背景技术
复印机复印时发出的光线为半导体激光,半导体激光长期直接照射到人身上会损害人的健康。因此,复印机一般都设置有盖板,复印时,将盖板盖上,从而阻止半导体激光泄露。

发明内容

一种贴胶条装置,包括用于输入待贴胶的产品的上料组件、贴胶台、搬运组件、下料组件和贴胶组件,所述搬运组件用于将待贴胶的产品搬运至所述贴胶台且通过所述贴胶组件对待贴胶的产品进行贴胶,所述搬运组件还用于将所述贴胶台内的贴完胶后的产品搬运至所述下料组件;

在一个实施例中,吸盘组件包括承载板、真空吸盘和升降单元。真空吸盘设置在承载板上,升降单元连接承载板和传输轨道单元,即升降单元能够驱动承载板升降。升降单元可以为气缸。具体地,真空吸盘可以设置四个,四个真空吸盘布置在承载板的四个角处,通过真空吸盘直接吸附盖板,从而将盖板吸起和放下。
在一个实施例中,如图1-图4所示,贴胶组件500设置有四组,四组贴胶组件500分别设置在贴胶台200外周,通过设置四组贴胶组件500,大大提高了贴胶效率。
在一个实施例中,上料组件100和下料组件400结构基本相同。图6为一个实施例中的上料组件100或下料组件400的部分结构示意图,上料组件100或下料组件400包括承载板101,承载板101用于承载盖板,盖板可以堆叠在承载板101上,承载板能够相对于地面升降,以将盖板向上顶升至搬运组件300能够取件的位置。进一步地,上料组件100和下料组件400包括支撑板102、沿竖直方向设置在支撑板102上的导向轨103、沿竖直方向转动连接于支撑板102的驱动丝杆104和用于带动驱动丝杆104转动的伺服电机105;承载板101螺纹连接于驱动丝杆104,且承载板101上设置有卡钩106,卡钩106能够钩住导向轨103。承载板101通过卡钩106钩住导向轨103,以使承载板101只能够沿着导向轨103滑动,工作时,由伺服电机105带动驱动丝杆104转动,驱动丝杆104驱动承载板101上下滑动,进而使承载板101上的盖板能够上下滑动。
尽管上面详细的描述了本发明的优选实施例,但是应该明白,对于本领域技术人员来说很明显的、这里讲述的基本发明构思的许多变形和修饰都落在所附权利要求限定的本发明的精神和范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种贴胶条装置,其特征在于,包括用于输入待贴胶的产品的上料组件、贴胶台、搬运组件、下料组件和贴胶组件,所述搬运组件用于将待贴胶的产品搬运至所述贴胶台且通过所述贴胶组件对待贴胶的产品进行贴胶,所述搬运组件还用于将所述贴胶台内的贴完胶后的产品搬运至所述下料组件;
    所述贴胶组件包括:
    上料辊,用于绕卷待贴合的胶纸,所述胶纸包括双面胶和贴于所述双面胶一面的离型纸;
    下料辊,用于抽拉所述离型纸以使所述离型纸与所述双面胶分离;
    切刀单元,用于切割所述双面胶;以及
    送胶单元,用于牵引双面胶且将切割下来的所述双面胶搬运至所述贴胶台并贴合于待贴胶的产品表面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的贴胶条装置,其特征在于,所述搬运组件包括:
    传输轨道单元;
    吸盘组件,设于所述传输轨道单元的输出端,所述传输轨道单元能够驱动所述吸盘组件在所述上料组件、贴胶台和所述下料组件之间运动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的贴胶条装置,其特征在于,所述吸盘组件包括:承载板;
    真空吸盘,设于所述承载板上;以及
    升降单元,连接所述承载板与所述传输轨道单元,以驱动所述承载板升降。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的贴胶条装置,其特征在于,所述切刀单元包括:
    切刀;以及
    驱动件,连接所述切刀以驱动所述切刀滑移以将所述双面胶切断。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的贴胶条装置,其特征在于,所述切刀单元还包括长度检测单元,所述长度检测单元设置在所述上料辊和所述下料辊之间,用于检测双面胶的输送长度。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的贴胶条装置,其特征在于,所述送胶单元包括:夹持部,用于夹持双面胶;
    送胶机械手,用于驱动所述夹持部移动至所述贴胶台,并将双面胶贴于所述产品上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的贴胶条装置,其特征在于,还包括机架和滑动调节组件,所述贴胶组件通过所述滑动调节组件滑动连接于所述机架。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的贴胶条装置,其特征在于,所述滑动调节组件包括:导向轨,设于所述机架上;以及
    底板,所述底板上设置有滑动连接于所述导向轨的导向槽,所述贴胶组件设于所述底板上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的贴胶条装置,其特征在于,所述滑动调节组件包括调节手轮组件,所述调节手轮组件包括:
    手轮;
    丝杆,与所述手轮连接;
    螺纹套,螺纹套设于所述丝杆,所述螺纹套外表面设置有螺纹段;以及
    螺纹杆,啮合于所述螺纹套外表面的螺纹段,且所述螺纹杆固定连接所述底板。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的贴胶条装置,其特征在于,所述贴胶组件设置有四组,四组所述贴胶组件分别设置在所述贴胶台外周。
