Claims (10)
- 如权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述的塑晶与所述的金属盐混合,得混合溶液后再与所述单体以及所述光引发剂进行混合,得所述混合物;较佳地:所述的混合溶液中所述金属盐的浓度为0.25~1.25mol/L,优选1mol/L;和/或,在所述混合物中,所述含硼的三元交联剂的浓度为8~30wt.%,优选10wt.%;和/或,所述光引发剂的用量为所述含硼的三元交联剂的0.5~5wt.%,优选1wt.%。
- 如权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述混合物的制备包括下述步骤:(1)将所述的金属盐与所述的塑晶混合,并加热、搅拌,得混合溶液;(2)将步骤(1)所得混合溶液与所述含硼的三元交联剂、所述光引发剂混合,即得所述的混合物。
- 如权利要求1~3任一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的金属盐 为钠盐、锂盐或者铝盐,所述的钠盐优选高氯酸钠、六氟磷酸钠、双草酸硼酸钠以及三氟甲基磺酸钠中的一种或多种;和/或,所述的光引发剂为2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基丙酮或者1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮;和/或,所述的固化为紫外光固化;和/或,在所述固化之前,将所述的混合物加入到多孔支撑材料,所述的加入优选注入;所述的多孔支撑材料优选聚丙烯腈无纺布、聚丙烯烃无纺布、纤维素膜、玻璃纤维、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜以及聚酰亚胺无纺膜中的一种或几种的复合膜,更优选聚丙烯腈无纺布、聚丙烯-纤维素复合无纺布或者纤维素膜;和/或,所述的混合物以液体形式存在;和/或,所述的混合物由塑晶、金属盐、单体以及光引发剂形成。
- 如权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在将所述的混合物加入到多孔支撑材料后,将含有所述混合物的多孔支撑材料夹在两片玻璃片之间后进行所述固化。
- 一种根据如权利要求1~5任一项所述的制备方法制备得到的含硼的塑晶聚合物。
- 如权利要求6所述的含硼的塑晶聚合物在全固态离子电池中作为固态电解质的应用。
- 一种含有如权利要求6所述的含硼的塑晶聚合物的全固态离子电池。
- 一种全固态离子电池的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法包括下述步骤:(1)将电极片浸泡在权利要求1或者2中所述的混合物中至所述混合物充分浸入到极片内部、固化,得原位制备的正、负极复合极片;(2)将权利要求6所述的含硼的塑晶聚合物夹在步骤(1)制得的正极和负极复合极片之间、进行组装,即得。
- 如权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的电极片可通过下述方法制备得到:(1)将离子电池用正极/负极活性材料与导电剂和粘结剂加入到N-甲基吡咯烷酮溶剂中、匀浆,得浆料;(2)将上述的浆料均匀地涂敷在铝箔上,真空干燥;步骤(1)中,所述离子电池用正极/负极活性材料、所述导电剂和所述粘结剂三者的配比范围就是常规电池的范围,即:所述离子电池用正极/负极活性材料与所述导电剂的质量比为(3~16):1,所述粘结剂与所述导电剂的质量比为(0.25~4):1,所述匀浆的时间为2~4小时;较佳地,所述离子电池用正极/负极活性材料与所述导电剂的质量比为8:1,且所述粘结剂与所述导电剂的质量比为1:1;和/或,所述的正极活性材料为层状氧化物、磷酸钒钠、硫酸铁钠、钠离子氟磷酸盐、普鲁士蓝、普鲁士白、钠钒氟磷酸盐、钠铁氟磷酸盐、钠锰氧化物或钠钴氧化物;和/或,所述的负极活性材料为金属钠、硬碳或二硫化钼;和/或,所述的导电剂为为Super P、乙炔黑或科琴黑;和/或,所述的粘结剂为PVDF、羧甲基纤维素钠和海藻酸钠中的一种或多种。
