一种水管与主体结构分离的住宅
本发明属于建筑技术领域,尤其涉及一种水管与主体结构分离的住宅。
推动建筑产业现代化最重要的是要促进建设发展方式的转变,必须要摆脱传统建造的模式,寻求一种建筑产业现代化为目标的发展路径。
目前,国内水电施工多采用在墙体预埋方式布设管线,如水管、强电电线(例如,火线、零线、地线等电力线缆)、弱电电线(例如,网线、电话线、数字电视线等用于传输信息的线缆)多预埋于主体结构墙板和楼板中,然而设备及管线使用年限一般在10-20年左右,在房屋使用年限内需要多次更换,导致多次破坏主体结构,降低房屋使用寿命。另外,在进行内装修改时,也需要破坏主体结构,重新铺设管线,降低了房屋耐久性。
可见,传统水电预埋方法,维修时需要破坏主体结构,且维修难度较大,成本高,维修效率较低;同时,维修时产生大量建筑垃圾及噪音污染,会对楼下用户影响较大。由于主体结构受到损害,不利于后期内装修改,改修成本及耗时较长,此外,由于管线采用预埋方式,管线与主体结构形成一体,管线与结构主体不便分离,不利于后期户型修改,难以满足居住者多样化及灵活化的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种水管与主体结构分离的住宅,旨在解决现有技术中采用预埋方式将水管设置于主体结构中所导致的水管维修时会损害主体结构,且维修麻烦,噪音大的问题。

上述墙板1上设置有纵向凹槽11,至于纵向凹槽11的数量以及规格,可以根据实际需要预先在墙板1成型前确定。

优选的,本发明中的天花吊顶可选用PVC发泡木塑材料,该PVC发泡木塑材料通过如下重量配比的原料生产加工而成:聚氯乙烯(PVC):100份;木质化植物纤维:15-20份;活性轻钙:10-20份;锌钙复合稳定剂:7-10份,复配型发泡剂:1-3份,润滑剂OPE蜡:1.5-2份;复合润滑剂:0.5-1份,发泡调节剂:3-8份,将上述的混合物通过混合机混合均匀后直接加入到螺杆挤出机中,在160~170℃挤出成型即可。
请继续参见图7,所述住宅还包括入户的门口3及玄关100,所述玄关100顶部设置有平铺式天花吊顶9;所述户外的水管穿过所述入户门口3上方的横梁103的孔洞1031进入所述玄关100,所述水管4通过所述平铺式天花吊顶9延伸至所述客厅200顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶8内。
所述客厅200顶部安装有所述的灯槽式天花吊顶8,卧室走廊400连通所述客厅200以及卧室300,所述卧室走廊400的顶部安装有的所述平铺式天花吊顶9,所述平铺式天花吊顶9内的水管固定组件与灯槽式天花吊顶8内的水管固定组件相接。
整体卫生间500具有水管接口,所述平铺式天花吊顶9内的部分或全部水管4与所述水管接口对接。
所述整体厨房600具有水管接口,所述平铺式天花吊顶9内的部分或全部水管4与所述水管接口相接。
生活阳台700位于所述整体厨房600外侧,所述平铺式天花吊顶9内部的水管4与所述整体厨房600的水管接口相接,另一部分的水管4通过所述整体厨房600上方的楼层板2的凹槽21往所述生活阳台700方向延伸,并且,穿过墙板1后,通过墙板1的纵向凹槽11向下延伸,并嵌置于所述纵向凹槽11内的水管固定组件内5。
在实际应用中,水管4引出位置需要接水龙头,由于墙板1中仅设置纵向凹槽11不能在水平方向调节水龙头的位置,当用户想在某一位置安装水龙头时,所以,有可能会限制用户的具体需求。为此,本实施例的墙板1上还开设有至少一个横向凹槽12,所述横向凹槽12与所述纵向凹槽11相互连通;所述水管固定组件5能固定安装在所述横向凹槽12内。
本实施例的住宅,其房间的顶部具有天花吊顶、房间的墙板1上设置有纵向凹槽11以及横向凹槽12,从而可以将水管4布设于天花吊顶内然后通过墙板1上的纵向凹槽11向下延伸至插座以及水龙头位置。可见,水管4与房间的主体结构分离,克服了传统预埋水管维修时需开凿楼板、墙板的弊端,实现了水管与主体结构分离(SI分离);能减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
通过水管与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,水管及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种水管与主体结构分离的住宅,包括主体结构以及水管,所述主体结构包括墙板以及楼层板,所述墙板竖向设置,若干墙板围成至少一个房间,所述房间至少有一个门口,所述楼层板盖设于所述墙板顶部;其特征在于,
    所述墙板上设置有纵向凹槽,所述住宅还包括水管固定组件;所述水管固定组件固定在所述墙板的纵向凹槽内,部分或所有的所述房间顶部设置有天花吊顶,所述天花吊顶内安装有水管固定组件,所述水管固定组件内固定有水管;部分或全部水管向下延伸并固定于所述墙板的纵向凹槽内的水管固定组件内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述房间包括客厅以及卧室,所述住宅还包括用于连通所述客厅以及卧室的卧室走廊,所述天花吊顶包括灯槽式天花吊顶、平铺式天花吊顶,所述客厅顶部安装有灯槽式天花吊顶,所述卧室走廊的顶部安装有的所述平铺式天花吊顶,所述平铺式天花吊顶内的水管固定组件与灯槽式天花吊顶内的水管固定组件相接;
    所述天花吊顶采用PVC发泡木塑材料制成,所述PVC发泡木塑材料通过如下重量配比的原料生产加工而成:聚氯乙烯(PVC):100份;木质化植物纤维:15-20份;活性轻钙:10-20份;锌钙复合稳定剂:7-10份,复配型发泡剂:1-3份,润滑剂OPE蜡:1.5-2份;复合润滑剂:0.5-1份,发泡调节剂:3-8份。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述住宅还包括整体卫生间,所述整体卫生间具有水管接口,所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部水管与所述水管接口对接。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述住宅还包括整体厨房,所述整体厨房具有水管接口,所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部水管与所述水管接口相接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述住宅还包括生活阳台,所述生活阳台位于所述整体厨房外侧,所述天花吊顶内部分的水管与所述整体厨房的水管接口相接,另一部分的水管通过所述整体厨房上方的楼层板的凹槽往所述生活阳台方向延伸,并且,穿过墙板后,通过墙板的纵向凹槽向下延伸,并嵌置于所述纵向凹槽内的水管固定组件内。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述住宅还包括入户门口及玄关,所述玄关顶部设置有平铺式天花吊顶;户外的水管穿过所述入户门口上方的横梁进入所述玄关,并通过所述平铺式天花吊顶延伸至所述客厅顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶内。
