- the decorative sheet according to one aspect of the present invention includes a base material, a matte layer formed on one surface of the base material, and the matte layer side of the base material.
- the matte layer and the surface protective layer are formed of an ultraviolet curable resin, and the matte layer contains a spherical filler.
- FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view for explaining a configuration example of the decorative sheet 10 according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure.
- the decorative sheet 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention has a base coloring layer 3, a pattern layer 4, a matte layer 5, and a surface protection layer on one surface side of the base material layer 2. 7 are stacked in this order.
- the base material layer 2 serves as a base material for the decorative sheet 10.
- a base paper layer for example, thin paper is used as the base material layer 2 .
- the thin paper is preferably formed, for example, having a basis weight of 20 g / m2 or more and 100 g / m2 or less. Not only thin paper but also titanium paper, woodfree paper, kraft paper and the like can be applied to the base material layer 2, and the base material layer 2 is appropriately selected according to the intended use.
- the base material layer 2 may have a laminated structure of a paper base material and a resin material.
- the base material layer 2 is a resin material
- a thermoplastic resin typified by polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester or the like
- the thermoplastic resin may contain an inorganic material such as titanium oxide or calcium carbonate as an additive.

- the thickness of the base coloring layer 3 may be such that the desired design property is sufficiently exhibited.
- the thickness of the base color layer 3 is preferably in the range of, for example, 2 ⁇ m or more and 20 ⁇ m or less. By setting the thickness of the base color layer 3 within the above range, it is possible to exhibit sufficient hiding power against the color and stains of the base layer 2 even when the base color layer 3 is colored white or light, for example. Sufficient durability can be obtained by preventing a decrease in the adhesion strength between the ink layers constituting the base color layer 3.
- the pattern pattern layer 4 is a layer formed on the base coloring layer 3 to add a pattern for imparting design.
- a pattern suitable for the place where the decorative sheet 10 is used such as wood grain, cork, stone grain, tile, pottery, and abstract pattern, can be selected.

Further, the matte layer 5 is formed of a transparent or translucent material (for example, a resin material) so that the patterns of the base coloring layer 3 and the pattern pattern layer 4 can be seen through the matte layer 5. That is, the matte layer 5 has light transmission (translucency).
- a transparent or translucent material for example, a resin material
- the material of the matte layer 5 for example, it is preferable to use only an ultraviolet curable resin (UV curable resin). As described above, since the matte layer 5 contains an ultraviolet curable resin having high hardness, the scratch resistance of the decorative sheet 10 can be improved by the matte layer 5 exposed on the surface. Further, as a solvent for dissolving the solid content of the ultraviolet curable resin, ethyl acetate or n-butyl acetate can be used.

- the first spherical filler 6 is, for example, a filler of an inorganic compound such as a silicone resin.
- the use of the filler of the inorganic compound is preferable in terms of hardness as compared with the case of using the filler of the organic compound, and the hardness of the resin layer can be expected to be improved. This is because the scratch resistance is improved by using the first spherical filler 6 for the matte layer 5.
- the first spherical filler 6 having an average particle size substantially equal to the layer thickness of the matte layer 5 it is preferable to add the first spherical filler 6 having an average particle size substantially equal to the layer thickness of the matte layer 5 to the ultraviolet curable resin forming the matte layer 5. ..
- the average particle size of the first spherical filler 6 is preferably 3.0 ⁇ m or more and 7.0 ⁇ m or less. This is because by using the first spherical filler 6 having a particle size equal to or less than the layer thickness of the matte layer 5, the first spherical filler 6 is less likely to be peeled off from the matte layer 5.
- the "average particle size" is the median size (D50 particle size).
- the glossiness of the matte layer 5 is preferably 1.5 or more and 4.0 or less at an incident angle of 60 degrees.
- the "glossiness” means the glossiness measured by the mirror glossiness measurement method according to JIS Z-8741.
- the difference in gloss between the matte layer 5 and the surface protective layer 7 realizes an excellent design property close to the actual grain of wood.
- excellent designability can be realized due to the difference in glossiness from the surface protective layer 7. Further, from an empirical rule, it is unlikely that the glossiness of the matte layer 5 becomes less than 1.5.
- the matte layer 5 is formed by using only the ultraviolet curable resin containing the first spherical filler 6 having a particle size substantially equal to the layer thickness of the matte layer 5, and thus wear resistance and scratch resistance. It is possible to obtain a decorative sheet 10 which is excellent in properties and the first spherical filler 6 is hard to peel off.
- the surface protective layer 7 is a layer that is partially formed on the matte layer 5 and covers a part of the matte layer 5. This makes it possible to visually represent the wood grain conduit. Further, the surface protective layer 7 is formed of a transparent or translucent material (resin) so that the pattern of the pattern pattern layer 4 can be seen through the surface protective layer 7 and the matte layer 5. That is, the surface protective layer 7 has light transmittance like the matte layer 5. As described above, in the present embodiment, since the transparent or translucent matte layer 5 and the surface protection layer 7 are provided on the pattern layer 4, the pattern of the pattern layer 4 is seen through from the outermost surface layer of the decorative sheet 10. can do. Further, by having the surface protective layer 7 that covers a part of the matte layer 5, the design of the decorative sheet 10 can be improved.
- the material of the surface protective layer 7 for example, it is preferable to use only an ultraviolet curable resin (UV curable resin). Since the surface protective layer 7 contains an ultraviolet curable resin having high hardness, the hardness of the outermost surface layer of the decorative sheet 10 can be improved, and the surface physical properties such as abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, solvent resistance, etc. of the decorative sheet 10 can be improved. Can be improved. Further, as a solvent for dissolving the solid content of the ultraviolet curable resin, ethyl acetate or n-butyl acetate can be used. Further, as the material of the surface protective layer 7, an ionizing radiation curable resin may be used instead of the ultraviolet curable resin.
- UV curable resin ultraviolet curable resin
- the second spherical filler 8 having an average particle diameter of 40 ⁇ m or more and 80 ⁇ m or less may be added to the ultraviolet curable resin forming the surface protective layer 7.
- the surface of the decorative sheet 10 can have a feel close to that of a wooden board.
- the second spherical filler 8 for example, it is preferable to use an acrylic filler or a urethane filler.
- the surface protective layer 7 covers an area of 10% or more and 90% or less of the matte layer 5.
- the matte layer 5 is formed of a material having high scratch resistance and stain resistance, if the area of the surface protective layer 7 is 10% or more of the area of the matte layer 5, the decorative sheet 10 is scratch resistant. It can be made excellent in stain resistance.
- the matte layer 5 and the surface protective layer 7 are made of a transparent or translucent material (resin) so that the pattern of the pattern pattern layer 4 can be seen through, the area of the surface protective layer 7 is a matte layer. Even if it is 90% or less of the area of 5, the design of the decorative sheet 10 is not impaired.
- the shape of the surface protective layer 7 is not particularly limited, and may be a regular shape such as a circle, a quadrangle, or a hexagon, or an irregular pattern shape. Further, the shape may be synchronized with the pattern of the pattern pattern layer 4, whereby the pattern can be made to look realistic.
- the surface of the surface protective layer 7, which is the outermost surface layer of the decorative sheet 10, may be embossed (concavo-convex embossing using an embossed plate) to emboss (improve) the embossed pattern.
- the embossed pattern formed on the surface of the surface protective layer 7 can be configured to give a more three-dimensional effect due to the tactile sensation.
- a concave portion having a depth of 15 ⁇ m or more is passed between the embossing roll and a rubber back roll having a hardness of 50 degrees or more and less than 90 degrees to give the decorative sheet 10 an uneven shape. good.
- the hardness measuring method include the measuring method shown in JIS K-6253.
- the embossed pattern include a wood grain board conduit groove, a stone board surface unevenness, a cloth surface texture, a satin finish, a grain, a hairline, and a perforated groove.
- the decorative sheet 10 according to the present embodiment has the following effects. (1)
- the matte layer 5 and the surface protective layer 7 are formed only of an ultraviolet curable resin. According to this configuration, higher stain resistance and tape resistance can be realized.
- the matte layer 5 has a first spherical filler 6. According to this configuration, higher weather resistance can be realized.

Abstract
