Description

一种水管、强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅
本发明属于建筑技术领域,尤其涉及一种水管、强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅。
推动建筑产业现代化最重要的是要促进建设发展方式的转变,必须要摆脱传统建造的模式,寻求一种建筑产业现代化为目标的发展路径。
目前,国内水电施工多采用在墙体预埋方式布设管线,如水管、强电电线(例如,火线、零线、地线等电力线缆)、弱电电线(例如,网线、电话线、数字电视线等用于传输信息的线缆)多预埋于主体结构墙板和楼板中,然而设备及管线使用年限一般在10-20年左右,在房屋使用年限内需要多次更换,导致多次破坏主体结构,降低房屋使用寿命。另外,在进行内装修改时,也需要破坏主体结构,重新铺设管线,降低了房屋耐久性。
可见,传统水电预埋方法,维修时需要破坏主体结构,且维修难度较大,成本高,维修效率较低;同时,维修时产生大量建筑垃圾及噪音污染,会对楼下用户影响较大。由于主体结构受到损害,不利于后期内装修改,改修成本及耗时较长,此外,由于管线采用预埋方式,管线与主体结构形成一体,管线与结构主体不便分离,不利于后期户型修改,难以满足居住者多样化及灵活化的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种水管、强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅,旨在解决现有技术中采用预埋方式将管线设置于主体结构中所导致的管线维修时会损害主体结构,且维修麻烦,噪音大的问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种水管、强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅,包括主体结构以及管线,所述主体结构包括墙板以及楼层板,所述墙板竖向设置,若干墙板围成至少一个房间,所述房间至少有一个门口,所述楼层板盖设于所述墙板顶部;所述管线包括强电电线以及水管;其特征在于,
所述墙板上设置有纵向凹槽,所述住宅还包括强电布线件以及水管固定组件;所述强电布线件以及水管固定组件固定在所述墙板的纵向凹槽内,部分或所有的所述房间顶部设置有天花吊顶,所述天花吊顶内安装有强电布线件以及水管固定组件,所述强电布线件内收纳有强电电线,所述水管固定组件内固定有水管;部分或全部强电电线向下延伸并收纳于所述墙板的纵向凹槽内的强电布线件内,部分或全部水管向下延伸并固定于所述墙板的纵向凹槽内的水管固定组件内。
进一步地,所述楼层板上设置有凹槽,所述楼层板上的凹槽内固定有强电布线件;部分的所述强电电线从所述天花吊顶向外延伸并布设于所述楼层板凹槽的强电布线件内。
进一步地,所述房间包括客厅以及卧室,所述天花吊顶包括灯槽式天花吊顶,所述客厅顶部安装有所述的灯槽式天花吊顶,所述灯槽式天花吊顶内固定有强电布线件,所述住宅还包括天花装饰线,所述卧室的墙板与楼层板的相接处安装有所述的天花装饰线,所述天花装饰线内嵌置有所述的强电布线件,所述强电布线件内收纳有所述强电电线,所述灯槽式天花吊顶或所述天花装饰线内的部分或全部强电电线向下延伸并收纳于所述墙板的纵向凹槽内的强电布线件内。
进一步地,所述天花吊顶还包括平铺式天花吊顶,所述住宅还包括用于连通所述客厅以及卧室的卧室走廊,所述卧室走廊的顶部安装有的所述平铺式天花吊顶,所述平铺式天花吊顶内布设有所述强电布线件以及水管固定组件,所述强电布线件内嵌置有所述的强电电线,所述水管固定组件内固定有水管;所述平铺式天花吊顶内的强电布线件与灯槽式天花吊顶内的强电布线件相接,所述平铺式天花吊顶内的水管固定组件与灯槽式天花吊顶内的水管固定组件相接。
进一步地,所述住宅还包括整体卫生间,所述整体卫生间具有管线接口,所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部强电电线以及水管与所述管线接口对接。
进一步地,所述住宅还包括整体厨房,所述整体厨房具有管线接口,所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部强电电线与水管均与所述管线接口相接。
进一步地,所述住宅还包括生活阳台,所述生活阳台位于所述整体厨房外侧,所述天花吊顶内部分的强电电线、水管与所述整体厨房的管线接口相接,另一部分的强电电线与水管通过所述整体厨房上方的楼层板的凹槽往所述生活阳台方向延伸,并且,穿过墙板后,通过墙板的纵向凹槽向下延伸,并嵌置于所述纵向凹槽内的强电布线件及水管固定组件内。
进一步地,所述住宅还包括入户门口、玄关、玄关柜以及配电箱,所述玄关顶部设置有平铺式天花吊顶;户外的管线穿过所述入户门口上方的横梁进入所述玄关,所述玄关柜靠近所述玄关的墙板,所述配电箱位于所述玄关柜背面,并嵌入所述玄关柜内;所述管线中的水管通过所述平铺式天花吊顶延伸至所述客厅顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶内,所述管线中的强电电线接入所述配电箱后,从所述配电箱引出,并向上延伸至所述玄关顶部的平铺式天花吊顶内,并延伸至所述客厅顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶内。
进一步地,所述强电布线件包括底座与盖板,所述底座上设置有嵌置强电电线的线槽,所述盖板的一侧面具有卡扣结构,所述盖板盖封所述线槽,并与所述底座卡扣,所述强电布线件的线槽的侧壁为连续延伸的壁体或者沿线槽的长度方向开设有若干间距分布的空隙;
所述天花吊顶采用PVC发泡木塑材料制成,所述PVC发泡木塑材料通过如下重量配比的原料生产加工而成:聚氯乙烯(PVC):100份;木质化植物纤维:15-20份;活性轻钙:10-20份;锌钙复合稳定剂:7-10份,复配型发泡剂:1-3份,润滑剂OPE蜡:1.5-2份;复合润滑剂:0.5-1份,发泡调节剂:3-8份。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,还提供了一种水管、强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅,包括主体结构以及管线,所述主体结构包括墙板以及楼层板,所述墙板竖向设置,若干墙板围成至少一个房间,所述房间至少有一个门口,所述楼层板盖设于所述墙板顶部;所述管线包括强电电线以及水管;其特征在于,
所述住宅还包括装饰板,所述装饰板固定安装于所述墙板上,相邻的两块装饰板之间预留有空隙,所述住宅还包括强电布线件以及水管固定组件,所述强电布线件固定在所述装饰板之间的空隙内,部分或所有所述房间顶部设置有天花吊顶,所述天花吊顶内安装有强电布线件以及水管固定组件,所述强电布线件内收纳有强电电线,所述水管固定组件内固定有水管;部分或全部强电电线向下延伸并收纳于所述空隙内的强电布线件内,部分或全部水管向下延伸并固定于所述空隙内的水管固定组件内。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:本发明的住宅,其房间的顶部具有天花吊顶、房间底部具有房间的墙板上设置有纵向凹槽或者墙板上的装饰板之间具有间隙,从而可以将水管以及强电电线布设于天花吊顶内然后通过墙板上的纵向凹槽或装饰板之间的间隙向下延伸至插座以及水龙头位置。可见,强电电线以及水管均与房间的主体结构分离,克服了传统预埋管线维修时需开凿楼板、墙板的弊端,实现了管线与主体结构分离(SI分离);能减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
通过管线与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,管线及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至图3所示,为本发明提供的实施例一,提供了一种水管、强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅,包括主体结构以及管线,所述主体结构包括墙板1以及楼层板2,所述墙板1竖向设置,若干墙板1围成至少一个房间,所述房间至少有一个门口3,所述楼层板2盖设于所述墙板1顶部。具体地,本实施例的房间包括玄关100、客厅200、卧室300、卧室走廊400、整体卫生间500、整体厨房600以及生活阳台700。
请参见图4,所述管线包括水管4及强电电线5;在实际应用中,强电电线5是火线、零线、地线等电力线缆。
上述墙板1上设置有纵向凹槽11,至于纵向凹槽11的数量以及规格,可以根据实际需要预先在墙板1成型前确定。
部分或所有的所述房间顶部设置有天花吊顶,为了用于固定管线,请参见图5,所述住宅还包括强电布线件6以及水管固定组件。所述强电布线件6以及水管固定组件固定在所述墙板1的纵向凹槽11内,所述天花吊顶内安装有强电布线件6以及水管固定组件,所述强电布线件6的线槽611内收纳有强电电线5;部分或全部强电电线5向下延伸并收纳于所述墙板1的纵向凹槽11内的强电布线件6内,部分或全部水管4向下延伸并固定于所述墙板1的纵向凹槽11内的水管固定组件内。
强电布线件6包括底座61与盖板62,所述底座61上设置有嵌置强电电线5的线槽611,所述盖板62的一侧面具有卡扣结构,所述盖板62盖封所述线槽611,并与所述底座61卡扣。
为了固定水管4,本实施例提供两种固定方式:
请参见图6,为水管固定组件的其中一种形式,水管卡紧组件7。所述水管卡紧组件7包括底板71、卡托72、上盖73以及螺钉74,所述底板71与上盖73的形状均与所述纵向凹槽11的形状相匹配;所述底板71通过螺钉74固定安装于所述纵向凹槽11内,所述卡托72固定在所述底板71的顶面上,所述卡托72具有弹性卡持部,所述水管4嵌置于所述弹性卡持部内,所述上盖73卡扣于所述底板71的两侧壁上,并盖罩所述水管4。
请参见图7,水管固定组件的的另一种形式是水管压紧组件8,所述水管压紧组件8包括压板81以及螺钉82,所述压板81中间位置设置有压槽,所述压槽的形状与所述水管4的形状相匹配,所述压板81的两侧边均设置有安装孔,所述螺钉82穿过所述安装孔,固定在所述纵向凹槽11的槽底上,优化地,为了填充压板81与纵向凹槽11内壁之间的缝隙,可以在缝隙内嵌入填充条83。
为了便于制作以及成型,所述强电布线件6的底座61、盖板62均由塑料制成,也可通过注塑成型。当然,在实际应用中,也可能采用其他材料,如木材等切割成型。本实施例为底座61、盖板62的制作材料提供了一种优选的材料,该材料的配方包括一定量的PVC基体树脂、一定量的木材粉末、PVC基体树脂质量的1.5%-2%的发泡剂、PVC基体树脂质量的40%的碳酸钙、PVC基体树脂质量的4%的稳定剂以及PVC基体树脂质量的0.7%-1%的润滑剂,通过该材料制作的底座、盖板具有一定的结构强度,有效地保证了产品的耐用性,并且其质量较轻,便于生产和安装。
在实际应用中,请参见图13,强电布线件的线槽的侧壁为连续延伸的壁体,从而可以使相邻的线缆得到更好的电气隔离。请参见图14,上述强电布线件的线槽的侧壁也可以沿其长度方向开设有若干间距分布的空隙,从而在固定管线的同时可以节省材料以及减轻产品重量。
本实施例采用螺钉固定强电布线件6,所述底座61的中间位置设置安装槽,所述安装槽的底部开设有用于与墙板凹槽固定的安装孔,于安装孔内拧入螺钉,可使底座61固定在墙板1的纵向凹槽11内。
优化地,请继续请参图3,由于楼层板2上需要安装吊灯以及风扇等电器,可在楼层板2上设凹槽21,所述楼层板2上的凹槽21内固定有强电布线件6;部分的所述强电电线5从所述天花吊顶向外延伸并布设于所述楼层板2凹槽21的强电布线件6内。
请参见图8及图9,本实施例为了适应不同的场所,提供了两种结构形式的天花吊顶,包括灯槽式天花吊顶9a以及平铺式天花吊顶9b,其中,灯槽式天花吊顶9a包括龙骨架91a,龙骨架91a的侧面扣合有盖子92a,龙骨架91a外侧还延伸出灯槽93a,所述灯槽93a内安装有照明装置94a。所述平铺式天花吊顶9b包括悬板91b以及吊杆92b,悬板91b上安装有强电布线件6,悬板91b上方的墙板1上安装有水管固定组件。
优选的,本发明中的灯槽式天花吊顶9a以及平铺式天花吊顶9b可选用PVC发泡木塑材料,该PVC发泡木塑材料通过如下重量配比的原料生产加工而成:聚氯乙烯(PVC):100份;木质化植物纤维:15-20份;活性轻钙:10-20份;锌钙复合稳定剂:7-10份,复配型发泡剂:1-3份,润滑剂OPE蜡:1.5-2份;复合润滑剂:0.5-1份,发泡调节剂:3-8份,将上述的混合物通过混合机混合均匀后直接加入到螺杆挤出机中,在160~170℃挤出成型即可。
请继续参见图9,所述住宅还包括入户的门口3、玄关柜101以及配电箱102,所述玄关100顶部设置有平铺式天花吊顶9b;所述户外的管线穿过所述入户门口3上方的横梁103的孔洞1031进入所述玄关100,所述玄关柜101靠近所述玄关100的墙板1,所述配电箱102位于所述玄关柜101背面,并嵌入所述玄关柜101内;所述管线中的水管4通过所述平铺式天花吊顶9b延伸至所述客厅200顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶9a内;所述管线中的强电电线5接入所述配电箱102后,从所述配电箱102引出,并向上延伸至所述玄关100顶部的平铺式天花吊顶9b内,并延伸至所述客厅200顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶内13a。
所述客厅200顶部安装有所述的灯槽式天花吊顶9a,灯槽式天花吊顶9a内设置有强电布线件6,强电布线件6内嵌置有强电电线5。请参见图10,所述住宅还包括天花装饰线16,所述卧室300的墙板1与楼层板2的相接处安装有所述的天花装饰线16,天花装饰线16包括固定安装于墙板1以及楼层板2上的底座161以及盖子162,底座161内设置有用于嵌置强电电线5的线槽1611,盖子162与底座161卡扣连接。所述灯槽式天花吊顶9a内嵌置有所述的强电布线件6,所述强电布线件6内收纳有所述强电电线5,灯槽式天花吊顶9a或天花装饰线16内的部分或全部强电电线5向下延伸并收纳于所述墙板1的纵向凹槽11内的强电布线件6内。
卧室走廊400连通所述客厅200以及卧室300,所述卧室走廊400的顶部安装有的所述平铺式天花吊顶9b,所述平铺式天花吊顶9b内布设有所述强电布线件6以及水管固定组件,所述强电布线件6内嵌置有所述的强电电线5,水管固定组件内固定有水管4;所述平铺式天花吊顶9b内的强电布线件6与灯槽式天花吊顶9a内的强电布线件6相接,所述平铺式天花吊顶9b内的水管固定组件与灯槽式天花吊顶9a内的水管固定组件相接。
整体卫生间500具有管线接口,所述平铺式天花吊顶9b内的部分或全部强电电线5以及水管4与所述管线接口对接。
所述整体厨房600具有管线接口,所述平铺式天花吊顶9b内的部分或全部强电电线5与水管4均与所述管线接口相接。
生活阳台700位于所述整体厨房600外侧,所述平铺式天花吊顶9b内部的强电电线5与水管4与所述整体厨房600的管线接口相接,另一部分的强电电线5与水管4通过所述整体厨房600上方的楼层板2的凹槽21往所述生活阳台700方向延伸,并且,穿过墙板1后,通过墙板1的纵向凹槽11向下延伸,并嵌置于所述纵向凹槽11内的强电布线件6及水管固定组件内。
在实际应用中,强电电线5的引出位置需要接插座,而水管4引出位置需要接水龙头,由于仅设置纵向凹槽11不能在水平方向调节插座或水龙头的位置,当用户想在某一位置安装插座或水龙头时,所以,有可能会限制用户的具体需求。为此,请参见图11,本实施例的墙板1上还开设有至少一个横向凹槽12,所述横向凹槽12与所述纵向凹槽11相互连通;所述水管固定组件以及强电布线件6均能固定安装在所述横向凹槽12内。
具体的,上述强电布线件6包括纵向强电布线件6a以及横向强电布线件6b,所述纵向强电布线件6a固定于所述纵向凹槽11内,所述横向强电布线件6b固定于所述横向凹槽12内;所述纵向强电布线件6a的底座61侧面上开设有穿孔,所述穿孔的一端与其上的线槽611连通,另一端与底座61外部连通;部分或所有的强电电线5通过所述纵向强电布线件6a的穿孔伸出所述纵向强电布线件6a外面,并伸入所述横向强电布线件6b的线槽611内;或者,所述纵向强电布线件6a下端具有端口,所述端口与一转角连接器的一端相对接,所述转角连接器的另一端与所述横向强电布线件6b的一端口相对接;部分或所有的强电电线5穿过所述转角连接器,并伸入所述横向强电布线件6b的线槽611内。
本实施例的住宅,其房间的顶部具有天花吊顶、房间的墙板1上设置有纵向凹槽11以及横向凹槽12,从而可以将水管4、以及强电电线5布设于天花吊顶内然后通过墙板1上的纵向凹槽11向下延伸至插座以及水龙头位置。可见,强电电线5以及水管4均与房间的主体结构分离,克服了传统预埋管线维修时需开凿楼板、墙板的弊端,实现了管线与主体结构分离(SI分离);能减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
通过管线与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,管线及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

本实施例的墙板可以是普通的墙板1’,本实施例的住宅还包括装饰板13,装饰板13固定安装于墙板1’上,相邻的两块装饰板之间预留有空隙14,所述住宅还包括强电布线件6以及水管固定组件15;强电布线件6固定在装饰板13之间的空隙内,部分或所有所述房间顶部设置有天花吊顶,所述天花吊顶内安装有强电布线件6以及水管固定组件15,所述强电布线件6内收纳有强电电线5,所述水管固定组件15内固定有水管4;部分或全部强电电线5向下延伸并收纳于所述空隙内的强电布线件6内,部分或全部水管4向下延伸并固定于所述空隙内的水管固定组件15内。

  4. 如权利要求3所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述天花吊顶还包括平铺式天花吊顶,所述住宅还包括用于连通所述客厅以及卧室的卧室走廊,所述卧室走廊的顶部安装有的所述平铺式天花吊顶,所述平铺式天花吊顶内布设有所述强电布线件以及水管固定组件,所述强电布线件内嵌置有所述的强电电线,所述水管固定组件内固定有水管;所述平铺式天花吊顶内的强电布线件与灯槽式天花吊顶内的强电布线件相接,所述平铺式天花吊顶内的水管固定组件与灯槽式天花吊顶内的水管固定组件相接。
  5. 如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述住宅还包括整体卫生间,所述整体卫生间具有管线接口,所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部强电电线以及水管与所述管线接口对接。
  6. 如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述住宅还包括整体厨房,所述整体厨房具有管线接口,所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部强电电线与水管均与所述管线接口相接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述住宅还包括生活阳台,所述生活阳台位于所述整体厨房外侧,所述天花吊顶内部分的强电电线、水管与所述整体厨房的管线接口相接,另一部分的强电电线与水管通过所述整体厨房上方的楼层板的凹槽往所述生活阳台方向延伸,并且,穿过墙板后,通过墙板的纵向凹槽向下延伸,并嵌置于所述纵向凹槽内的强电布线件及水管固定组件内。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述住宅还包括入户门口、玄关、玄关柜以及配电箱,所述玄关顶部设置有平铺式天花吊顶;户外的管线穿过所述入户门口上方的横梁进入所述玄关,所述玄关柜靠近所述玄关的墙板,所述配电箱位于所述玄关柜背面,并嵌入所述玄关柜内;所述管线中的水管通过所述平铺式天花吊顶延伸至所述客厅顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶内,所述管线中的强电电线接入所述配电箱后,从所述配电箱引出,并向上延伸至所述玄关顶部的平铺式天花吊顶内,并延伸至所述客厅顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶内。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述强电布线件包括底座与盖板,所述底座上设置有嵌置强电电线的线槽,所述盖板的一侧面具有卡扣结构,所述盖板盖封所述线槽,并与所述底座卡扣,所述强电布线件的线槽的侧壁为连续延伸的壁体或者沿线槽的长度方向开设有若干间距分布的空隙;
    所述天花吊顶采用PVC发泡木塑材料制成,所述PVC发泡木塑材料通过如下重量配比的原料生产加工而成:聚氯乙烯(PVC):100份;木质化植物纤维:15-20份;活性轻钙:10-20份;锌钙复合稳定剂:7-10份,复配型发泡剂:1-3份,润滑剂OPE蜡:1.5-2份;复合润滑剂:0.5-1份,发泡调节剂:3-8份。
  10. 一种水管、强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅,包括主体结构以及管线,所述主体结构包括墙板以及楼层板,所述墙板竖向设置,若干墙板围成至少一个房间,所述房间至少有一个门口,所述楼层板盖设于所述墙板顶部;所述管线包括强电电线以及水管;其特征在于,
    所述住宅还包括装饰板,所述装饰板固定安装于所述墙板上,相邻的两块装饰板之间预留有空隙,所述住宅还包括强电布线件以及水管固定组件,所述强电布线件固定在所述装饰板之间的空隙内,部分或所有所述房间顶部设置有天花吊顶,所述天花吊顶内安装有强电布线件以及水管固定组件,所述强电布线件内收纳有强电电线,所述水管固定组件内固定有水管;部分或全部强电电线向下延伸并收纳于所述空隙内的强电布线件内,部分或全部水管向下延伸并固定于所述空隙内的水管固定组件内。
