Description

一种安装有水管及弱电电线的装饰墙系统
本发明属于建筑技术领域,尤其涉及一种安装有水管及弱电电线的装饰墙系统。
推动建筑产业现代化最重要的是要促进建设发展方式的转变,必须要摆脱传统建造的模式,寻求一种建筑产业现代化为目标的发展路径。
目前,国内水电施工多采用预埋方式,设备管线,如弱电电线与强电电线多预埋于主体结构墙体和楼板中,然而设备及管线使用年限一般在10-20年左右,在房屋使用年限内需要多次更换,导致多次破坏主体结构,降低房屋使用寿命。另外,在进行内装修改时,也需要破坏主体结构,重新铺设管线,降低了房屋耐久性。
可见,传统水电预埋方法,维修时需要破坏主体结构,且维修难度较大,成本高,维修效率较低;同时,维修时产生大量建筑垃圾及噪音污染,会对楼下用户影响较大。由于主体结构受到损害,不利于后期内装修改,改修成本及耗时较长,此外,由于管线采用预埋方式,管线与主体结构形成一体,管线与结构主体不便分离,不利于后期户型修改,难以满足居住者多样化及灵活化的需求。
在现代家装的过程中,越来越多的使用到装饰墙。传统的装饰墙,作用包括:1.保护墙体,增强墙体的耐久性,延长墙体的使用年限;2.改善墙体的使用功能,提高墙体的保温、隔热、隔音等功能;3.提高建筑的艺术效果,美化环境。然而,现有的装饰墙系统并没有排布水管及布线的功能。

本发明所要解决的技术问题为提供一种安装有水管及弱电电线的装饰墙系统,旨在解决现有技术中将水管及弱电电线埋在房屋的主体结构中,从而在维修管线时会损害主体结构的问题。

本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:本发明的安装有水管及弱电电线的装饰墙系统,将水管及弱电电线安装在装饰板与墙体之间,克服了现有技术中将水管及弱电电线埋在房屋的主体结构中的问题,实现了支撑体与填充体的分离,降低了水管及弱电电线检修的难度和成本。
通过水管、线路与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,水管、线路及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种安装有水管及弱电电线的装饰墙系统,包括装饰板1及装饰板固定件2。
装饰板固定件2用于将装饰板1固定在墙体100上,装饰板1上预留有窗口,窗口用于安装插座、网线接口、电视线接口、水龙头等。
装饰板1与墙体100之间安装有弱电布线件3及水管安置件4,弱电布线件3内安装有弱电电线5 ,水管安置件4内放置有水管6。
工作电压在交流24V以上为强电,以下为弱电。弱电电线包括网线、电话线、有线电视线中的一种或至少两种。
一般的,弱电布线件3、水管安置件4均竖向排布,从上方向下或从下方向上引到窗口处。
优选地,当窗口需要改动位置时,根据窗口的类型选择需要弱电电线5或水管6。假设需要弱电电线5,在窗口改动后位置的水平位置,将横向排布的弱电布线件3与已有的竖向排布的弱电布线件3连接,并横向排布至窗口的位置,进而直接横向将弱电电线5引至窗口改动后的位置。不必再从上方向下或从下方向上将弱电布线件3引到窗口改动后的位置。有效地节约了电线及布线件的成本,也提高了窗口改换位置的效率。同理,增加窗口的原理也同上,在此不再重复论述。
进一步地,装饰板固定件2可以但不限于包括:竖杆固定件或马镫固定件。在横向排布弱电布线件3及水管安置件4时,可以在与装饰板固定件2错开的位置进行排布。当装饰板固定件2为竖杆固定件时,可以在装饰板固定件2上开设水平方向的贯穿槽,弱电布线件3及水管安置件4穿过贯穿槽横向排布。

请参阅图2,为本发明实施例提供的另一种装饰墙系统。在本实施例中,水管安置件4通过螺钉8与墙体100连接。
请参见图4,弱电布线件3包括弱电布线件主体31及弱电线槽盖板32,弱电布线件主体31上设置有用于嵌置弱电电线5的至少一个弱电线槽311,弱电线槽盖板32与弱电线槽311的槽口卡扣连接,弱电布线件主体31的底部设有通孔,用于供螺钉8穿过,螺钉8穿过弱电布线件3上的通孔与墙体100连接,以将弱电布线件3固定在墙体100上。
本实施例的安装有水管及弱电电线的装饰墙系统,将水管及弱电电线安装在装饰板与墙体之间,克服了现有技术中将水管及弱电电线埋在房屋的主体结构中的问题,实现了支撑体与填充体的分离,降低了水管及弱电电线检修的难度和成本。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的装饰墙系统,其特征在于,所述弱电布线件及水管安置件竖向排布。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的装饰墙系统,其特征在于,所述弱电布线件及水管安置件横向排布。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的装饰墙系统,其特征在于,所述装饰板固定件为竖杆固定件或马镫固定件。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的装饰墙系统,其特征在于,所述弱电布线件及水管安置件横向排布在与所述装饰板固定件错开的位置。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的装饰墙系统,其特征在于,当所述装饰板固定件为竖杆固定件时,所述装饰板固定件上开设有水平方向的贯穿槽,所述弱电布线件及水管安置件穿过所述贯穿槽横向排布。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的装饰墙系统,其特征在于,所述弱电布线件包括弱电布线件主体及弱电线槽盖板,所述弱电布线件主体上设置有用于嵌置弱电电线的至少一个弱电线槽,所述弱电线槽盖板与所述弱电线槽的槽口卡扣连接,所述弱电线槽的槽壁沿弱电电线的长度方向开设有若干间隔。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的装饰墙系统,其特征在于,所述装饰墙系统中还包括:固定在墙体上的弱电布线件基座,所述弱电布线件基座上开设有卡槽;
    所述弱电布线件主体的底部设置有卡件,所述弱电布线件主体底部的卡件用于与弱电布线件基座中的卡槽卡扣连接。
  9. 如权利要求1至7任一项所述的装饰墙系统,其特征在于,所述弱电布线件上开设有用于穿射螺钉的通孔,所述螺钉穿过所述弱电布线件上的通孔与墙体连接。
  10. 如权利要求1至7任一项所述的装饰墙系统,其特征在于,所述水管安置件通过螺钉、粘接或卡扣的方式与墙体连接;
    所述装饰板采用PVC发泡木塑材料制成,所述PVC发泡木塑材料通过如下重量配比的原料生产加工而成:聚氯乙烯(PVC):70份;木质化植物纤维:10-15份;活性轻钙:25-30份;锌钙复合稳定剂:4-6份,复配型发泡剂:4-6份,润滑剂OPE蜡:3-5份;复合润滑剂:2-4份,发泡调节剂:10-15份。
