Description

一种水管与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法
本发明属于建筑施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种水管与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法。
推动建筑产业现代化最重要的是要促进建设发展方式的转变,必须要摆脱传统建造的模式,寻求一种建筑产业现代化为目标的发展路径。
目前,国内水电施工多采用在墙体预埋方式布设管线,如水管、强电电线(例如,火线、零线、地线等电力线缆)、弱电电线(例如,网线、电话线、数字电视线等用于传输信息的线缆)多预埋于主体结构墙板和楼板中,然而设备及管线使用年限一般在10-20年左右,在房屋使用年限内需要多次更换,导致多次破坏主体结构,降低房屋使用寿命。另外,在进行内装修改时,也需要破坏主体结构,重新铺设管线,降低了房屋耐久性。
可见,传统水电预埋方法,维修时需要破坏主体结构,且维修难度较大,成本高,维修效率较低;同时,维修时产生大量建筑垃圾及噪音污染,会对楼下用户影响较大。由于主体结构受到损害,不利于后期内装修改,改修成本及耗时较长,此外,由于管线采用预埋方式,管线与主体结构形成一体,管线与结构主体不便分离,不利于后期户型修改,难以满足居住者多样化及灵活化的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种水管与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法,旨在解决现有技术中采用预埋方式将水管设置于主体结构中所导致的水管维修时会损害主体结构,且维修麻烦,噪音大的问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种水管与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法,包括以下步骤:
S10、制备墙板,所述墙板的侧面在成型过程中形成纵向凹槽;
S20、制备楼层板;
S30、制备或购买水管;
S40、制备天花吊顶及水管固定组件;
S50、在施工现场,将楼层板盖设于若干墙板上,搭建成具有门口的至少一个房间;
S60、于部分或所有的所述房间顶部设置天花吊顶,于所述天花吊顶内安装所述水管固定组件,于所述水管固定组件内装入水管;于所述墙板的纵向凹槽内安装水管固定组件,于所述水管固定组件内装入水管;将天花吊顶内的部分或全部水管向下延伸并固定于纵向凹槽内的水管固定组件内。
进一步地,所述步骤S10中还包括以下步骤:制备公模,所述公模呈板状,所述公模上设置有至少一条纵向凸条;所述墙板在浇筑时采用所述公模造型。
进一步地,所述步骤S40中制备的天花吊顶包括灯槽式天花吊顶及平铺式天花吊顶,所述步骤S50中搭建的房间包括客厅、卧室及卧室走廊,所述天花吊顶采用PVC发泡木塑材料制成,所述PVC发泡木塑材料通过如下重量配比的原料生产加工而成:聚氯乙烯(PVC):100份;木质化植物纤维:15-20份;活性轻钙:10-20份;锌钙复合稳定剂:7-10份,复配型发泡剂:1-3份,润滑剂OPE蜡:1.5-2份;复合润滑剂:0.5-1份,发泡调节剂:3-8份;

本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种水管与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法,在该住宅的房间顶部设置天花吊顶、房间的墙板上设置纵向凹槽,从而可以将水管布设于天花吊顶内然后通过墙板上的纵向凹槽向下延伸至水龙头位置。可见,通过本发明的施工方法,可以将水管与房间的主体结构分离,克服了传统预埋水管维修时需开凿楼板、墙板的弊端,实现了水管与主体结构分离(SI分离);能减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
通过水管与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,水管及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

实施例一:
本实施例提供了一种水管与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法,包括以下步骤:
S10、制备墙板公模,所述墙板公模呈板状,所述墙板公模上设置有至少一条纵向凸条;制备墙板1,所述墙板1在浇筑时采用所述墙板公模造型,成型后,请参见图1,墙板1的侧面形成纵向凹槽11。
S20、制备楼层板公模,所述楼层板公模呈板状,所述楼层板公模上设置有至少一条凸条;制备楼层板,所述楼层板2在浇筑时采用所述楼层板公模造型,成型后,楼层板2的侧面形成凹槽21。
S30、制备或购买水管4,如图2所述。
S40、请参见图3,制备水管固定组件5、灯槽式天花吊顶8。
S50、在施工现场,将楼层板2盖设于若干墙板1上,搭建成具有门口3的至少一个房间。
S60、于部分或所有的所述房间顶部设置所述灯槽式天花吊顶8,灯槽式天花吊顶8包括龙骨架81,龙骨架81的侧面扣合有盖子82,龙骨架81外侧还延伸出灯槽83,所述灯槽83内安装有照明装置84。于所述灯槽式天花吊顶8内安装水管固定组件5,于水管固定组件5内装入水管4;于所述墙板1的纵向凹槽11内安装水管固定组件5,于所述水管固定组件5内装入水管4;将灯槽式天花吊顶8内的部分或全部水管4向下延伸并固定于纵向凹槽11内的水管固定组件5内。
优选地,上述步骤S10中制备的墙板公模还具有至少一条横向凸条,所述横向凸条与纵向凸条相交错,继续参阅图1,成型后的墙板1侧面上同时具有相互交错的纵向凹槽11以及横向凹槽12。
优选的,本发明中的天花吊顶可选用PVC发泡木塑材料,该PVC发泡木塑材料通过如下重量配比的原料生产加工而成:聚氯乙烯(PVC):100份;木质化植物纤维:15-20份;活性轻钙:10-20份;锌钙复合稳定剂:7-10份,复配型发泡剂:1-3份,润滑剂OPE蜡:1.5-2份;复合润滑剂:0.5-1份,发泡调节剂:3-8份,将上述的混合物通过混合机混合均匀后直接加入到螺杆挤出机中,在160~170℃挤出成型即可。
具体地,下面本实施例将结合住宅的各类房间,对施工及水管布置的过程作进一步描述,其过程包括以下步骤:
1、请参见图4,建造入户的门口3、玄关100、客厅200、卧室300以及卧室走廊400;
2、制备灯槽式天花吊顶8、平铺式天花吊顶9、具有水管接口的整体卫生间500、具有水管接口的整体厨房600。于所述整体厨房600外侧建造生活阳台700,所述生活阳台700的墙板1在成型时形成有纵向凹槽11,楼层板2在成型时形成有凹槽21。
3、请参见图5,将平铺式天花吊顶9安装在所述玄关100顶部;将户外的水管穿过所述入户门口3上方的横梁103进入所述玄关100;平铺式天花吊顶9包括悬板91以及吊杆92,悬板91上方的墙板1上安装有水管固定组件。

4、将灯槽式天花吊顶8固定于客厅200顶部,将所述平铺式天花吊顶9安装在所述卧室走廊400的顶部,于所述平铺式天花吊顶9内布设所述水管固定组件5,于所述水管固定组件5内装入水管4,然后,将所述平铺式天花吊顶9内的水管4与灯槽式天花吊顶8内的水管4相接。
5、将所述平铺式天花吊顶9内的部分或全部水管4与所述整体卫生间500的水管接口相接,将所述平铺式天花吊顶9内的部分或全部水管4与所述整体厨房600的水管接口相接。
6、将一部分的水管4通过所述整体厨房600上方的楼层板2的凹槽21往所述生活阳台700方向延伸,并且,穿过墙板1后,通过墙板1的纵向凹槽11向下延伸,所述水管4通过水管固定组件5固定在墙板1上。
具体地,本实施例为了将水管4固定在纵向凹槽11内,提供两种水管固定组件5的形式:
请参见图6,为水管固定组件5的其中一种形式,水管卡紧组件6。所述水管卡紧组件6包括底板61、卡托62、上盖63以及螺钉64,所述底板61与上盖63的形状均与所述纵向凹槽11的形状相匹配;所述底板61通过螺钉64固定安装于所述纵向凹槽11内,所述卡托62固定在所述底板61的顶面上,所述卡托62具有弹性卡持部621,所述水管4嵌置于所述弹性卡持部621内,所述上盖63卡扣于所述底板61的两侧壁上,并盖罩所述水管4。
请参见图7,为水管固定组件5的另一种形式,水管压紧组件7,所述水管压紧组件7包括压板71以及螺钉72,所述压板71中间位置设置有压槽711,所述压槽711的形状与所述水管4的形状相匹配,所述压板71的两侧边均设置有安装孔,所述螺钉72穿过所述安装孔,固定在所述纵向凹槽11的槽底上,优化地,为了填充压板71与纵向凹槽11内壁之间的缝隙,可以在缝隙内嵌入填充条73。
本实施例的施工方法,在住宅的房间顶部设置天花吊顶、房间的墙板1上设置纵向凹槽11以及横向凹槽12,从而可以将水管4布设于天花吊顶内然后通过墙板1上的纵向凹槽11向下延伸至水龙头位置。可见,通过本发明的施工方法,可以将水管4与房间的主体结构分离,克服了传统预埋水管维修时需开凿楼板、墙板的弊端,实现了水管与主体结构分离(SI分离);能减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
通过水管与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,水管及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种水管与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S10、制备墙板,所述墙板的侧面在成型过程中形成纵向凹槽;
    S20、制备楼层板;
    S30、制备或购买水管;
    S40、制备天花吊顶及水管固定组件;
    S50、在施工现场,将楼层板盖设于若干墙板上,搭建成具有门口的至少一个房间;
    S60、于部分或所有的所述房间顶部设置天花吊顶,于所述天花吊顶内安装所述水管固定组件,于所述水管固定组件内装入水管;于所述墙板的纵向凹槽内安装水管固定组件,于所述水管固定组件内装入水管;将天花吊顶内的部分或全部水管向下延伸并固定于纵向凹槽内的水管固定组件内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S10中还包括以下步骤:制备公模,所述公模呈板状,所述公模上设置有至少一条纵向凸条;所述墙板在浇筑时采用所述公模造型。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S40中制备的天花吊顶包括灯槽式天花吊顶及平铺式天花吊顶,所述步骤S50中搭建的房间包括客厅、卧室及卧室走廊,所述天花吊顶采用PVC发泡木塑材料制成,所述PVC发泡木塑材料通过如下重量配比的原料生产加工而成:聚氯乙烯(PVC):100份;木质化植物纤维:15-20份;活性轻钙:10-20份;锌钙复合稳定剂:7-10份,复配型发泡剂:1-3份,润滑剂OPE蜡:1.5-2份;复合润滑剂:0.5-1份,发泡调节剂:3-8份;
    所述步骤S60中还包括以下步骤:
    将灯槽式天花吊顶固定于客厅顶部,将所述平铺式天花吊顶安装在所述卧室走廊的顶部,于所述灯槽式天花吊顶内布设所述水管固定组件,于所述平铺式天花吊顶内布设所述水管固定组件,于所述水管固定组件内装入水管,然后,将所述平铺式天花吊顶内的水管固定组件与灯槽式天花吊顶内的水管固定组件相接。
  4. 如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的施工方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:
    制备整体卫生间以及整体厨房,所述整体卫生间以及整体厨房均具有水管接口;
    将所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部水管与所述整体卫生间的水管接口相接,将所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部水管与所述整体厨房的水管接口相接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的施工方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:
    于所述整体厨房外侧建造生活阳台,所述生活阳台的墙板在成型时形成有纵向凹槽,楼层板在成型时形成有凹槽;将一部分的水管通过所述整体厨房上方的楼层板的凹槽往所述生活阳台方向延伸,并且,穿过墙板后,通过墙板的纵向凹槽向下延伸并固定于纵向凹槽内的水管固定组件内。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的施工方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:
    建造入户门口以及玄关;
    将平铺式天花吊顶安装在所述玄关顶部;将户外的水管穿过所述入户门口上方的横梁进入所述玄关;
    将所述水管通过所述平铺式天花吊顶后,延伸至所述客厅顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶内。
