene, ⁇ -terpinene, terpinene, 3 -Kalen, 1-heptanol, 2-heptanol, 3-heptanol, 1-octanol, 2-octanol, 3-octanol, 2-nonanol, 3,5,5-trimethyl-1-hexanol, cis-3-hexenol, trans-2-hexenol, 2,4-hexadiene-1-ol, 1-octen-3-ol, 2,6-nonadienol, tetrahydromugor, 4-thyanol, n-heptanol,
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 has a weight ratio of the group (A) higher than that of the group (B) in the components. By doing so, the insect repellent effect can be obtained by the high boiling point fragrance (the fragrance of the group (A)) having a high weight ratio. On top of that, by supplementarily adding a low boiling point fragrance (fragrance of group (B)), the user can be made aware of the insect repellent fragrance 40 from the initial stage, and the user can be expected to have an insect repellent effect. Can be done.
- the fragrances of the group (A), the fragrances of the group (B), and the fragrances of the group (C) described later are all allergen-free substances. Therefore, it is possible to provide the user with a sense of security regarding allergies.
- some of the fragrances in group (A) and fragrances in group (B) are required to be labeled as allergen substances under the Cosmetics Directive (76/768 / EEC) of the EU (European Union). It does not contain any of the 26 fragrances. Therefore, it is possible to provide the user with a sense of security regarding allergies.
- the 26 kinds of fragrances are ⁇ -isomethylionone, amylkeihaldehyde, amylcinnamyl alcohol, anis alcohol, benzyl alcohol, benzyl benzoate, benzyl silicate, benzyl salicylate, butylhenylmethylpropional, keihyaldehyde, and keihi.
- fragrances are substantially not contained, and the above fragrances are completely not contained (not present at all). ) Does not mean that. If the ratio of the fragrance to the insect repellent fragrance (solvent + fragrance) is 1% or less, it can be said that the fragrance is substantially not contained.
- the fragrances of the group (A), the fragrances of the group (B), and the fragrances of the group (C) described later do not impair the adhesive performance of the hot melt adhesive. Therefore, the fragrance volatilized in the package (packaging material) before the use of the diaper 1 acts on the hot melt adhesive to prevent the diaper 1 from peeling off or the like. Therefore, it is possible to appropriately maintain the performance of the diaper 1.
- Insect repellent fragrances that impair the adhesive performance of hot melt adhesives include limonene, phenylacetaldehyde, methyl salicylate, thymol, methylisooygenol, coumarin, ⁇ -phenylethyl alcohol, cymene, eugenol, carbachlor, and phenylethyl acetate. , Saflor, benzyl acetate, thyralyl acetate, anisyl acetate, cinnamyl acetate, cuminaldehyde, diphenyl oxide, cinnamyl formate. Neither of these is contained in the fragrances of the group (A) and the fragrances of the group (B) (the definition of "not contained" is the same as described above).
- the fragrance 40 for insect repellent has a boiling point selected from the group (C) higher than 220 ° C. and 270 ° C. It is preferable to contain at least one of the following fragrances.
- the fragrances of group (C) are isobornyl acetate, p-menthane-3,8-diol, 2- (tert-butyl) cyclohexyl acetate, dihydroterpinyl acetate, nerol, 4-tert-butyl cyclohexyl acetate, and citro.
- the high boiling point fragrance is further added to the low boiling point fragrance and the high boiling point fragrance, it is possible to enhance the sustainability of the insect repellent effect.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 is as follows. That is, citronellal 30-40%, 1.8-cineole 10-15%, isobornyl acetate 10-15%, etc. as fragrances with respect to 50% isopropyl myristate (weight ratio; the same applies hereinafter) as a solvent. Less than 1% of the fragrance is added. Less than 1% of "other fragrances" includes at least one fragrance selected from group (B). For example, Mentan is included.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 is not limited to the above, and may include, for example, one containing only the fragrance of the group (A), or one containing at least one type of the fragrance of the group (A) and the fragrance of the group (C). , (C) may contain only the fragrances of the group.
- fragrances can be broadly divided into natural fragrances and synthetic fragrances. Since the synthetic fragrance is a chemically synthesized fragrance, it does not contain various fragrance components. Examples of synthetic fragrances include isolated fragrances, total synthetic fragrances, semi-synthetic fragrances, and biosynthetic fragrances. For example, by using only the synthetic fragrance, it is possible to appropriately avoid the contamination of substances that are not desired to be contained in the insect repellent fragrance 40 (for example, the above-mentioned allergen substance and hot melt adhesive inhibitor).
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 may contain a natural fragrance.
- the natural fragrance may be a natural essential oil or the like as an example, and is a fragrance directly taken from a natural plant or the like.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 may contain a fragrance derived from any of lemongrass, citronella, and lemon eucalyptus. By doing so, a component having an insect repellent effect (for example, citronellal, citral, geraniol, geranyl acetate, isopulegol, citronellol, etc.) is imparted to the diaper 1.
- natural essential oils are relatively easy to obtain and are preferable because they contain a large amount of compounds that are active ingredients for insect repellent.
- FIG. 7A is a cross-sectional view of the ventral side of the diaper 1
- FIG. 7B is a cross-sectional view of the dorsal side of the diaper 1.
- FIG. 8 is an exploded perspective view of the periphery of the exterior sheet 24.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 is arranged on the exterior sheet 24.
- the leak-proof sheet 23, which is a liquid-impermeable sheet, has a lower air permeability than the liquid-permeable sheet (for example, an exterior sheet 24 made of a non-woven fabric), and the insect repellent fragrance 40 also passes through the leak-proof sheet 23. It's difficult to do. Therefore, in the thickness direction of the diaper 1, it is preferable that the insect repellent fragrance 40 is arranged on the non-skin side rather than the leak-proof sheet 23. That is, the insect repellent fragrance 40 may be arranged on the exterior sheet 24 as in the present embodiment, or the insect repellent fragrance 40 may be arranged on the target tape 29 as shown in FIG. 9A described later. By doing so, the scent of the insect repellent fragrance 40 is easily released to the outside of the diaper 1, and the insect repellent effect is enhanced. In addition, the user of the diaper 1 can easily recognize the scent of the insect repellent fragrance 40.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 is arranged on the fastening tape 30 as in the diaper 1 of the first embodiment, the insect repellent fragrance 40 is arranged on the ventral side of the wearer.
- the exterior sheet 24 forms the outer shape of the diaper 1, it is not limited to the ventral side of the wearer, but is used for insect repellent at the position of the diaper 1 corresponding to the desired part of the wearer such as the dorsal side and the undercarriage.
- the fragrance 40 can be placed.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 can be placed over a wide range of the diaper 1. Note that FIG.
- FIG 9 illustrates a region in which the insect repellent fragrance 40 is arranged, which is the center in the width direction of the exterior sheet 24 and extends from one end to the other end in the longitudinal direction of the exterior sheet 24, but is limited to this. It is not something that will be done.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 may be arranged on the entire surface of the exterior sheet 24 in the thickness direction, or may be arranged on the skin side portion or the non-skin side portion of the exterior sheet 24. Specifically, by applying the insect repellent fragrance 40 from the skin side of the exterior sheet 24, more insect repellent fragrance 40 is arranged on the skin side portion than the intermediate position in the thickness direction of the exterior sheet 24. It is good to do it. In this case, the sustainability of the insect repellent fragrance 40 can be enhanced. Alternatively, by applying the insect repellent fragrance 40 from the non-skin side of the exterior sheet 24, a larger amount of the insect repellent fragrance 40 is arranged on the non-skin side of the exterior sheet 24 from the intermediate position in the thickness direction. May be good. In this case, the insect repellent fragrance 40 is easily released to the outside of the diaper 1, the insect repellent effect is enhanced, and the user can easily recognize the scent of the insect repellent fragrance 40.
- the exterior sheet 24 has a portion covered with the target tape 29 from the non-skin side as shown in FIG. 7A and a portion serving as the outermost layer (non-skin side surface) of the diaper 1 as shown in FIG. 7B.
- the target tape 29 may be a breathable sheet (for example, a non-woven fabric). Therefore, the insect repellent fragrance 40 arranged at the portion of the exterior sheet 24 that overlaps with the target tape 29 (FIG. 7A) can be prevented from volatilizing more immediately than the insect repellent fragrance 40 arranged at the portion that does not overlap.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 arranged at the portion of the exterior sheet 24 (FIG. 7B) which is the outermost layer of the diaper 1, is easily released to the outside of the diaper 1, the insect repellent effect is enhanced, and the user can use the insect repellent fragrance 40. It becomes easier to recognize the scent of.
- the hot melt adhesive A7 that adheres the target tape 29 to the exterior sheet 24 is a low odor adhesive LA. That is, the hot melt adhesive A7 arranged on the non-skin side of the insect repellent fragrance 40 in the thickness direction of the diaper 1 may be used as the low odor adhesive LA.
- the odor of the hot melt adhesive A7 which is placed on the non-skin side of the diaper 1 and tends to release the odor to the outside of the diaper 1, can be suppressed. Therefore, the unpleasant odor in which the odor of the hot melt adhesive and the insect repellent fragrance 40 are mixed is reduced.
- the weight of the hot melt adhesive that is larger than the weight of the insect repellent fragrance 40 is changed to the low odor adhesive LA, and the weight of the low odor adhesive LA is larger than the weight of the non-hydrogenated adhesive NA. It is good to do so. By doing so, the unpleasant odor in which the odor of the hot melt adhesive and the insect repellent fragrance 40 are mixed is further reduced.
- the hot melt adhesive arranged on the non-skin side of the absorber 21 tends to release an odor to the outside of the diaper 1, so it is preferable to use a low odor adhesive LA. Further, it is preferable to use a low odor adhesive as the hot melt adhesive that overlaps with the insect repellent fragrance 24 arranged on the exterior sheet 24 in the thickness direction.
- the hot melt adhesive A4 for adhering the absorber 21 and the waist gather film 28 or the leak-proof sheet 23, and the waist gather film 28 and the leak-proof sheet 23 are adhered to each other.
- the low odor adhesive LA is used. By doing so, the odor of the hot melt adhesive released to the outside of the diaper 1 can be suppressed, and the unpleasant odor in which the odor of the hot melt adhesive and the insect repellent fragrance 40 are mixed is also reduced.
- a hot melt adhesive placed near the insect repellent fragrance 40 (A6 for adhering the leak-proof sheet 23 and the exterior sheet 24, and A7 for adhering the exterior sheet 24 and the target tape 29). It is preferable to use a low odor adhesive LA. By doing so, the odor of the hot melt adhesive and the insect repellent fragrance 40 are difficult to mix, and the unpleasant odor in which they are mixed is reduced.
- the present invention is not limited to the above, and it is sufficient that at least a part of the plurality of materials possessed by the diaper 1 is adhered with the low odor adhesive LA. By doing so, the unpleasant odor in which the odor of the hot melt adhesive and the insect repellent fragrance 40 are mixed is reduced.
- FIGS. 9A and 9B are explanatory views of the hot melt adhesives A1 to A9 used in the diaper 1 of the other embodiment.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 may be arranged on the target tape 29.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 is better than the hot melt adhesive (low odor adhesive LA) in the thickness direction. Is placed on the non-skin side. Therefore, the insect repellent fragrance 40 is easily released to the outside of the diaper 1, the insect repellent effect is enhanced, and the user can easily recognize the insect repellent fragrance 40.
- the hot melt adhesive around the fastening tape 30 may be a low odor adhesive LA.
- the odor of the hot melt adhesive arranged near the insect repellent fragrance 40 can be suppressed, and the unpleasant odor in which the odor of the hot melt adhesive and the insect repellent fragrance 40 are mixed is reduced.
