供销机构1,固定于机架上,用于整理销钉给送销机构2;所述供销机构1包括振动盘10和分销机构11,所述振动盘10底部有出口,所述分销机构11与振动盘10的出口连接,振动盘10振动将销子从底部出口排出,并送至分销机构11。
送销机构2,用于将销钉输送到销孔;所述送销机构2,与分销机构11连接,所述送销机构2包括伺服模组20、第一升降气缸21、旋转气缸22以及夹爪机构23;
伺服模组20,固定于机架上;
第一升降气缸21,安装在伺服模组20下部,控制伺服模组20的升降;
旋转气缸22,固定于第一升降气缸21上;
夹爪机构23,固定于旋转气缸22上,所述夹爪机构23包括第一夹爪气缸230和第一夹爪231:
第一夹爪气缸230,与控制器连接,设置在旋转气缸22上;
第一夹爪231,与所述第一夹爪气缸230连接,由第一夹爪气缸230驱动,所述第一夹爪231具有两个夹持口,用于同时夹持两个销钉。
推销机构3,固定于机架上,用于将销钉推入销孔内;所述推销机构 3包括导杆气缸30、导杆31、第一上压头32、推销气缸33以及推销推杆34;
导杆气缸30,固定于机架上;
导杆31,设置于导杆气缸30上;
第一上压头32,固定于机架上部;
推销气缸33,固定于机架上;
推销推杆34,固定于推销气缸33上。
转盘机构44,包括电机和转盘,所述电机驱动转盘转动;
夹具5,有四个,均匀分布设置在转盘边缘;所述夹具5包括基座50、支架定位块51、销子支撑块52、销子止退机构53以及支座定位块54;基座50,设置于转盘上;
支架定位块51,固定于基座50上;
销子支撑块52,固定于基座50侧面;
销子止退机构53,设置于基座50侧面;销子止退机构53,包括固定于基座50侧面的槽体530、下端固定于槽体530底部的弹簧531和设置于槽体530内的止退块532,所述止退块532下部与弹簧531上端固定连接;
支座定位块54,固定于基座50侧面;所述夹具5下方设置有顶升机构8。
旋铆机构6,固定于机架上;所述旋铆机构6包括支撑气缸60、换位气缸61、旋铆机62、旋铆位置检测传感器63以及第二上压头64;
支撑气缸60,固定于机架上;
换位气缸61,固定于支撑气缸60上;
旋铆机62,固定于换位气缸61上,包括铆头65;
旋铆位置检测传感器63,安装于所述铆头65旁;
第二上压头64,固定于所述铆头65上方。
下料装置7,固定于机架一侧;包括水平移载气缸70、第二升降气缸71、第二夹爪气缸72、第二夹爪、滑道74、夹具阻挡块75以及收料箱76;
水平移载气缸70,固定于机架上;
第二升降气缸71,安装于水平移载气缸70上;
第二夹爪气缸72,安装于第二升降气缸71上;
第二夹爪,设置于升降气缸上,由第二夹爪气缸72驱动;
滑道74,设置于第二夹爪下方,千斤顶从滑道74上滑送至收料箱;
夹具阻挡块75,设置于滑道74进口处;
收料箱76,设置于滑道74出口下方,用于装置装配好的千斤顶。
控制器,连接控制供销机构1、电机、送销机构2、推销机构3、旋转盘和旋铆机构6,所述控制器包括控制面板和控制键盘,所述电机还包括输出轴,所述输出轴安装有凸轮。控制器型号可为KY02S、KY02S、KY06S、M68HC05D的一种,也可以为UNO-2172-C22E嵌入式工业级控制器、ADAM-4501以太网通讯控制器带8位数字量I/O控制器、ADAM-5501EKW/TP以太网逻辑控制器、ADAM-5510/TCP以太网可编程控制器却不限于上述控制器型号。
本申请的工作过程为:工作时,人工将支架和支座放入夹具5中,按动启动按钮,转盘转动到下一个工位;供销机构1准备好销子,顶升机构8将夹具5顶升到位,夹具5中的支架定位块51用于定位千斤顶的支架,销子支撑块52用于定位千斤顶的丝杆;销子止退机构53用于防止销子退回,通过弹簧531控制止退块532来预防销子退回,送销机构2将销子抓取穿进支座孔内,伺服模组20驱动送销机构2送销,第一升降气缸21与第一夹爪气缸230配合,第一夹爪气缸230驱动第一夹爪231夹取销子,旋转气缸22旋转销子的位置;推销机构3将销子推入支座孔内;顶升机构8将夹具5顶升到位并压住产品;导杆气缸30带动导杆31进入销孔内,然后气缸电磁阀泄气;销子抓取机构抓取销子穿入销孔内,进入一定深度后,夹爪松开销子并移开(销子在夹具5上的销子托块和支座定位块54的支撑下保持固定);推销机构3带动推销推杆34继续将销子推到位,顶升机构8将夹具5顶升到位;旋铆机构6动作将销子旋铆,顶升机构8将夹具5顶升到位,第二上压头64压住产品;支撑气缸60收回,带动支撑头和旋铆机62移动,支撑头顶住销子大端;旋铆机62前进进行旋铆,旋铆位置检测传感器63检测到信号,旋铆机62退回;换位气缸61动作,旋铆机62移动到另一个旋铆位置,重复步骤上述步骤对另一个销子进行旋铆,第二升降气缸71与第二夹爪气缸72配合,第二夹爪气缸72驱动第二夹爪将销子通过水平移栽气缸驱动至滑道74内,再送至收料箱76。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种千斤顶智能穿销机,其特征在于,包括:
    机架;
    供销机构,固定于机架上,用于整理销钉给送销机构;
    送销机构,用于将销钉输送到销孔;
    推销机构,固定于机架上,用于将销钉推入销孔内;
    转盘机构,包括电机和转盘,所述电机驱动转盘转动;
    夹具,有四个,均匀分布设置在转盘边缘;
    旋铆机构,固定于机架上;
    下料装置,固定于机架一侧;
    控制器,连接控制供销机构、电机、送销机构、推销机构、旋转盘和旋铆机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的千斤顶智能穿销机供销机构,其特征在于,所述供销机构包括振动盘和分销机构,所述振动盘底部有出口,所述分销机构与振动盘的出口连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的千斤顶智能穿销机供销机构,其特征在于,所述送销机构,与分销机构连接,所述送销机构包括:
    伺服模组,固定于机架上;
    第一升降气缸,安装在伺服模组下部;
    旋转气缸,固定于第一升降气缸上;
    夹爪机构,固定于旋转气缸上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的千斤顶智能穿销机供销机构,其特征在于,所述夹爪机构包括:
    第一夹爪气缸,与控制器连接,设置在旋转气缸上;
    第一夹爪,与所述第一夹爪气缸连接,由第一夹爪气缸驱动,所述第一夹爪具有两个夹持口,用于同时夹持两个销钉。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的千斤顶智能穿销机供销机构,其特征在于,所述推销机构包括:
    导杆气缸,固定于机架上;
    导杆,设置于导杆气缸上;
    第一上压头,固定于机架上部;
    推销气缸,固定于机架上;
    推销推杆,固定于推销气缸上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的千斤顶智能穿销机供销机构,其特征在于,所述夹具包括:
    基座,设置于转盘上;
    支架定位块,固定于基座上;
    销子支撑块,固定于基座侧面;
    销子止退机构,设置于基座侧面;
    支座定位块,固定于基座侧面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的千斤顶智能穿销机供销机构,其特征在于,所述销子止退机构,包括固定于基座侧面的槽体、下端固定于槽体底部的弹簧和设置于槽体内的止退块,所述止退块下部与弹簧上端固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的千斤顶智能穿销机供销机构,其特征在于,所述下料装置,包括:
    水平移载气缸,固定于机架上;
    第二升降气缸,安装于水平移载气缸上;
    第二夹爪气缸,安装于第二升降气缸上;
    第二夹爪,设置于升降气缸上,由第二夹爪气缸驱动;
    滑道,设置于第二夹爪下方;
    夹具阻挡块,设置于滑道进口处;
    收料箱,设置于滑道出口下方。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的千斤顶智能穿销机供销机构,其特征在于,所述旋铆机构包括:
    支撑气缸,固定于机架上;
    换位气缸,固定于支撑气缸上;
    旋铆机,固定于换位气缸上,包括铆头;
    旋铆位置检测传感器,安装于所述铆头旁;
    第二上压头,固定于所述铆头上方。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的千斤顶智能穿销机供销机构,其特征在于,所述控制器包括控制面板和控制键盘。
  11. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的千斤顶智能穿销机供销机构,其特征在于,所述电机还包括输出轴,所述输出轴安装有凸轮。
  12. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的千斤顶智能穿销机供销机构,其特征在于,所述夹具下方设置有顶升机构。
