Abstract
一种发动机尾气除尘系统和方法。发动机尾气除尘系统包括尾气除尘系统入口、尾气除尘系统出口、尾气电场装置。发动机尾气除尘系统除尘效果好,能够有效去除发动机尾气中的颗粒物。
Description
1.一种发动机尾气除尘系统,其特征在于,包括尾气除尘系统入口、尾气除尘系统出口、尾气电场装置;所述尾气电场装置包括尾气电场装置入口、尾气电场装置出口、尾气除尘电场阴极和尾气除尘电场阳极,所述尾气除尘电场阴极和所述尾气除尘电场阳极用于产生尾气电离除尘电场。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发动机尾气除尘系统,其特征在于,所述尾气除尘电场阳极的积尘面积与所述尾气除尘电场阴极的放电面积的比为1.667:1-1680:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发动机尾气除尘系统,其特征在于,所述尾气除尘电场阳极的积尘面积与所述尾气除尘电场阴极的放电面积的比为6.67:1-56.67:1。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的发动机尾气除尘系统,其特征在于,所述尾气除尘电场阴极直径为1-3毫米,所述尾气除尘电场阳极与所述尾气除尘电场阴极的极间距为2.5-139.9毫米;所述尾气除尘电场阳极的积尘面积与所述尾气除尘电场阴极的放电面积的比为1.667:1-1680:1。
5.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的发动机尾气除尘系统,其特征在于,所述尾气除尘电场阳极和所述尾气除尘电场阴极的极间距小于150mm。
6.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的发动机尾气除尘系统,其特征在于,所述尾气除尘电场阳极与所述尾气除尘电场阴极的极间距为2.5-139.9mm。
7.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的发动机尾气除尘系统,其特征在于,所述尾气除尘电场阳极与所述尾气除尘电场阴极的极间距为5-100mm。
8.根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的发动机尾气除尘系统,其特征在于,所述尾气除尘电场阳极长度为10-180mm。
9.根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的发动机尾气除尘系统,其特征在于,所述尾气除尘电场阳极长度为60-180mm。
10.根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的发动机尾气除尘系统,其特征在于,所述尾气除尘电场阴极长度为30-180mm。
11.根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的发动机尾气除尘系统,其特征在于,所述尾气除尘电场阴极长度为54-176mm。
12.根据权利要求2至11任一项所述的发动机尾气除尘系统,其特征在于,当运行时,所述尾气电离除尘电场的耦合次数≤3。
13.根据权利要求1至12任一项所述的发动机尾气除尘系统,其特征在于,还包括发动机。
