汽车尾气净化器。当前缺少一种效果较为理想能够广泛应用的汽车尾气净化装置。汽车尾气净化器,其组成包括:装有尾气净化溶液(7)清洗净化箱(1),所述的清洗净化箱里装有进气导管(2)和排气导管(3),所述的进气导管连接消音器(4),所述的消音器通过进气导管连接二元催化净化器(5),所述的三元催化净化器通过进气导管连接发动机尾气排放口(6),所述的清洗净化箱底装有排污阀(8)。本产品用于净化汽车尾气。

汽车尾气净化器
本发明涉及一种汽车尾气净化器。
背景技术
目前,用燃油发动机做动力已经发展成为现代物质文明的支柱之一。据不完全统计,汽车世界的保有量已超6 亿辆,每年排放约6 亿吨一氧化碳、1亿吨碳氧化合物和0.5亿吨氮氧化合物,占大气污染总量的60% 以上,是公认的大气头号“杀手”。而且汽车每年约以3000 余万辆的速度递增。加上飞机、轮船各种机械设备等,尾气造成的大气污染,给人类的健康造成了极大危害,同时会产生温室效应导致冰山融化,海平面上升人类生存条件受到极大挑战。人类若不及时治理汽车尾气和锅炉的排放,人类生存将会受到威胁,解决汽车尾气和锅炉排放问题势在必行。总之,汽车尾气的污染对人类社会的危害是相当严重的,对汽车尾气的治理,可以说是全世界面临的重大课题。
当前,治理汽车尾气污染主要有三条途径:一是,改变汽车的动力;二是,改善现有的汽车动力装置和燃油质量;三是,广泛采用尾气净化技术,即三元催化技术。前两种办法在目前的条件下难以广泛实现:第三种办法,由于受到多种条件限制,只能净化汽车尾气中多种有害气体中的三种,效果很不理想。并且这种三元催化只能对无铅汽油进行催化,含铅汽油废气中的铅通过催化器时就会覆盖催化器,使催化器停止工作,因此三元催化器在汽车使用上要求也是十分严格的。比方说无铅汽油,发动机的供油系统必须是电控供油喷油装置。发动机在怠速状态下三元催化器也起不到催化作用,同时也会阻塞催化器发生烧蚀现象,这样一来气体通过时就会产生阻力就会降低发动机的功率。就是说,当前缺少一种效果较为理想并且能够广泛应用的汽车尾气净化装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车尾气净化器,这种汽车尾气净化器可以广泛使用,不受条件限制,净化效果好,制作成本低。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种汽车尾气净化器,其组成包括 装有尾气净化溶液的清洗净化箱,所述的清洗净化箱里装有进气导管和排气导管,所述的进气导管连接消音器,所述的消音器通过进气导管连接三元催化净化器,所述的三元催化净化器通过进气导管连接发动机尾气排放口,所述的清洗净化箱底装有排污阀。所述的汽车尾气净化器,所述的排气导管上包括增压风机。
所述的汽车尾气净化器,所述的清洗净化箱还包括连通导管,所述的连通导管连接各用箱,所述的备用箱里装有尾气净化溶液。
本发明的有益效果:
1. 本发明不受条件限制,具有广泛的应用性:适用于柴油汽油船只车辆,用油类燃烧做动力的都可以使用。
2. 本发明对尾气中的所有有害有毒气体均具有良好的净化作用,丝毫不影响汽车的正常运行。
3. 本发明制作成本低廉,制作条件简单易行。
4. 本发明体积小巧,附加在汽车排气管后端上,占有汽车的很小空间,不影响汽车动力。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种汽车尾气净化器,其组成包括清洗净化箱1 ,所述的清洗净化箱里装有进气导管2和排气导管3 ,所述的进气导管连接消音器4 ,所述的消音器通过进气导管连接三元催化净化器5,所述的三元催化净化器通过进气导管连接发动机尾气排放口6,所述的清洗净化箱里装有尾气净化溶液7,所述的清洗净化箱底装有排污阀8。汽车尾气进入清洗净化箱底部然后在返到液面,就等于给尾气洗了个澡,把尾气中所有的有毒、有害成分进行过滤、吸附、中和、溶合、溶解、沉淀、净化、过滤清洗后的气体再排到空气中。
实施例2:
如实施例1 所述的汽车尾气净化器,所述的排气导管上包括增压风机9。汽车发动机在工作时产生的尾气要通过三元催化净化器、消音器,气体通过以上装置时会产生阻力,这种阻力会大大降低发动机功率。所说的功率损耗,消音效果越好功耗就越大,损耗一般在百分之三十左右。为了降低这种损耗而设计了增压风机,这种装置安装在三元催化消音器清洗箱的尾端,作用是把气体从管路里吸出来,减轻尾气通过时产生的阻力,提高了发动机的功率,降低损耗,同时起到了节油效果。
实施例3:
如实施例1 或2 所述的汽车尾气净化器,所述的清洗净化箱还包括连通导管10 ,所述的连通导管连接备用箱11 ,所述的备用箱里装有尾气净化溶液。
尾气通过清洗净化箱时会得到吸附、溶解、沉淀、中和,会蒸发掉一定数量的水分,所以在清洗净化箱上装有自动供水机构,当液面低于要求时这个装置就会自动供液,保证液面在要求的高度上。自动排放装置,当液面高于要求时,装置上开关会自动打开排放,在使用一定时间箱内会产生污物杂质污水及粉尘颗粒等,利用手动开关将污物排除,然后自动换上新的化学剂,这样尾气得以净化,净化率相当高,也就是说几乎将汽车尾气污染的危害降为最低,净化后的气体在吸气机的作用下再通过汽车排气管排放到大气中。

1.一种汽车尾气净化器,其组成包括:装有尾气净化溶液的清洗净化箱,其特征是:所述的清洗净化箱里装有进气导管和排气导管,所述的进气导管连接消音器,所述的消音器通过进气导管连接三元催化净化器,所述的三元催化净化器通过进气导管连接发动机尾气排放口,所述的清洗净化箱底装有排污阀。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的汽车尾气净化器,其特征是:所述的排气导管上包括增压风机。
3.根据权利要求1 或2 所述的汽车尾气净化器,其特征是:所述的清洗净化箱还包括连通导管,所述的连通导管连接备用箱,所述的备用箱里装有尾气净化溶液。
