Description
本发明属于建筑技术领域,尤其涉及一种安装有水管及弱电电线的天花吊顶系统。
推动建筑产业现代化最重要的是要促进建设发展方式的转变,必须要摆脱传统建造的模式,寻求一种建筑产业现代化为目标的发展路径。
目前,国内水电施工多采用预埋方式,设备管线,如弱电电线与强电电线多预埋于主体结构墙板和楼板中,然而设备及管线使用年限一般在10-20年左右,在房屋使用年限内需要多次更换,导致多次破坏主体结构,降低房屋使用寿命。另外,在进行内装修改时,也需要破坏主体结构,重新铺设管线,降低了房屋耐久性。
可见,传统水电预埋方法,维修时需要破坏主体结构,且维修难度较大,成本高,维修效率较低;同时,维修时产生大量建筑垃圾及噪音污染,会对楼下用户影响较大。由于主体结构受到损害,不利于后期内装修改,改修成本及耗时较长,此外,由于管线采用预埋方式,管线与主体结构形成一体,管线与结构主体不便分离,不利于后期户型修改,难以满足居住者多样化及灵活化的需求。
天花吊顶在现在家装中,根据装修位置来区分,可以分为厨卫吊顶,客厅卧室吊顶,走廊吊顶等类型,按材质来分可以分为石膏天花吊顶,塑钢天花吊顶,玻璃天花吊顶,金属天花吊顶等。天花吊顶的功用从最开始的遮丑,发展到现今的美观、隔音等众多功能,如今天的花吊顶线条简洁流畅,造型美观,色泽优雅,并且有古铜、黄金、红、蓝、奶白等颜色;规格恰好与住宅的宽度相吻合,与大理石、铝合金门窗等材料连接浑然一体,高雅华丽,为适静的居室环境锦上添花。然而,现有的天花吊顶并没有排布水管及布线功能。
本发明所要解决的技术问题为提供一种安装有水管及弱电电线的天花吊顶系统,旨在解决现有技术中将水管和弱电电线埋在房屋的主体结构中,从而在维修管线时会损害主体结构的问题。

如图1至3所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种安装有水管及弱电电线的天花吊顶系统,其安装在墙板100与楼层板200的拐角处,包括龙骨架、吊顶底板2、吊顶侧板3,其中,龙骨架包括第一子龙骨架11及龙骨架横杆12。
第一子龙骨架11在竖直方向的截面呈竖条状,其方向垂直于楼层板200且一端与楼层板200固定连接,龙骨架横杆12固定在墙板100上,且其长度方向与墙板100所在平面平行。
吊顶侧板3可拆卸地安装在第一子龙骨架11远离墙板100的侧面;吊顶底板2靠近墙板100的一端与龙骨架横杆12可拆卸连接,远离墙板100的一端与第一子龙骨架11的底端可拆卸连接。

如图4及图5所示,上述弱电布线件6中设有用于嵌置弱电电线7的至少一个弱电线槽61,弱电线槽61的槽口宽度小于槽内宽度,且槽壁具有弹性,弱电电线7通过按压的方式嵌入线槽内,这样的设计起到防止弱电电线7脱落的作用。进一步地,为了节省材料,弱电线槽的槽壁62可沿弱电电线的长度方向开设若干间隔。
于本发明另一实施例中,上述弱电布线件包括弱电布线件主体及弱电线槽盖板,弱电布线件主体上设置有用于嵌置弱电电线的至少一个弱电线槽,弱电线槽盖板与弱电线槽的槽口卡扣连接。进一步地,为了节省材料,弱电线槽的槽壁可沿弱电电线的长度方向开设若干间隔。
优选的,本发明中的吊顶底板2及吊顶侧板3可选用PVC发泡木塑材料,该PVC发泡木塑材料通过如下重量配比的原料生产加工而成:聚氯乙烯(PVC):100份;木质化植物纤维:15-20份;活性轻钙:10-20份;锌钙复合稳定剂:7-10份,复配型发泡剂:1-3份,润滑剂OPE蜡:1.5-2份;复合润滑剂:0.5-1份,发泡调节剂:3-8份,将上述的混合物通过混合机混合均匀后直接加入到螺杆挤出机中,在160~170℃挤出成型即可。
本实施例中的安装有水管及弱电电线的天花吊顶系统,将弱电电线安装在吊顶底板上方的墙板上和/或吊顶侧板与墙板之间的楼层板上,将水管安装在吊顶底板上方的墙板上,克服了现有技术中将水管和弱电电线埋在房屋的主体结构中的问题,实现了支撑体与填充体的分离,降低了水管和弱电电线检修的难度和成本。
通过水管、线路与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,水管、线路及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

Claims (10)
- 一种安装有水管及弱电电线的天花吊顶系统,其特征在于,所述天花吊顶系统安装在墙板与楼层板的拐角处,包括:
龙骨架、吊顶底板及吊顶侧板,其中,所述龙骨架包括第一子龙骨架及龙骨架横杆;
所述第一子龙骨架在竖直方向的截面呈竖条状,其方向垂直于楼层板且一端与楼层板固定连接,所述龙骨架横杆固定在墙板上,且其长度方向与墙板所在平面平行;
所述吊顶侧板可拆卸地安装在第一子龙骨架远离所述墙板的侧面;所述吊顶底板靠近墙板的一端与所述龙骨架横杆可拆卸连接,远离墙板的一端与所述第一子龙骨架的底端可拆卸连接;
所述吊顶底板上方的墙板上安装有水管安置件,所述水管安置件内放置有水管,所述吊顶底板上方的墙板上和/或所述吊顶侧板与墙板之间的楼层板上安装有弱电布线件,所述弱电布线件内装有弱电电线。 - 如权利要求1所述的天花吊顶系统,其特征在于,所述龙骨架横杆及第一子龙骨架上开设有卡槽,所述吊顶底板的对应位置开设有卡件,所述吊顶底板通过卡件与龙骨架横杆及第一子龙骨架卡接。
- 如权利要求1所述的天花吊顶系统,其特征在于,所述第一子龙骨架上开设有卡槽,所述吊顶侧板的对应位置开设有卡件,所述吊顶侧板通过卡件与第一子龙骨架卡接。
- 如权利要求1所述的天花吊顶系统,其特征在于,所述吊顶底板靠近水管安置件的位置开设有用于防水的挡水板。
- 如权利要求1所述的天花吊顶系统,其特征在于,所述吊顶底板远离墙板的一侧开设有遮挡件,所述吊顶侧板与所述遮挡件之间安装有第一照明装置。
- 如权利要求5所述的天花吊顶系统,其特征在于,所述吊顶侧板与所述遮挡件之间放置有垫高板,所述第一照明装置安装在所述垫高板上。
- 如权利要求1所述的天花吊顶系统,其特征在于,所述吊顶底板的底面上安装有第二照明装置。
- 如权利要求1所述的天花吊顶系统,其特征在于,所述水管安置件中设有用于安放水管的槽体,所述槽体的槽口宽度小于槽内宽度,且槽壁具有弹性。
- 如权利要求1所述的天花吊顶系统,其特征在于,所述弱电布线件中设有用于嵌置弱电电线的至少一个弱电线槽,所述弱电线槽的槽口宽度小于槽内宽度,且槽壁具有弹性,所述弱电线槽的槽壁沿弱电电线的长度方向开设若干间隔。
- 如权利要求1所述的天花吊顶系统,其特征在于,所述弱电布线件包括弱电布线件主体及弱电线槽盖板,所述弱电布线件主体上设置有用于嵌置弱电电线的至少一个弱电线槽,所述弱电线槽盖板与所述弱电线槽的槽口卡扣连接,所述弱电线槽的槽壁沿弱电电线的长度方向开设若干间隔;
