所述墙板上设置有纵向凹槽,所述住宅还包括强电布线件以及水管固定组件;所述强电布线件以及水管固定组件固定在所述墙板的纵向凹槽内,部分或所有的所述房间顶部设置有天花吊顶,所述天花吊顶内安装有强电布线件以及水管固定组件,所述强电布线件内收纳有强电电线,所述水管固定组件内固定有水管;部分或全部强电电线向下延伸并收纳于所述墙板的纵向凹槽内的强电布线件内,部分或全部水管向下延伸并固定于所述墙板的纵向凹槽内的水管固定组件内。 - 如权利要求1所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述楼层板上设置有凹槽,所述楼层板上的凹槽内固定有强电布线件;部分的所述强电电线从所述天花吊顶向外延伸并布设于所述楼层板凹槽的强电布线件内。
- 如权利要求1所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述房间包括客厅以及卧室,所述天花吊顶包括灯槽式天花吊顶,所述客厅顶部安装有所述的灯槽式天花吊顶,所述灯槽式天花吊顶内固定有强电布线件,所述住宅还包括天花装饰线,所述卧室的墙板与楼层板的相接处安装有所述的天花装饰线,所述天花装饰线内嵌置有所述的强电布线件,所述强电布线件内收纳有所述强电电线,所述灯槽式天花吊顶或所述天花装饰线内的部分或全部强电电线向下延伸并收纳于所述墙板的纵向凹槽内的强电布线件内。
- 如权利要求3所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述天花吊顶还包括平铺式天花吊顶,所述住宅还包括用于连通所述客厅以及卧室的卧室走廊,所述卧室走廊的顶部安装有的所述平铺式天花吊顶,所述平铺式天花吊顶内布设有所述强电布线件以及水管固定组件,所述强电布线件内嵌置有所述的强电电线,所述水管固定组件内固定有水管;所述平铺式天花吊顶内的强电布线件与灯槽式天花吊顶内的强电布线件相接,所述平铺式天花吊顶内的水管固定组件与灯槽式天花吊顶内的水管固定组件相接。
- 如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述住宅还包括整体卫生间,所述整体卫生间具有管线接口,所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部强电电线以及水管与所述管线接口对接。
- 如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述住宅还包括整体厨房,所述整体厨房具有管线接口,所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部强电电线与水管均与所述管线接口相接。
- 如权利要求6所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述住宅还包括生活阳台,所述生活阳台位于所述整体厨房外侧,所述天花吊顶内部分的强电电线、水管与所述整体厨房的管线接口相接,另一部分的强电电线与水管通过所述整体厨房上方的楼层板的凹槽往所述生活阳台方向延伸,并且,穿过墙板后,通过墙板的纵向凹槽向下延伸,并嵌置于所述纵向凹槽内的强电布线件及水管固定组件内。
- 如权利要求3所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述住宅还包括入户门口、玄关、玄关柜以及配电箱,所述玄关顶部设置有平铺式天花吊顶;户外的管线穿过所述入户门口上方的横梁进入所述玄关,所述玄关柜靠近所述玄关的墙板,所述配电箱位于所述玄关柜背面,并嵌入所述玄关柜内;所述管线中的水管通过所述平铺式天花吊顶延伸至所述客厅顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶内,所述管线中的强电电线接入所述配电箱后,从所述配电箱引出,并向上延伸至所述玄关顶部的平铺式天花吊顶内,并延伸至所述客厅顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶内。
- 如权利要求1所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述强电布线件包括底座与盖板,所述底座上设置有嵌置强电电线的线槽,所述盖板的一侧面具有卡扣结构,所述盖板盖封所述线槽,并与所述底座卡扣,所述强电布线件的线槽的侧壁为连续延伸的壁体或者沿线槽的长度方向开设有若干间距分布的空隙;
所述天花吊顶采用PVC发泡木塑材料制成,所述PVC发泡木塑材料通过如下重量配比的原料生产加工而成:聚氯乙烯(PVC):100份;木质化植物纤维:15-20份;活性轻钙:10-20份;锌钙复合稳定剂:7-10份,复配型发泡剂:1-3份,润滑剂OPE蜡:1.5-2份;复合润滑剂:0.5-1份,发泡调节剂:3-8份。 - 一种水管、强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅,包括主体结构以及管线,所述主体结构包括墙板以及楼层板,所述墙板竖向设置,若干墙板围成至少一个房间,所述房间至少有一个门口,所述楼层板盖设于所述墙板顶部;所述管线包括强电电线以及水管;其特征在于,
所述住宅还包括装饰板,所述装饰板固定安装于所述墙板上,相邻的两块装饰板之间预留有空隙,所述住宅还包括强电布线件以及水管固定组件,所述强电布线件固定在所述装饰板之间的空隙内,部分或所有所述房间顶部设置有天花吊顶,所述天花吊顶内安装有强电布线件以及水管固定组件,所述强电布线件内收纳有强电电线,所述水管固定组件内固定有水管;部分或全部强电电线向下延伸并收纳于所述空隙内的强电布线件内,部分或全部水管向下延伸并固定于所述空隙内的水管固定组件内。
