Description

一种安装有强电电线的装饰墙系统
本发明属于建筑技术领域,尤其涉及一种安装有强电电线的装饰墙系统。
推动建筑产业现代化最重要的是要促进建设发展方式的转变,必须要摆脱传统建造的模式,寻求一种建筑产业现代化为目标的发展路径。
目前,国内电线施工多采用预埋方式,设备管线,如弱电电线与强电电线多预埋于主体结构墙体和楼板中,然而设备及管线使用年限一般在10-20年左右,在房屋使用年限内需要多次更换,导致多次破坏主体结构,降低房屋使用寿命。另外,在进行内装修改时,也需要破坏主体结构,重新铺设管线,降低了房屋耐久性。
可见,传统电线预埋方法,维修时需要破坏主体结构,且维修难度较大,成本高,维修效率较低;同时,维修时产生大量建筑垃圾及噪音污染,会对楼下用户影响较大。由于主体结构受到损害,不利于后期内装修改,改修成本及耗时较长,此外,由于管线采用预埋方式,管线与主体结构形成一体,管线与结构主体不便分离,不利于后期户型修改,难以满足居住者多样化及灵活化的需求。
在现代家装的过程中,越来越多的使用到装饰墙。传统的装饰墙,作用包括:1.保护墙体,增强墙体的耐久性,延长墙体的使用年限;2.改善墙体的使用功能,提高墙体的保温、隔热、隔音等功能;3.提高建筑的艺术效果,美化环境。然而,现有的装饰墙系统并没有布线的功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题为提供一种安装有强电电线的装饰墙系统,旨在解决现有技术中将强电电线埋在房屋的主体结构中,从而在维修管线时会损害主体结构的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是这样实现的,一种安装有强电电线的装饰墙系统,包括:
若干横向排布的装饰板;
若干所述装饰板固定在墙体上,相邻两块所述装饰板之间留有用于嵌置强电布线件的竖向空隙,所述强电布线件嵌置于所述竖向空隙内,所述强电布线件内安装有强电电线。
进一步地,所述装饰板具体为一块整板或若干竖向排布的子装饰板,相邻两块所述子装饰板之间留有用于嵌置强电布线件的横向空隙,所述强电布线件嵌置于所述横向空隙内,所述强电布线件内安装有强电电线。
进一步地,所述强电布线件包括强电布线件主体及强电线槽盖板,所述强电布线件主体上设置有用于嵌置强电电线的至少一个强电线槽,所述强电线槽盖板与所述强电线槽的槽口卡扣连接。
进一步地,所述强电线槽的槽壁沿强电电线的长度方向开设有若干间隔。
进一步地,所述强电布线件通过螺钉、粘接或卡扣的方式安装固定在所述竖向空隙及横向空隙内的墙体上。
进一步地,所述强电布线件远离墙体的侧面贴有墙纸;
所述装饰板采用PVC发泡木塑材料制成,所述PVC发泡木塑材料通过如下重量配比的原料生产加工而成:聚氯乙烯(PVC):70份;木质化植物纤维:10-15份;活性轻钙:25-30份;锌钙复合稳定剂:4-6份,复配型发泡剂:4-6份,润滑剂OPE蜡:3-5份;复合润滑剂:2-4份,发泡调节剂:10-15份。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:本发明的安装有强电电线的装饰墙系统,将强电电线安装在相邻两块装饰板之间的间隙内,克服了现有技术中将强电电线埋在房屋的主体结构中的问题,实现了支撑体与填充体的分离,降低了强电电线检修的难度和成本。
通过线路与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,线路及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种安装有强电电线的装饰墙系统,包括若干横向排布的装饰板1、强电布线件2及强电电线3。
若干横向排布的装饰板1固定在墙体100上,相邻两块装饰板1之间留有用于嵌置强电布线件2的竖向空隙,强电布线件2嵌置于该竖向空隙内,强电布线件2内安装有强电电线3。上述竖向空隙内预留有窗口,窗口用于安装插座、网线接口、电视线接口等。
上述强电电线3一般指交流电电压在 24V以上的输电导线,包括火线、零线、地线等。
一般的,强电布线件2竖向排布,从上方或下方引到窗口处。但当需要改动窗口位置或增加窗口时,可选择横向排布布线件。具体的,装饰板1可以是一块整板(如图2),也可以是若干竖向排布的子装饰板11(如图3),相邻两块子装饰板11之间留有用于嵌置强电布线件2的横向空隙,强电布线件2嵌置于该横向空隙内,强电布线件2内安装有强电电线3。
具体地,在窗口改动后位置的水平位置,横向排布强电布线件2并与已有的竖向排布的强电布线件2连接,并横向排布至窗口的位置,进而直接横向将强电电线3引至窗口改动后的位置,不必再从上方或下方将强电布线件2引到窗口改动后的位置,有效地节约了电线及布线件的成本,也提高了增加窗口或改换窗口位置的效率。可以理解的,上述窗口需设置于相邻两块子装饰板11之间的横向空隙内。
预留竖向空隙和横向空隙的方法可以但不限于包括:将若干装饰板紧密拼接,拼接完成后,在预置位置切割出竖向空隙及横向空隙;或,将若干装饰板间隔地固定在墙体上,相邻两块装饰板之间预留出竖向空隙的位置,相邻两块子装饰板之间预留出横向空隙的位置。
如图4所示,上述强电布线件2包括强电布线件主体21及强电线槽盖板22,强电布线件主体21上设置有用于嵌置强电电线3的至少一个强电线槽211,强电线槽盖板22与强电线槽211的槽口卡扣连接。进一步地,为了节省材料,强电线槽211的槽壁212可沿强电电线3的长度方向开设若干间隔,如图5。
上述强电布线件2通过螺钉、粘接或卡扣的方式安装固定在上述竖向空隙及横向空隙内的墙体100上。强电布线件2处的拼接缝,挂网涂砂浆抹平,最后于强电布线件2远离墙体的侧面贴上与装饰板1匹配的墙纸。
优选的,本发明中的装饰板1可选用PVC发泡木塑材料,该PVC发泡木塑材料通过如下重量配比的原料生产加工而成:聚氯乙烯(PVC):70份;木质化植物纤维:10-15份;活性轻钙:25-30份;锌钙复合稳定剂:4-6份,复配型发泡剂:4-6份,润滑剂OPE蜡:3-5份;复合润滑剂:2-4份,发泡调节剂:10-15份,将上述的混合物通过混合机混合均匀后直接加入到螺杆挤出机中,在175~190℃挤出成型即可。需要说明的是,本实施例中的装饰板1不限于使用木塑材料,还可使用纤维混凝土板、硅钙板等其它材料。
本实施例的安装有强电电线的装饰墙系统,将强电电线安装在相邻两块装饰板之间的间隙内,克服了现有技术中将强电电线埋在房屋的主体结构中的问题,实现了支撑体与填充体的分离,降低了强电电线检修的难度和成本。
通过线路与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,线路及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

    若干横向排布的装饰板;
    若干所述装饰板固定在墙体上,相邻两块所述装饰板之间留有用于嵌置强电布线件的竖向空隙,所述强电布线件嵌置于所述竖向空隙内,所述强电布线件内安装有强电电线。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的装饰墙系统,其特征在于,所述装饰板具体为一块整板或若干竖向排布的子装饰板,相邻两块所述子装饰板之间留有用于嵌置强电布线件的横向空隙,所述强电布线件嵌置于所述横向空隙内,所述强电布线件内安装有强电电线。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的装饰墙系统,其特征在于,所述强电布线件包括强电布线件主体及强电线槽盖板,所述强电布线件主体上设置有用于嵌置强电电线的至少一个强电线槽,所述强电线槽盖板与所述强电线槽的槽口卡扣连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的装饰墙系统,其特征在于,所述强电线槽的槽壁沿强电电线的长度方向开设有若干间隔。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的装饰墙系统,其特征在于,所述强电布线件通过螺钉、粘接或卡扣的方式安装固定在所述竖向空隙及横向空隙内的墙体上。
