Description

一种集成有强电电线的墙板系统
本发明属于建筑技术领域,尤其涉及一种集成有强电电线的墙板系统。
推动建筑产业现代化最重要的是要促进建设发展方式的转变,必须要摆脱传统建造的模式,寻求一种建筑产业现代化为目标的发展路径。
目前,国内水电施工多采用在墙体预埋方式布设线路,如强电电线(例如,火线、零线、地线等电力线缆)多预埋于主体结构墙板和楼板中,然而设备及管线使用年限一般在10-20年左右,在房屋使用年限内需要多次更换,导致多次破坏主体结构,降低房屋使用寿命。另外,在进行内装修改时,也需要破坏主体结构,重新铺设线路,降低了房屋耐久性。
可见,传统水电预埋方法,维修时需要破坏主体结构,且维修难度较大,成本高,维修效率较低;同时,维修时产生大量建筑垃圾及噪音污染,会对楼下用户影响较大。由于主体结构受到损害,不利于后期内装修改,改修成本及耗时较长,此外,由于线路采用预埋方式,线路与主体结构形成一体,线路与结构主体不便分离,不利于后期户型修改,难以满足居住者多样化及灵活化的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种集成有强电电线的墙板系统,旨在解决现有技术中采用预埋方式将线缆设置于主体结构中所导致的线路维修时会损害主体结构,且维修麻烦,噪音大的问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种集成有强电电线的墙板系统,包括墙板、强电电线以及强电布线件;所述墙板上开设有至少两个相互间隔的纵向凹槽,所述强电布线件固定安装在所述纵向凹槽内,所述强电布线件包括底座以及盖板,所述底座的外轮廓与所述纵向凹槽的形状相匹配,所述底座上设置有至少一个能嵌入线缆的线槽,所述线槽贯穿所述底座的长度方向,所述盖板上具有数量与线槽匹配的卡扣结构,所述盖板的卡扣结构与所述线槽的槽口卡扣连接;所述强电电线嵌置于所述强电布线件的线槽内。
进一步地,所述墙板上开设有至少一个横向凹槽,所述横向凹槽与所述纵向凹槽相互连通;所述强电布线件固定安装在所述横向凹槽内。
进一步地,所述强电布线件包括纵向强电布线件以及横向强电布线件,所述纵向强电布线件固定于所述纵向凹槽内,所述横向强电布线件固定于所述横向凹槽内;所述纵向强电布线件的底座侧面上开设有穿孔,所述穿孔的一端与其上的线槽连通,另一端与底座外部连通;部分或所有的强电电线通过所述纵向强电布线件的穿孔伸出所述纵向强电布线件外面,并伸入所述横向强电布线件的线槽内。
进一步地,所述强电电线从所述纵向凹槽的顶部端口伸入纵向凹槽。
进一步地,所述弱电布线件以及强电布线件的线槽的侧壁为连续延伸的壁体或者沿线槽的长度方向开设有若干间距分布的空隙。
进一步地,所述强电布线件的底座的中间位置设置安装槽,所述安装槽的底部开设有用于与墙板凹槽固定的安装孔。
进一步地,所述强电布线件的底座的制作材料包括一定量的PVC基体树脂、与PVC基体树脂质量相同的木材粉末、PVC基体树脂质量的1.5%-2%的发泡剂、PVC基体树脂质量的40%的碳酸钙、PVC基体树脂质量的4%的稳定剂以及PVC基体树脂质量的0.7%-1%的润滑剂。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:本发明的墙板系统,其墙板上设置有纵向凹槽,从而可以将强电布线件布设于纵向凹槽内,而强电电线可以布设于强电布线件内。克服了传统预埋线路维修时需开凿楼板、墙板的弊端,实现了线路与主体结构分离(SI分离);能减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
通过线路与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,线路及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至图3所示,为本发明的较佳实施例,提供了一种集成有强电电线的墙板系统,包括墙板1、强电电线4以及强电布线件6。
上述墙板1上开设有至少两个相互间隔的纵向凹槽11,强电布线件6固定安装在纵向凹槽11内,强电电线4则布设于强电布线件6内。
请参见图4,所述强电布线件6包括底座61以及盖板62,所述底座61的外轮廓与所述纵向凹槽11的形状相匹配,所述底座61上设置有至少一个能嵌入线缆的线槽611,所述线槽611贯穿所述底座61的长度方向,所述盖板62上具有数量与线槽611匹配的卡扣结构,所述盖板62的卡扣结构与所述线槽611的槽口卡扣连接;所述强电电线4嵌置于所述强电布线件6的线槽611内。
请参见图5,线槽611的侧壁为连续延伸的壁体,从而可以使相邻的线缆得到更好的电气隔离。请参见图6,所述线槽611的侧壁也可以沿其长度方向开设有若干间距分布的空隙,从而在固定管线的同时可以节省材料,也能便于线缆的拆卸。
优选地,由于强电电线4是从墙板1顶部的天花吊顶引出,所以所述强电电线4从所述纵向凹槽11的顶部端口伸入纵向凹槽11。
在实际应用中,强电电线4的引出位置需要接插座,由于仅设置纵向凹槽11不能在水平方向调节插座的位置,当用户想在某一位置安装插座时,有可能会限制用户的具体需求。为此,请参见图7至图9,本实施例的墙板1上还开设有至少一个横向凹槽12,所述横向凹槽12与所述纵向凹槽11相互连通;所述水管2以及强电布线件6均能固定安装在所述横向凹槽12内。
具体的,上述强电布线件6包括纵向强电布线件6a以及横向强电布线件6b,所述纵向强电布线件6a固定于所述纵向凹槽11内,所述横向强电布线件6b固定于所述横向凹槽12内;所述纵向强电布线件6a的底座61侧面上开设有穿孔,所述穿孔的一端与其上的线槽611连通,另一端与底座61外部连通;部分或所有的强电电线4通过所述纵向强电布线件6a的穿孔伸出所述纵向强电布线件6a外面,并伸入所述横向强电布线件6b的线槽611内。
为了便于制作以及成型,强电布线件6的底座61、盖板62均由塑料制成,也可通过注塑成型。当然,在实际应用中,也可能采用其他材料,如木材等切割成型。
优选的,本本实施例中,所述底座61的制作材料包括一定量的PVC(聚氯乙烯)基体树脂、与PVC基体树脂质量相同的木材粉末、PVC基体树脂质量的1.5%-2%的发泡剂、PVC基体树脂质量的40%的碳酸钙、PVC基体树脂质量的4%的稳定剂以及PVC基体树脂质量的0.7%-1%的润滑剂。通过采用与所述底座21的形状相配合的金属模具,注塑出所述底座61。通过该材料制作的底座61具有一定的结构强度,有效地保证了产品的耐用性,并且其质量较轻,便于生产和安装。
本实施例采用螺钉10固定强电布线件6,所述底座61的中间位置设置安装槽,所述安装槽的底部开设有用于与墙板凹槽固定的安装孔,于安装孔内拧入螺钉10,可使底座61固定在墙板1的纵向凹槽11或横向凹槽12内。
本实施例的墙板系统,其墙板1上设置有纵向凹槽11以及横向凹槽12,从而可以将强电布线件6布设于纵向凹槽11以及横向凹槽12内,而强电电线4可以布设于强电布线件6内。克服了传统预埋线路维修时需开凿楼板、墙板的弊端,实现了线路与主体结构分离(SI分离);能减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
通过线路与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,线路及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

1一种集成有强电电线的墙板系统,其特征在于,包括墙板、强电电线以及强电布线件;所述墙板上开设有至少两个相互间隔的纵向凹槽,所述强电布线件固定安装在所述纵向凹槽内,所述强电布线件包括底座以及盖板,所述底座的外轮廓与所述纵向凹槽的形状相匹配,所述底座上设置有至少一个能嵌入线缆的线槽,所述线槽贯穿所述底座的长度方向,所述盖板上具有数量与线槽匹配的卡扣结构,所述盖板的卡扣结构与所述线槽的槽口卡扣连接;所述强电电线嵌置于所述强电布线件的线槽内。
如权利要求1所述的墙板系统,其特征在于,所述墙板上开设有至少一个横向凹槽,所述横向凹槽与所述纵向凹槽相互连通;所述强电布线件固定安装在所述横向凹槽内。
如权利要求2所述的墙板系统,其特征在于,所述强电布线件包括纵向强电布线件以及横向强电布线件,所述纵向强电布线件固定于所述纵向凹槽内,所述横向强电布线件固定于所述横向凹槽内;所述纵向强电布线件的底座侧面上开设有穿孔,所述穿孔的一端与其上的线槽连通,另一端与底座外部连通;部分或所有的强电电线通过所述纵向强电布线件的穿孔伸出所述纵向强电布线件外面,并伸入所述横向强电布线件的线槽内。
如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的墙板系统,其特征在于,所述强电电线从所述纵向凹槽的顶部端口伸入纵向凹槽。
如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的墙板系统,其特征在于,所述弱电布线件以及强电布线件的线槽的侧壁为连续延伸的壁体或者沿线槽的长度方向开设有若干间距分布的空隙。
如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的墙板系统,其特征在于,所述强电布线件的底座的中间位置设置安装槽,所述安装槽的底部开设有用于与墙板凹槽固定的安装孔。
如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的墙板系统,其特征在于,所述强电布线件的底座的制作材料包括一定量的PVC基体树脂、与PVC基体树脂质量相同的木材粉末、PVC基体树脂质量的1.5%-2%的发泡剂、PVC基体树脂质量的40%的碳酸钙、PVC基体树脂质量的4%的稳定剂以及PVC基体树脂质量的0.7%-1%的润滑剂。
